Claims (33)
- Freitragende Treppe (10.1, 10.2, 10.3) mitTrittstufen (12),die Trittstufen (12) verbindenden Tragbolzen (28),einem an der wandfreien Seite angeordneten Geländer (18) mit Handlauf (20) und zwischen dem Handlauf (20) und den Trittstufen (12) angeordneten Geländerstäben (20),wandseitig angeordneten Wandankern (32; 34) zum Anschluss der Trittstufen (12) an eine Baukonstruktion, insbesondere Wand (76),
die Kombination folgender Merkmale:aufeinanderfolgende Trittstufen (12) sind sowohl in ihrem wandseitigen Endbereich als auch in ihrem wandfreien Endbereich jeweils über einen Tragbolzen (28) miteinander verbunden,jede Trittstufe (12) ist über einen Wandanker (32; 33; 34) an die Wand angeschlossen undder Handlauf (20) ist als tragender Handlauf (20) ausgebildet,der zusammen mit einem Antrittpfosten (22) und einem Austrittpfosten (24) ein Rahmentragwerk bildet undin den über die Geländerstäbe (30) die Belastung der Trittstufen (12) zumindest teilweise eingeleitet wird. - Freitragende Treppe nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
die Kombination folgender Merkmale:aufeinanderfolgende Trittstufen (12) sind nur in ihrem wandfreien Endbereich jeweils über einen Tragbolzen (28) miteinander verbunden,jede Trittstufe (12) ist über zumindest zwei Wandanker (34) an die Wand angeschlossen undder Handlauf (20) ist als tragender Handlauf (20) ausgebildet,der zusammen mit einem Antrittpfosten (22) und einem Austrittpfosten (24) ein Rahmentragwerk bildet undin den über die Geländerstäbe (30) die Belastung der Trittstufen (12) zumindest teilweise eingeleitet wird. - Freitragende Treppe nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Handlauf (20) biegesteif an den Antrittpfosten (22) und/oder den Austrittpfosten (24) angeschlossen ist. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Geländerstäbe (30) biegesteif an der jeweiligen Treppenstufe (12) angeschlossen sind und damit eine planmäßige seitliche Stützung des Handlaufs (20) darstellen. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Geländerstäbe (30) biegesteif an den Handlauf (20) angeschlossen sind. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nur jeder zweite oder dritte Geländerstab (30) lastübertragend an den Handlauf (20) angeschlossen ist. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Geländerstab (30) als Rundstab ausgebildet ist. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Handlauf (20) und/oder der Antrittpfosten (22) und/oder der Austrittpfosten (24) einen Rechteckquerschnitt aufweisen. - Freitragende Treppe nach Anspruch 08,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe (H) des Handlaufs (20) der Breite (B) des Antrittpfostens (22) beziehungsweise des Austrittpfostens (24) entspricht. - Freitragende Treppe nach Anspruch 8 und/oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe (H) des Handlaufs (20) im Bereich zwischen 130 bis 160 mm (Millimeter), insbesondere bei ca. 150 mm, liegt. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wandanker (34) einen runden Ankerbolzen (36) aufweist, der im wandseitigen Endbereich von einer schalldämmenden Materialschicht (38) umgeben ist und der der Trittstufe zugewandte Endbereich in einer stirnseitig offenen Sacklochausnehmung (40) der Trittstufe (12) angeordnet ist. - Freitragende Treppe nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sacklochausnehmung (40) der Trittstufe (12) eine erste Ausnehmung (42) der Trittstufe (12) kreuzt, die senkrecht zur Trittstufenfläche durchgehend verläuft und zum Durchführen des Verbindungsmittels für die Verbindung zweier aufeinanderfolgender Trittstufen (12) über den Tragbolzen (28) dient und der Ankerbolzen (36) eine quer zu seiner Längsachse durchgehende Ausnehmung (44) aufweist, die so vorhanden ist, dass sie bei in dieser Ausnehmung (44) eingesetztem Bolzen (36) im Kreuzungsbereich der Sacklochausnehmung (40) und der ersten Ausnehmung (42) angeordnet ist. - Freitragende Treppe nach Anspruch 11 und/oder 12,
dadurchgekennzeichnet, dass konzentrisch zur Sacklochausnehmung (40) ein Ringschlitz (50) vorhanden ist, in dem eine topfförmige Lagerringeinheit (46) mit einer Bodenausnehmung (48) und außenseitig abschließendem Topfboden angeordnet ist, wobei der Durchmesser der Bodenausnehmung (48) nur geringfügig größer ist als der Durchmesser des Ankerbolzens (36) . - Freitragende Treppe nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerringeinheit (46) als Einpressring ausgebildet ist. - Freitragende Treppe nach Anspruch 13 und/oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der freie in den Ringschlitz (50) eingeführte Rand der topfförmigen Lagerringeinheit (46) eine Abfälzung nach außen aufweist. - Freitragende Treppe nach Anspruch 13 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerringeinheit aus metallischem Werkstoff oder aus Kunststoff besteht. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragbolzen höhenverstellbar ausgebildet sind. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1, 3 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trittstufenhöhe (D1) im Bereich zwischen 4 bis 6 cm (Zentimeter), insbesondere bei 4,5 cm, liegt. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Trittstufenhöhe (D2) im Bereich zwischen 5 bis 7 cm, insbesondere bei 6,5 cm, liegt. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche oder dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschluss des Geländerstabs (30) an den Handlauf (20) so ausgebildet ist, dass Zugkräfte und/oder Querkräfte und/oder Biegemomente übertragen werden können und der Anschluss des Geländerstabs (30) an die Trittstufe (12) so ausgebildet ist, dass Zugkräfte und/oder Querkräfte und/oder Biegemomente übertragen werden können. - Freitragende Treppe nach Anspruch 20 oder dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlusskonstruktion des Geländerstabs (30) an das anzuschließende Bauteil (12; 20) wie folgt ausgebildet ist:der Geländerstab (30) weist an zumindest einer Stirnseite eine Stufenbohrung (52) mit einem ersten inneren Bereich (54) und einem zweiten äußeren Bereich (56) auf, wobei der erste Bereich (54) gegenüber dem zweiten Bereich (56) einen geringeren Durchmesser aufweist,in den ersten Bereich (54) ist eine erste Schraubeinheit (58), insbesondere Gewindestange oder Stockschraube eingeschraubt, die in den zweiten Bereich (56) hineinragt,in dem zweiten Bereich (56) ist eine Gewindehülse (60) mit Innengewinde (62) angeordnet,ein Teil des Innengewindes (62) der Gewindehülse (60) ist auf den in den zweiten Bereich (56) hineinragenden Teil der Schraubeinheit (58) geschraubt,eine zweite Schraubeinheit (64) ist in das Innengewinde (62) der Gewindehülse (60) eingeschraubt, wobei die zweite Schraubeinheit (64) die Verbindung zum anzuschließenden Bauteil (12; 20) herstellt. - Freitragende Treppe nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindehülse (60) beabstandet (A1) zum Stirnendrand der Stufenbohrung (52) in dem zweiten Bereich (54) angeordnet ist. - Freitragende Treppe nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen der Gewindehülse (60) und dem Stirnendbereich des Geländerstabs (30) im Bereich zwischen 1,0 bis 3,0 cm (Zentimeter), insbesondere bei ca. 2,2 cm, liegt. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 21 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Schraubeinheit (64.1) gleichzeitig zwei im Unterschneidungsbereich (U) untereinander angeordnete Trittstufen (12) mit dem dazwischen angeordneten Tragbolzen (28) verspannt. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 21 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Schraubeinheit (64.2) in ein Innengewinde (68) einer Gewindehülse (66), insbesondere Rampa-Muffe, eingeschraubt ist, die im anzuschließenden Bauteil (20), insbesondere über ein Außengewinde (70), verankert ist. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Austrittpfosten (24) biegesteif an das vorhandene Treppenpodest (14) angeschlossen ist. - Freitragende Treppe nach Anspruch 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der biegesteife Anschluss durch zumindest zwei in Höhenrichtung beabstandet zueinander angeordneten Schraubeinheiten (72.1, 72.2) gebildet wird, wobei eine Schraubeinheit (72.1) mit einem auf dem Treppenpodest (14) befestigten Profil (74) verschraubt ist und die andere Schraubeinheit (72.2) direkt stirnseitig mit dem Treppenpodest (14) verschraubt ist. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Geländerstab (30) aus Holz, insbesondere Hartholz oder Laubholz, oder Metall oder Plexiglas besteht. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Geländerstab (30) mit seiner Stirnseite direkt auf der Stufe (12) angeordnet ist. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, 17 bis 29,
dadurchgekennzeichnet, dass die Trittstufe (12) höhenverstellbar (h) am Wandanker beziehungsweise der Wandanker (32) höhenverstellbar an der Baukonstruktion gelagert ist. - Freitragende Treppe nach Anspruch 30,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wandanker (32) als L-förmige Profileinheit 80 mit jeweils einem Langloch in den Profilschenkeln (82.1, 82.2) ausgebildet ist. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurchgekennzeichnet, dass der in der Baukonstruktion verankerte Teil des Wandankers (33) als sogenannter Nassanker ausgebildet ist, das heißt der die schalldämmende Materialschicht (39) umgebende Bereich der Ausnehmung (57) der Baukonstruktion mit Beton oder mit einer Mischung aus Zement und Kunststoff verfüllt ist. - Freitragende Treppe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 30,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der den verankerten Teil des Wandankers (33) umgebende Bereich der Ausnehmung (37) der Baukonstruktion (76) mit einem Kunststoff-Schaum (41), insbesondere PU-Schaum (Polyurethan-Schaum), ausgeschäumt ist.
