Description

WARENTRANSPORTBEHÄLTER MIT EINEM AUSTAUSCHBAREN KUNDEN-ADRESSZETTEL
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Warentransportbehälter für automatische Förder- und/oder Verte leranlagen mit einem außen an der vorderen Beh lterwand angeordneten, austauschbaren Kunden- Adreßzettel .
Warentransportbehälter der genannten beispielsweise in dem DBGM 296 07 028.9 beschriebenen Art werden in einem Warenzentral lager mit Hilfe einer automatischen Förderanlage zu den verschiedenen Warenaufnahmepunkten transportiert und dort mit den verschiedenen von einem Kunden bestellten Waren gefüllt.
Ein solcher Warentransportbehälter ist an seiner vorderen Beälterwandfläche mit einem austauschbaren Kunden-Adreßzettel versehen, der während des Befüllens, während des Transports zum Kunden und während des Rücktransports des leeren Transportbehälters zum Zentrallager an dem Warentransportbehälter verbleibt
Wenn der leere Warentransportbehälter im Zentral lager erneut mit Waren für einen anderen Kunden befüllt werden soll, dann muß zuvor der alte Kunden-Adreßzettel herausgenommen und gegen einen neuen eingesetzten Kunden-Adreßzettel ausgetauscht werden.
Dieses Austauschen des Kunden-Adreßzettel s an der vorderen Behälterwand eines Warentransportbehälters geschieht mit Hilfe eines selbsttätig bewegten und gesteuerten Zwei backen-Kl e mgrei ■ fers, der an die Vorderseite des Warentransportbehälters herangeführt und mit geöffneten Klemmbacken abgesenkt wird, damit er den auszutauschenden Kunden-Adreßzettel an der Vorder- und Hinterseite erfaßt und durch eine entsprechend gesteuerte nach vorn gerichtete Bewegung des Greifers nach vorn herauszieht.
Der aus Papier bestehende Kunden-Adreßzettel, dessen untere Hälfte in einer Befestigungstasche stecken oder der an seiner unteren Hälfte an dem Behälter festgeklebt sein mag, liegt nach seiner Anbringung an der Vorderseite des Behälters plan und glatt an diesem an. Damit der Greifer einen auszutauschenden Kunden-Adreßzettel von oben her erfassen kann, muß ein oberer Abschnitt desselben von der planen Außenfläche der Vorderwand des Behälters etwas wegbewegt werden, damit der Greifer den von der Behälterwand etwas entfernt befindlichen Adreßzettel erfassen kann .
Das Abbiegen des Kunden-Adreßzettel s wird mit Hilfe einer kurzzeitig Druckluft ausstoßenden Druckluft-Düseneinrichtung bewi rkt .
Die Druckluft-Düseneinrichtung hat den Nachteil, daß sie nicht immer und ohne Ausnahme den an der Vorderseite der Behälterwand glatt anliegenden Adreßzettel von hinten her mit Druckluft beaufschlagt und diesen nach vorne umbiegt, damit der Greifer den Adreßzettel erfassen kann.
Die beschriebene mit Druckluft arbeitende automatische Greifervorrichtung für den Austausch von Kunden-Adreßzetteln funktioniert nicht hundertprozentig zuverlässig und es verbleiben oft alte Kunden-Adreßzettel in der Einlegetasche und der neue Kunden- Adreßzettel wird hinter dem alten, in der Aufnahmetasche verbliebenen Kunden-Adreßzettel eingefügt. Die Ableseeinrichtungen lesen in einem solchen Falle die Kunden-Adresse des alten Kunden-Adreßzettels und der Warentransportbehälter wird dann beispielsweise anstelle zu einem Kunden in Paris zu einem Kunden in Warschau befördert. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine derartige mit Druckluft arbeitende Greifervorrichtung für den Austausch von Kunden-Adreßzetteln an Warentransportbehältern derart zu verbessern und zu perfektionieren, dass der Austausch von Kunden-Adreßzetteln vollkommen störungsfrei abläuft.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe nach der Erfindung dadurch, dass die Außenfläche der vorderen Behälterwand eine bzw. einen oder mehrere, senkrecht oder waagrecht verlaufende Rippen oder Kanäle an der Aufliegefläche des Adreßzettels aufweist.
Die an der Außenfläche der vorderen Behälterwand vorgesehenen Rippen bewirken, dass der obere Abschnitt eines Kunden-Adreßzettels nicht unmittelbar plan an der Außenfläche der Stirnwand des Behälters anliegt, sondern in einem gewissen Abstand, welcher der Dicke der Rippen entspricht. Dies ermöglicht der von oben geblasenen Druckluft, in jedem Fall hinter den Kunden-Adreßzettel zu gelangen und diesen Abschnitt des Kunden-Adreßzettels nach vorne abzubiegen.
Wenn anstelle von Rippen entsprechende Kanäle in der Norderseite der Behälterstirnwand eingelassen sind, so strömt die Druckluft in diese Kanäle und in diesen an die Rückseite der Kunden-Adreßzettel, so dass diese nach vorne abgeknickt werden.
Nachfolgend wird anhand der Zeichnung eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung näher erläutert.
Es zeigen
Figur 1 einen Warentrasportbehälter mit einem geöffneten Klemmbackengreifer in Schrägansicht und Figur 2 den Gegenstand nach Figur 1 mit einem geschlossenen Klemmbacken - greifer.
ERSÄTZBLATT (REGEL 26) Die Darstellung gemäß Figuren 1 und 2 zeigt die vordere Behälterwand 2 und die Seitenwand 3 eines Waren versandbehäl ters 1 in Schr gansicht.
An der Außenfläche der Vorderwand 2 ist der beschriftete Kunden-Adreßzettel 4 hinter einem durchsichtigen Kunststoffstrei fen 5 eingefügt, der mittels einer Leiste 6 und mehrerer Befestigungsnieten 7,7,... an der Stirnwand 2 des Warenversandbehäl ters 1 befestigt ist.
Beim Austausch eines Kunden-Adreßzettels 4 erfaßt eine Saugstempeleinrichtung 8 den durchsichtigen Kunststoff strei fen 5 und biegt ihn etwas nach vorne um, damit der Kunden-Adreßzettel 4 durch den von oben in Richtung des Pfeils 10 abwärts bewegten offenen Klemmbackengreifer 9 vorder- und hinterseitig erfaßt werden kann.
Gemäß der in Figur 2 gegebenen Darstellung wird sodann der Klemm- backengrei fer 9 geschlossen und in Richtung des Pfeils 10 waagrecht nach vorne geführt und zieht dabei den Kunden-Adreßzettel heraus. Danach kann ein anderer neu bedruckter Kunden-Adreßzettel 4 durch eine andere, in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellte Einrichtung eingesetzt werden.
Die an der Außenwand der vorderen Behälterwand 2 vorgesehenen Rippen 12,12,... bewirken, daß ein Kunden-Adreßzettel 4 niemals vollständig plan an der Außenfläche der vorderen Behälterwand 2 anliegt, sondern immer einen geringen Abstand zur Außenfläche der Vorderwand freiläßt, in welchen die Druckluft aus der Druck- 1 uftdüsenei nri chtung 11 einströmen und den Kunden-Adreßzettel 4 nach vorne umbiegen kann. Die Rippen 12 gewährleisten somit, daß die Druckluft immer an die Hinterseite eines Kunden-Adreßzettels 4 geführt wird und diesen nach vorne umknickt, damit der Klemmbackengreifer 9 den nach vorn umgeknickten Kunden-Adreßzettel 4 sicher erfaßt.
