Claims (10)
- Pipettefür ein Pipettensystem mit Pipette (1) und Spritze (2),bei dem eine Spritze (2) einen Zylinder (5) mit einem vorzugsweise als Flansch ausgeführten Befestigungsabschnitt (6) und einen Kolben (7) mit einem beim Einsetzen in die Pipette (1) aus dem Zylinder (5) endseitig herausragenden Kolbenkopf (8) aufweist,mit einem Pipettengehäuse (9) und einer im Pipettengehäuse (9) axial verschiebbaren Kolbenstelleinrichtung (10),mit einer radial zugänglichen, am Pipettengehäuse (9) ortsfest angebrachten Zylindergreifeinrichtung (11) für den Befestigungsabschnitt (6) einer Spritze (2),mit einer radial zugänglichen, an der Kolbenstelleinrichtung (10) mit dieser verschiebbar angebrachten Kolbengreifeinrichtung (13) für den Kolbenkopf (8) einer Spritze (2) undmit einer Betätigungseinrichtung (14) für die Kolbengreifeinrichtung (13),wobei die Kolbengreifeinrichtung (13) den Kolbenkopf (8) bei eingesetzter Spritze (2) mit in einer Kolbenaufnahme (15) seitlich ansetzenden Klemmbacken (16) ergreift und seitlich klemmend und axial erhebliche Zugkräfte von der Kolbenstelleinrichtung (10) auf den Kolben (7) übertragend hält undwobei, vorzugsweise, die Klemmbacken (16) mit Profilierungen, insbesondere mit schneidenartigen Profilierungen (17) versehen sind,daß die Klemmbacken (16) bezüglich der Kolbenaufnahme (15) verstellbar, insbesondere schwenkbar, an der Kolbengreifeinrichtung (13) angeordnet sind,daß die Spritze (2) bei geöffneten Klemmbacken (16) ohne oder mit nur marginaler Berührung des Kolbenkopfes (8) durch die Klemmbacken (16) einsetzbar ist unddaß die Klemmbacken (16) nach dem Einsetzen der Spritze (2) an den Kolbenkopf (8) seitlich anstellbar sind.
- Pipette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anstellbewegung der mit schneidenartigen Profilierungen (17) versehenen Klemmbacken (16) an den Kolbenkopf (8) so gelenkt ist, daß sie bzgl. der Mantelfläche des Kolbenkopfes (8) eine wesentliche tangentiale Komponente hat, und vorzugsweise, daß die Endposition der Anstellbewegung der Klemmbacken (16) an den Kolbenkopf (8) knapp vor dem Totpunkt bis knapp jenseits des Totpunktes liegt, wobei der Totpunkt der Punkt ist, bei dem die Mittelachse der schneidenartigen Profilierung 17 der Klemmbacke 16 genau auf der Verbindungslinie der Mittelachse des Kolbenkopfes 8 mit der Schwenkachse 18 der Klemmbacke 16 liegt.
- Pipette nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schneidenartigen Profilierungen (17) als Schneidenrollen ausgeführt sind.
- Pipette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anstellbewegung der Klemmbacken (16) durch Handbetätigung der Betätigungseinrichtung (14) erzeugt wird.
- Pipette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anstellbewegung der Klemmbacken (16) - jedenfalls auch - durch die Kraft einer Anstellfeder (19) oder von Anstellfeder (19) erzeugt wird und daß durch Handbetätigung der Betätigungseinrichtung (14) die Öffnung der Klemmbacken (16) entgegen der Federkraft erzeugt wird.
- Pipette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (14) an der Kolbenstelleinrichtung (10) angebracht ist.
- Pipette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (14) am Pipettengehäuse (9) angebracht ist, und, vorzugsweise, daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (14) als am Pipettengehäuse (9) angebrachter Verschluß für die Kolbenaufnahme (15) ausgeführt ist, und vorzugsweise, daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (14) als Verschlußschieber ausgeführt ist.
- Pipette nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (14) die Klemmbacken (16) bei geschlossener Kolbenaufnahme (15) freigibt und bei geöffneter Kolbenaufnahme (15) entgegen der Kraft der Anstellfeder (19) oder Anstellfedern (19) öffnet, und, vorzugsweise, daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (14) innen eine Keilführung (20) für Stellköpfe (21) der Klemmbacken (16) aufweist, und, vorzugsweise, daß die Keilführung (20) am unteren, offenen Ende breit steht und nach oben hin zusammenläuft.
- Pipette nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Keilführung (20) an dem dem auseinandergespreizten Zustand der Klemmbacken (16) zugeordneten Ende Haltenuten (22) o. dgl. für die Stellköpfe (21) der Klemmbacken (16) aufweist, in die die Stellköpfe (21) der Klemmbacken (16) einrasten, so daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (14) in Offenstellung fixiert ist.
- Pipette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am vom offenen Ende des Pipettengehäuses (9) abgewandten geschlossenen Ende der Kolbenaufnahme (15) eine, ggf. als axial wirkende Druckfeder ausgeführte oder eine axial wirkende Druckfeder aufweisende Einführschräge (23) für den Kolbenkopf (8) angeordnet ist.
