Definitions
- the invention is based on an electric lamp according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention relates to lamps with a screw base as well with bayonet base.
- a usually round base contact plate arranged centrally on the outer surface of the base and serves as an external contact for connection to an electrical one Supply source.
- the type of light source as such i.e. e.g. Incandescent filament or gas discharge, doesn't matter.
- the invention thus includes both annealing also discharge lamps, the bases with at least one base contact plate exhibit.
- solder joints are usually made by dabbing on flux on the base plate contact plates and subsequent soldering, e.g. Flame soldering, realized.
- soldering e.g. Flame soldering
- EP-A 0 488 462 there is a lamp with a base plate contact plate disclosed.
- the base plate contact plate points around a central opening - for carrying out and soldering a power supply with the contact plate - several holes. These are supposed to be from Reduce the flow of flux and solder to save material.
- the or each base plate contact plate has the Light up at least one breakthrough.
- the material the or each opening is bent into a tab such that the tab engages in the base floor.
- the or each base base contact plate has an elongated shape defining a longitudinal axis on. Typical are, for example, oval, elliptical or at least elliptical To form. Viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis, there is a breakthrough to the left and right of the central opening for the power supply.
- the two elongated openings are essentially oriented transversely to the longitudinal axis of the base plate contact plate.
- the tabs of the two elongated openings are essentially bent transversely to the longitudinal axis of the base plate contact plate. That has the advantage that the elongated tabs with their entire length in the Protrude into the base and consequently the base contact plate anchor it particularly well in it.
- the two tabs are bent such that they with respect to the Longitudinal axis of the base plate contact plate on opposite Engage the narrow sides of the elongated openings in the base with in other words, are arranged diagonally with respect to the contact plate. This reduces twisting or twisting of the contact plate, which is particularly important for relatively thin base contact plates Meaning is.
- the thickness of one Base contact pads are typically less than 0.5 mm, especially less than 0.3 mm.
- FIG. 1 shows the side view of an incandescent lamp 1 according to the invention Bayonet base 2 in a schematic representation.
- the incandescent lamp 1 has one transparent, pear-shaped lamp bulb 3 made of glass by means of Melting plate (not shown) is sealed gas-tight. Internally of the lamp bulb 3, a filament 4 is arranged.
- the incandescent filament 4 is connected to two power supplies 5, 6 by the plate melting are passed gas-tight to the outside (not shown).
- the plate melting of the lamp bulb 3 is in the bayonet base 2 arranged.
- the bayonet base 2 has a base sleeve 7 made of aluminum and a base 8 made of glass.
- FIG. 2 is a schematic Top view of the base 2 of the lamp 1 from FIG. 1 in the direction of the base 8 shows.
- Each base plate contact plate 9, 10 each has a central opening 11, 12. Through each opening 11, 12 is one of the two power leads 5, 6 is led to the outside, where it by means of lot 13 (not shown in FIG. 2 for the sake of clarity) with the associated one Base base contact plate 9, 10 is connected.
- FIGS. 3a-3c which a plan view, a longitudinal section and a section along the line AA one of the two base plate contact plates 9, 10 of the lamp from FIG 1 show.
- Each base plate contact plate 9, 10 has two rectangular ones Openings 14, 15 with the dimensions 0.5 mm by 28 mm.
- each opening 14, 15 is a tab 18, 19 bent.
- Each tab 18, 19 is substantially perpendicular to the base plate contact plate 9 oriented. Only the free ends 20, 21 of both For reasons of stability, tabs 18, 19 are each in the direction of the underside of the contact plate 9 bent. This makes both the entire Tab as well as the end of the tab itself more stable.
- Each tab 18,19 protrudes the base 8 of the lamp 1 into it (not shown) and anchors it Base plate contact plate in this way in base base 8.
- FIGS. 4a and 4b show a top view and a longitudinal section of an alternative Embodiment of an eye-shaped base base contact plate 22 for the lamp 1 shown in Figure 1 is shown schematically.
- the two narrow sides 23a, 23b of each elongated opening 24 are not cut at right angles to the associated long sides 25, 26.
- Much more the narrow sides 23a, 23b are substantially parallel to the respective next adjacent outer edges 27a or 27b of the contact plate 22 cut.
- the two openings 24 are no longer rectangular but approximately trapezoidal.
- the material is everyone Breakthrough 24 along its shorter longitudinal side 25 to a tab 28 bent perpendicular to the plane of the contact plate 22 and whose longitudinal axis L is oriented.
- the two tabs 28 formed in this way have due to their trapezoidal shape the advantage that they are better in Anchor the base 8 of the lamp 1, since they are in the finished lamp by the material of the base base 8 are pressed (not shown). Due to the parallel to the next adjacent outer edge 27a, 27b of the Contact plate 22 executed sections of the narrow sides 23a, 23b two openings 24 becomes one in comparison to a corresponding one rectangular cut achieves higher flexural strength. After all, that too Manageability of this base contact plate 22 cheaper than in the embodiment shown in Figures 3a-3c. Since the two Tabs 28 are bent along the long side 25 instead of along the narrow side are, the tabs 28 are significantly shorter, but also significantly wider. In any case, when handling these base contact plates 22, in contrast to the first-mentioned embodiment, a mutual No longer get caught in a vibratory conveyor during separation on.
