Claims (14)
- Verpackungsvorrichtung zum Befestigen von Außenstirndeckeln an Stirnseiten von Rollen mit einer Rollenlagereinrichtung, mindestens einer in Längsrichtung der Rollenlagereinrichtung bewegbaren Packpressenplatte und einem Packpressenantrieb, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Packpressenantrieb unterteilt ist in einen Vorschubantrieb (7-9), der auf einen auf einer Bahn (4) verfahrbaren Schlitten (5) wirkt, an dem die Packpressenplatte (14) angeordnet ist und der gegenüber der Bahn (4) festlegbar ist, und einem Pressenantrieb (18-21) zwischen Packpressenplatte (14) und Schlitten (5).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Packpressenplatte (14) kardanisch am Schlitten (5) aufgehängt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Packpressenplatte (14) an einem in Längsrichtung gegenüber dem Schlitten (5) verschiebbaren Aufhängepunkt (15) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Schlitten (5) und der Packpressenplatte (14) eine Rückzuganordnung (22, 23) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pressenantrieb (18-21) mindestens zwei Druckkissen auf einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Aufhängepunktes (15) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pressenantrieb (18-21) als pneumatischer Antrieb ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pressenantrieb (18-21) mehrere Luftbälge zwischen dem Schlitten (5) und der Packpressenplatte (14) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorschubantrieb (7-9) mindestens um den Faktor 4 schneller als der Pressenantrieb (18-21) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß parallel zur Bahn (4) mindestens eine quer zur Längsrichtung profilierte Stange (10) angeordnet ist, in die eine Sperrklinke (11) einfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Rollensensor (25) am Schlitten (5) angeordnet ist, mit dessen Hilfe die Sperrklinke (11) betätigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinke (11) mit einer Schalteinrichtung des Pressenantriebs (18-21) gekuppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorschubantrieb (7-9) als druckmittelfreier Linearantrieb ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Heizeinrichtung (27) vorgesehen ist, die von der dem Schlitten (5) abgewandten Seite auf die Packpressenplatte (14) gerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (27) über die Fläche der Packpressenplatte (14) bewegbar ist.
