Definitions
- the invention relates to a sound-absorbing acoustic panel with a profiled Surface and perforations.
- the invention has for its object a sound-absorbing acoustic panel similar To create structure with surface profiles and breakthroughs that are weather resistant and can be produced without machining.
- this is achieved by at least two superimposed ones and one another connected, intersecting sets of rods from a hardened Molded material reached, the rods of a coulter between them forming passage Form distances.
- the bars are preferably crossed at an angle of 90 °.
- the sound-absorbing acoustic panel is made from three superimposed and interconnected groups of Rods, with the rods of the middle layer both with the rods of the one above Location as well as with the bars of the underlying layer of bars cross.
- rods of one layer are integral with the rods of the other layer are connected to each other, which is the case when the layers Acoustic panel consisting of crossing bars is produced in one piece. It would be but it is also possible to produce the individual rods first and then cross them connect with each other, e.g. to glue.
- hardened molding material includes materials that are made from moldable molding materials be produced by chipless shaping (in molds), namely with inorganic binders such as cement or gypsum, as well as those with organic Binders such as plastics or synthetic resins.
- the molding materials can be aggregates, Reinforcements and fillers included.
- An example with special processing and usage properties is polymer concrete (synthetic resin concrete).
- the sound-absorbing acoustic panel according to the invention can be produced in Forms (negative forms), e.g. made of steel, in their recesses or Mold cavities filled the still plastic molding compound of the molding material of the rods becomes.
- FIG. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of a one-piece, lattice-shaped acoustic panel, with three layers of crossed bars, with Fig. 1 a top view, Fig. 2 a section according to Fig. II-II and Fig. 3 a section according to III-III 1 is.
- 4 to 6 show an embodiment of a lattice-shaped acoustic panel, which is made from two sub-elements of two layers of crossed bars, with Fig. 4 a top view, Fig. 5 a section according to VV and Fig. 6 a section according to VI-VI 4 is.
- the Rods 1.3 of the outer layers have a trapezoidal cross section.
- the bar height is e.g. 10 to 12 mm, the bar width e.g. 10 to 18 mm and the bar spacing e.g. 10 to 12 mm.
- this grid-shaped acoustic panel can preferably be done in the following in three ways, e.g. Steel molds or too Shapes made from other material:
- a first, e.g. trough-shaped form has groove-shaped recesses for the Bars 1 of the lower layer.
- the mold recesses are with the curable molding compound, e.g. a polymer concrete mix, filled and smoothed.
- a second, preferably comb-like shape with finger-like Molded elements with elongated mold cavities open upwards and downwards for the Bars 2 of the middle layer are placed, and in turn the mold cavities filled with the curable molding compound.
- a third form is put on, similar to that of the first mold, with elongated mold cavities for the top layer the rods 3, but in the third form, the mold cavities for filling the curable molding compound are open at the top.
- the polymer concrete mix is released by first removing the third form lifted off and then the second mold is pulled out to the side. Finally, the finished grid-shaped plate from the first shape or by turning the first form fell out.
- the comb-like second shape can be lighter to the side Removal be formed in two parts after setting the molding compound, so that each half a second shape laterally in two opposite directions can be pulled out.
- the bars 2 of the middle layer and the corresponding mold cavities are slightly conical towards their lateral longitudinal ends.
- the trapezoidal cross-section of the rods 1 and 3 of the lower and upper layer is used for easier demolding. Instead of rods with a trapezoidal cross-section would also be other rod shapes with side surfaces tapering outwards (top or bottom) possible, e.g. Bars with triangular or semicircular cross-section.
- FIGS. 4 to 6 relate to one of two sub-elements Assembled sound-absorbing grid-shaped acoustic panel.
- the lower part consists of a lower layer or set of rods 1; there is one above the bar 1 crossing set of bars 2 '.
- the upper part consists of a outer layer or group of rods 3 with an underlying one, the rods 3 crossing set of rods 2 ". Both sub-elements are at the points of contact the rods 2 'and 2 "connected to each other, so that the rods 2' and 2" the middle Form bars of the entire plate element.
- the rods 1,2 ', 2 "and 3 can in turn e.g. consist of polymer concrete.
- the sound-absorbing acoustic panel according to FIGS. 4 to 6 is produced on the Way that the two sub-elements are first manufactured, preferably as follows:
- a curable molding compound e.g. a polymer concrete mix
- mold recesses mold cavities
- the molding compound is filled.
- the molding compound has hardened, e.g. Setting of the polymer concrete mixture is removed from the mold.
- the rods 1, 2 ', 2 "and 3 are trapezoidal Cross section on. Two sub-elements produced in this way are now in the 4 and 6 merged and e.g. by gluing the Rods 2 'and 2 "connected together to form the finished sound-absorbing plate.
- the two sub-elements could also be connected in such a way that the Cross bars 2 'and 2 ". Furthermore, it would be possible to use a partial element with two itself crossing sets of bars to be used as a sound absorbing plate.
- the described production of the acoustic panel can be done with the help of stationary molds or else using the assembly line process with correspondingly moving shapes.
