Definitions
- the present invention relates to a shoe sole curved to the general shape of a foot or intended to be adapted to the shape particular of a foot.
- shoe insoles comprising a surface corresponding substantially to that of the bottom of the footwear, and possibly equipped with localized support and / or amortization.
- Such insoles may be comfort insoles, or still soles designed to improve the stability of the foot or to protect the framework against repeated shocks, especially during the practice of sports, such as walking or running.
- GB 23 065 discloses a rubber sole or similar, inside which is included a reinforcement plate the edge of the sole, but set back from this edge, and comprising a hollow central part. This plate stiffens the sole.
- GB 2 230 935 discloses a soleplate comprising a reinforcing element extending about three quarters of the length the sole, starting from the heel, and allowing for increased flexibility of the sole in its front part with respect to the central and rear parts. To to lighten the sole, cavities are provided in this element of enhancement.
- the sole according to the invention which may be an insole or a main shoe sole, aims more particularly at stabilizing the lateral movement of the foot and to assist and guide him in his movement longitudinal axis during walking, running, or practice other sports.
- a foot unrolls almost systematically its different points of support from outside the heel forward through the side arch and forefoot, to finish on the big toe.
- the path of the centers of gravity during the dynamics of the march described a generally S-shaped curve from back to front and between the outside of the heel and the first inter-metatarsal space.
- the speed of walking like that of running, depends above all on the duration of the support phase.
- the support time depends on the damping capacity of the loads and restitution of energy by anatomical structures. This Energy restitution is related to the elastic capacity of the tissues.
- This Energy restitution is related to the elastic capacity of the tissues.
- the majority Chronic lesions are mainly due to significant forces that occur during the bearing phase.
- kinetic energy generates at the cutaneous surface of the shear forces likely to cause lesions.
- the majority of chronic lesions are not in phase landing and damping, but during the load-bearing phase, when the foot collects the load and the crushing by the pronation, and where it must restore energy through elasticity of tissues and muscle contraction.
- the object of the invention is to provide a sole which ensures a stabilization of the lateral movement of the foot and guiding it in its longitudinal movement, in order to increase the elastic reserve of the foot.
- the sole that it concerns of the type of the type comprising a surface corresponding substantially to that of the bottom of the shoe and possibly equipped with localized support elements and / or of damping, and comprising a reinforcement forming a closed loop which surrounds the heel support zone and is extended forward by two branches extending into the area of the first and fifth heads metatarsals, is characterized in that, the closed loop and the branches extend along the edges of the sole, and in its central area located in before the heel support zone, the reinforcement comprises two recesses sides whose bottom is set back from the respective lateral edges of the sole.
- the part of the loop-shaped reinforcement surrounding the heel has aim to stabilize its lateral movement during contact with the ground. Indeed, eversion or inversion of it during this phase leads to a misalignment of the unwinding of the pitch during the phases of support and propulsion causing a loss of energy, but also and especially traumatic risks in the foot-knee-back chain.
- the longitudinal branches of the reinforcement make it possible to orient the unfolding of the foot and to avoid eversions or inversions of the forefoot, and also cause a "spoon" effect favoring the propulsion.
- the flexible zones of the foot or arches are unobstructed, which respects their dynamic functions of flexibility to dampen and restore a return of energy necessary to the unwinding of the not.
- the branch located on the side of the inner edge of the sole extends forward beyond the first metatarsal head.
- the central zone of the reinforcement located in front of the heel support zone is raised relative to to the zones arranged in front and behind.
- This structure holds the heel in its rocking motion forward, and provides a spring effect during the step of the step serving as additional damper to the vaults and complementary energy restitution the "spoon" effect during the propulsion phase.
- the part the sole of the sole has in the heel support zone and / or in the the zone between the two branches of the reinforcement a rotated bulge upwardly corresponding to a concave recessed area facing the low. it is a double concavity in the transverse direction and in the longitudinal direction.
- the vertical force tends to tighten the loop for the rear bulge, or to tighten the longitudinal branches for the front bulge, which improves the stabilizing effect.
- the reinforcement is made of synthetic material or a composite material, chosen from polymers, polycarbonates, polycarbolactoles or resin reinforced with glass or carbon fibers.
- the reinforcement is made of a single piece obtained by cutting.
- the reinforcement is made to from a single elongated piece folded to form a loop and whose ends form the longitudinal branches after crossing in the area in front of the heel.
- the crossing of the two branches forward of the receiving zone of the heel forms the desired thickness for the heel, and whose function has been defined previously.
- the two branches are made integral with one another, or attached in an elastic and adjustable.
- the reinforcement is made in two pieces one of which forms the loop surrounding the heel and the branch located side of the inner edge of the sole and the other, fixed on the first piece on the inside edge of the sole and in the front area of the loop formed by the reinforcement extends substantially transversely to the axis from the sole to join the edge located on the outer side of the sole and form the second longitudinal branch.
- the two constituent parts of the reinforcement are made of different materials.
- the second piece constituting the longitudinal branch extending along the outer edge of the sole, has a portion inclined which forms an angle between 60 and 90 ° with the axis called metatarsal break, which is the folding line of the forefoot.
- This orientation of the oblique part of the branch allows a rocker physiological foot lateral medial, which accelerates the unwinding of the supports and the braking phase of the forefoot, and a optimum course of support to reach a support on the big toe, at the level of which the impulse is given.
- the ends of the branches of the reinforcement are connected by a bypass, which facilitates the return of the weight of the body from one branch to the other, if the weight was too much on one of the branches.
- one less branches of the reinforcement is equipped with a spring or elastic stud located.
- Figure 1 shows an inner shoe sole 2 curved to the general shape of a foot or intended to be adapted to the shape particular of a foot.
- This sole comprises a main part 3 of surface corresponding substantially to that of the bottom of the shoe, possibly equipped with localized support elements and / or depreciation not shown in the drawing.
- This sole includes also a reinforcement 4 which, in the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 7, is made in one piece, cut and shaped.
- This reinforcement is made of synthetic material having a good stiffness-nervousness ratio, or in a composite material, for example a reinforced resin fiberglass or carbon fiber.
- This reinforcement 4 comprises a portion 5 loop shape that surrounds the heel support zone, which is extended forwardly by two longitudinal branches 6 and 7, and arranged along both edges of the sole at least to the area of the first and fifth metatarsal heads.
- the central zone 9 of the reinforcement located in front of the heel support zone, that is to say in front of the loop 5, is elevated in relation to the forward and backward to ensure a good heel hold and improve performance, as indicated previously.
- the reinforcement In its central zone in front of the zone of the heel, the reinforcement comprises two lateral recesses 10, the bottom is set back from the respective lateral edges of the sole. it allows you to clear the soft areas of the foot, in order to respect their dynamic functions of flexibility.
- the main part 3 of the sole comprises, in the zone heel support 12 and in a zone 13 situated between the branches 6, 7 of the reinforcement, each a bulge turned upwards corresponding to a hollow recessed area facing downwards.
- FIG. 6 represents, for its part, the part raised of the central zone 9 of the reinforcement ensuring the maintenance of the heel.
- branch 6, on the other hand, possesses a longitudinal part and, on the other hand, forms an oblique line between the part of the front of the buckle and the inner side of the sole and the outer part of the sole.
- This oblique line 14 forms an angle between 60 and 90 ° with the fold line 15 of the forefoot or break metatarsal, this oblique line ensuring the physiological rocking of the foot Lateral mediate to facilitate and guide the course of support.
- FIG. 8 represents a second embodiment, in which the reinforcement is made from an elongate piece presenting in the form of a band, which is folded on itself to form a loop 16, and whose free ends form the longitudinal branches 17 and 18.
- the crossing zone 19 between the two branches forms the extra thickness that provides support in front of the heel. It may be noted that from its folding to form a loop, the band tilts from the inside towards outside and from the bottom up, in the heel receiving area, which promotes the guidance of it.
- FIG. 9 represents another embodiment, in which the reinforcement is made in two parts, that is to say a part 20 forming a loop 22 extended by a portion 23 forming a branch longitudinal located on the inner side of the sole.
- the reinforcement includes a second piece 24, which forms an oblique portion extending from the inner edge of the sole, in the area at the front of the loop 22, and the outer edge of the sole, in the area of the fifth metatarsal.
- the piece 24 is fixed on the piece 20, and may, for example, be made in one material different from that constituting the part 20, for example in a more rigid material to promote the rocking effect around the oblique axis previously defined.
- FIG. 10 represents a sole which is a variant of that of Figure 8 and in which the same elements are designated by the same references as before.
- the ends branches 17, 18 are connected by a bridge 25 allowing to return the weight of the body to the other branch, if it was too much one of them.
- the lower face of the branch 17 is equipped an elastic stud 26 favoring this effect of refocusing or deflection of the weight from the body to the other branch.
- the invention provides a great improvement to the existing technique by providing a sole Inner shoe providing lateral stabilization of the foot, guiding of it in its longitudinal movement, while promoting the propulsion, providing shock absorption, allowing venous drainage as well as a foot massage effect, and especially in assisting the foot in restoring its elastic reserve.
