Claims (7)

  1. Emballage pour poissons ou produits de la pêche, en particulier pour poissons fumés, poissons frais ainsi que pour produits issus de poissons frais ou contenant des poissons frais, avec
    un récipient,
    une feuille rétractable posée tout autour du récipient, réalisée en matière plastique imperméable aux gaz ou très imperméable, et
    un remplissage de gaz protecteur dans le récipient, caractérisé en ce que le remplissage de gaz protecteur se compose de
       3 - 8 % d'oxygène
       35 - 45 % de dioxyde de carbone
       47 - 62 % d'azote.
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient se compose de carton qui est muni d'un revêtement imperméable à la graisse ou à l'eau.
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la feuille et le revêtement du récipient se composent de polyéthylène (PE).
  4. Emballage selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le récipient est réalisé en forme de caisse ou de cageot avec une pièce découpée en carton d'un seul tenant.
  5. Emballage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que, sur le côté extérieur de segments de paroi (12, 14) opposés, des segments d'appui (20, 22) sont articulés pour la formation de surfaces d'appui supérieures et en ce que les segments d'appui (20, 22) sont fixés au moyen de languettes de fixation (24, 26) sur les extrémités opposées par collage sur le côté extérieur des deux autres segments de paroi (16, 18).
