Claims (8)

  1. Endanschlag einer ausstellbaren Partie (10) der Karosserie eines Kraftfahrzeuges, der aufweist: ein Abstützteil (2) der ausstellbaren Partie (10) aus einem flexiblen Material und Vorrichtungen zum Fixieren des Abstützteils (2) an einem Fixierteil aus einem feststehenden Teil (6) oder der ausstellbaren Partie (10) der Karosserie des Kraftfahrzeuges vorgesehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtungen zum Fixieren des Abstützteils (2) gebildet werden mittels:
    einer Abstützplatine (4), die eine Abstütz-Rundplatte (4a) an dem Fixierteil (6) der Karosserie rings einer Durchgangsöffnung (7) und einen rohrförmigen, im wesentlichen zylindrischen und koaxial zu der Rundplatte (4a) angeordneten Schaft aufweist, der an einer Seite der Rundplatte (4a) ein inneres Teilstück (4c) zum Eingreifen und Einrasten in die Öffnung (7) des Fixierteils (6) der Karosserie aufweist, und der an der anderen Seite der Rundplatte (4a) ein äußeres Teilstück (4b) aufweist, und
    eines im wesentlichen zylindrischen Bolzens (5), zum Eingreifen in das Innere des Schaftes (4b, 4c) der Platine (4) und in Axialrichtung aufeinanderfolgend aufweisend: einen Abstütz-Kopf (9), ein erstes Teil (5a) zum Eingreifen und Fixieren in dem äußeren Teilstück (4b) des Schaftes der Platine (4) und ein zweites Teil (5b) zum Zusammenwirken mit einem Innenabschnitt des inneren Teilstücks (4b) der Platine (4), um das Verriegeln des Einrastens der Platine (4) an dem Fixierteil (6) der Karosserie zu bewirken,
    und dass das glockenförmige Abstützteil (2) einen Innenring zum Einrasten des Abstützteils (2) auf einem Einrast-Teil der Außenfläche des äußeren Teilstücks (4b) der Platine (4) und zum Fixieren des Bolzens (5) in dem äußeren Teilstück (4b) des Schaftes der Platine in einer Position zur Justage des Anschlags (1) derart aufweist, dass der Kopf (9) des Bolzens zum Dämpfen des Schließens der ausstellbaren Partie (10) sich durch einen Freiraum von einer Stirnwand des Abstützteils (2) getrennt befindet.
  2. Endanschlag gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenring (3) des Abstützteils (2) von dem Abstützteil (2) unabhängig ausgebildet ist und im Inneren des glockenförmigen Abstützteils (2) angebracht ist.
  3. Endanschlag gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstützteil (2) und der Innenring (3) einstückig durch Formen oder Verbundformen ausgebildet sind.
  4. Endanschlag gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Eingriff-Teil (5a) des Bolzens (5) ein mit Gewinde versehener oder formgezahnter Teil des metallischen Bolzens ist und dass der zweite Teil (5b) ein glatter Teil des Bolzens (5) ist.
  5. Endanschlag gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platine (4) in Axialrichtung ihres Schaftes von einer kreuzförmigen Öffnung (8) durchdrungen ist, die das äußere Teilstück (4b) und das innere Teilstück (4c) des Schaftes in getrennte und in radialen Richtungen gegeneinander bewegbare Segmente trennt und mit der Rundplatte (4a) der Platine (4) mittels eines deformierbaren, elastischen Teils verbunden ist.
  6. Endanschlag gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstützteil (2) aus einem Elastomer ist, und der Ring (3) und die Platine (4) aus plastischem Material.
  7. Endanschlag gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das glockenförmige Abstützteil (2), an sein Öffnungsende anschließend, eine flexible Verkleidung (2b) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, sich während des Setzens des Endanschlags an dem Fixierteil der Karosserie abzustützen, um die Rolle einer Dichtungslippe zu spielen.
  8. Verfahren zum Montieren eines Endanschlags gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das innere Teilstück (4c) der Platine (4) in die Öffnung (7) des Fixierteils (6) der Karosserie einführt, bis die Rundplatte (4a) der Platine (4) mit einer Außenfläche des Fixierteils (6) der Karosserie in Kontakt gebracht wird, wobei sich der Bolzen (5) in Axialrichtung mit dem Inneren des Schaftes der Platine (4) teilweise im Eingriff befindet und dass man so das Fixieren mittels Einrastens der Platine (5) an dem Fixierteil (6) der Karosserie realisiert,
    dass man ein Bezugsformstück an dem feststehenden Teil (6) der Karosserie positioniert, um das Schließen der ausstellbaren Partie auf eine maximal auftretende Schließ-Position zu begrenzen, wobei die ausstellbare Partie (10) und der feststehende Teil (6) durch einen minimalen Abstand getrennt sind,
    dass man das Schließen der ausstellbaren Partie (10) bis zu seiner maximalen Schließ-Position realisiert, so dass die ausstellbare Partie (10) oder der feststehende Teil (6) zur Abstützung auf den Kopf (9) des Bolzens (5) gelangen, und durch Drücken das Bereitstellen des Bolzens (5) in einer vollständig justierten Position im Innern des Schaftes (4b, 4c) der Platine (5) sicherstellt, wobei das Verschieben des Bolzens (5) in der Axialrichtung das Verriegeln der Fixierung der Platine (4) auf dem Fixierteil (6) der Karosserie sicherstellt, und
    dass man durch Drücken auf das Abstützteil (2) in der Axialrichtung den Ring (3) in einer Einrast-Position auf der Außenfläche des äußeren Teilstückes (4b) der Platine (4) in Eingriff bringt, wobei der Ring (3) das Fixieren des Abstützteils (2) auf der Platine (4) und das Verriegeln des äußeren Teilstückes (4b) des Schaftes der Platine (4) auf dem ersten Eingriffsteil (5a) des Bolzens (5) sicherstellt.
