Die Gehäuseaufnahme 5 umfasst eine Befestigungsplatte 11 mit zwei Befestigungsbohrungen 13, durch welche mittels Schrauben die Gehäuseaufnahme 5 in einer Topfbohrung an der Schiebetür 3 befestigt werden kann. Die Befestigungsplatte 11 weist im Zentrum einen Kragen 15 auf, welcher dazu bestimmt ist, in die Topfbohrung in der Schiebetür 3 einzugreifen und damit die Gehäuseaufnahme 5 spielfrei an der Schiebetür 3 führen. Innerhalb des Kragens 15 sind vier Führungsflächen 17 ausgebildet, deren Flanken paarweise parallel einander gegenüberliegen und als seitliche Führung von ebenfalls parallel liegender Flanken 19 am Gehäuse 9 fungieren. Im Zentrum der Flanken 19 sind Rastmittel 21, z.B. federnd ausgebildete Rastnocken angebracht, welche an entsprechend ausgebildeten Rastelementen 23 einrasten, wenn das Gehäuse 9 axial in die Gehäuseaufnahme 5 eingeschoben wird. Im weiteren umfasst das Gehäuse 9 zwei parallel liegende Führungsflanken 24, welche zur Führung des Laufwerkträgers 25 am Laufwerk 7 dienen. Das Laufwerk 7 ist im vorliegenden Beispiel ein Rollenlaufwerk mit einem Rollenpaar 29, welches mit seiner Achse (nicht sichtbar) in der Ausnehmung 31 eingerastet gehalten wird. Am Laufwerk 7 können seitlich Brems- und/oder Rückhalteschuhe 33 angeformt sein.
In das Gehäuse 9 einsetzbar und in Eingriff mit dem Laufwerk 7 zu gelangen bestimmt, ist eine Gewindestange, im vorliegenden Beispiel eine Schraube 35 mit einem Schraubenkopf 37. Der Schraubenkopf 37 kommt in eine Ausnehmung 30 im Gehäuse 9 zu liegen und wird dort drehfest gehalten. Auf der Schraube 35 sitzt ein Stellrad 39, welches mit dem Gewinde der Schraube 35 kämmt.
Claims (8)
- Laufwerkanordnung (1) für eine Schiebetür (3), umfassend eine Gehäuseaufnahme (5) zum Einsetzen in eine Topfbohrung an der Schiebetür (3), ein Gehäuse (9) zum Einsetzen in die Gehäuseaufnahme (5) und ein Laufwerk (7) mit Rollen oder Gleitern, welches Laufwerk (7) bezüglich des Gehäuses (9) vertikal verschieb- und einstellbar ist sowie Mittel (35,39) zum Verschieben und Einstellen des Laufwerks (7), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur vertikalen Einstellung des Laufwerks (7) im Gehäuse (9) eine Gewindestange (35) eingesetzt und auf dieser ein Stellrad (39) aufgesetzt ist, und dass das Stellrad (39) in einer Ausnehmung (41) des vertikal im Gehäuse (9) verschiebbaren Laufwerkträgers (25) des Laufwerks (7) liegt und von ausserhalb des Gehäuses (9) drehbar ist.
- Laufwerkanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindestange (35) als Schraube ausgebildet ist und deren Kopf (37) mit dem Gehäuse (9) drehfest verbunden ist und das Stellrad (39) auf dem Gewinde der Schraube (35) drehbar gelagert ist und das Laufwerk (7) trägt.
- Laufwerkanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindestange (35) an ihrem unteren und/oder ihrem oberen Ende drehfest mit dem Gehäuse (9) verbunden ist.
- Laufwerkanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellrad (39) fest mit der Gewindestange (35) verbunden ist und die Gewindestange (35) in einer Gewindebohrung im Laufwerkträger (25) oder im Gehäuse (9) geführt ist.
- Laufwerkanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (9) in die Gehäuseaufnahme (5) axial einschiebbar und durch Rastmittel (21) arretierbar ausgebildet ist.
- Laufwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Gehäuse (9) vertikal verlaufende Führungsflächen (23) zur Führung des Laufwerkträgers (25) ausgebildet sind.
- Laufwerkanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Laufwerkträger (25) und/oder im Gehäuse (9) eine Gewindestangenführung (40) eingelassen ist, welche für die Gewindestange (35) ein Drehlager bildet.
- Laufwerkanordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Gehäuse (9) eine Ausnehmung (30) zum drehfesten Halten der Gewindestange (35) ausgebildet ist.
