Claims (23)
- Verfahren zur chemischen Reinigung von Rohrleitungen, wie Schankleitungen, bei dem der einer der Rohrleitung zuströmenden Reinigungsflüssigkeit in einer Dosiereinrichtung ein chemischer Reinigungsmittelzusatz beigefügt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reinigungsmittelzusatz in festem Aggregatzustand als Packung in die Dosiereinrichtung eingebracht und in der vorbeiströmenden Reinigungsflüssigkeit allmählich gelöst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Packung tablettenförmig ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Packung im Hauptstrom der Reinigungsflüssigkeit angeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reinigungsmittelzusatz eine vorbestimmte Lösungseigenschaft aufweist, bei der die Reinigungsflüssigkeit, die den Reinigungsmittelzusatz beim Vorbeiströmen löst und anschließend eine zu reinigende Rohrleitung füllt, über die gesamte Länge der zu reinigenden Rohrleitung mindestens eine vorbestimmte Mindestkonzentration des Reinigungsmittelzusatzes annimmt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Reinigungsmittelzusatz ein Farbstoff beigemischt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für unterschiedliche Reinigungsmittelzu-sätze unterschiedliche Farbstoffe beigemischt sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die chemische Reinigung in Kombination mit einer mechanischen Reinigung durch mindestens einen Reinigungskörper erfolgt und der Reinigungskörper an der Spitze der den Reinigungsmittelzusatz enthaltenden Reinigungsflüssigkeit durch die Rohrleitung bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strömungsrichtung der Reinigungsflüssigkeit umkehrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zur chemischen Reinigung von Rohrleitungen, wie Schankleitungen, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit einer der Einbringung eines Reinigungsmittelzusatzes in eine Reinigungsflüssigkeit dienenden Dosiervorrichtung, die einen Zu- und Abfluß für einen die Reinigungsflüssigkeit aufweisenden Strömungspfad um-faßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Strömungspfad ein Aufnahmeraum (6; 106; 206; 306; 406; 506; 606) für eine Packung (9; 109; 209; 309; 409; 509) eines in festem Aggregatzustand vorliegenden Reinigungsmittelzusatezs vorgesehen ist, und daß dieser Aufnahmeraum (6; 106; 206; 306; 406; 506; 606) mindestens einen Anschlag (8; 108; 408; 508) zur Bewegungsbegrenzung der Packung (9; 109; 209; 309; 409; 509) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Aufnahmeraum (6; 106; 206; 306; 406; 506; 606) in einem aus mindestens zwei Teilen bestehenden geteilten Gehäuse (2; 102) befindet, bei dem mindestens ein Teil abnehmbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Aufnahmeraum (6; 106; 206; 306; 406; 506; 606) im Unterteil (4a; 104a; 204a; 404a) des geteilten Gehäuses befindet, und das Unterteil (4a; 104a; 204a; 404a) vom Oberteil (4b; 104b; 204b; 304b, 404b; 504b) abnehmbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (104b) ein in das Unterteil (104a) ragendes Rohr (111) trägt, dessen Stirnseite den Aufnahmeraum (106) begrenzt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (4b; 104b, 204b, 304b, 404b; 504b) durch das Ventilgehäuse (3) eines Vier-Wege-Umschaltventils (12) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmeraum achsparallele Rippen zum Abstützen der Packung aufweist, deren dem Ventil zugewandte Enden den Aufnahmeraum (6; 106; 206; 306; 406; 506; 606) der Packung (9; 109; 209; 309; 409; 509) in Strömungsrichtung begrenzen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an dem der Dosiereinrichtung entgegengesetzten Ende der zu reinigenden Leitung ein Sensor befindet, der in Abhängigkeit vom Eintreffen der mit Reinigungsmittelzusatz versetzten Reinigungsflüssigkeit die Zufuhr der Reinigungsflüssigkeit unterbricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuervorrichtung nach Ablauf einer vorgegebenen Zeitdauer die Zufuhr der Reinigungsflüssigkeit in entgegengesetzter Richtung bewirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Aufnahmeraum ein Druckminderer (622) vorgeschaltet ist, der den Aufnahmeraum, mit einem Wasserdruck beaufschlagt, der in einem vorbestimmten Bereich liegt.
- Reinigungsmittelzusatz zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reinigungsmittelzusatz in festem Aggregatzustand als Packung mit vorbestimmter Menge vorliegt und ein vorbestimmtes Lösungsverhalten hat.
- Reinigungsmittelzusatz nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Packung ein Preßkörper nach Art einer Tablette ist.
- Reinigungsmittelzusatz nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Packung aus einem Reinigungsmittelzusatz und einen die Lösungsgeschwindigkeit beeinflussenden Additiv besteht.
- Reinigungsmittelzusatz nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Packung zusätzlich einen Farbstoff enthält.
- Reinigungsmittelzusatz nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine für 5 1 benötigte Reinigungsflüssigkeit bestimmte Tablette mindestens 2,5 g des Reinigungsmittelzusatzes aufweist
- Reinigungsmittelzusatz nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reinigungsmittelzusatz eine Löslichkeit von mindestens 200 g/l in Wasser bei 20°C aufweist.
