Definitions
- the invention relates to a flexible nunchucks with two an expander connected impact bodies, each one Inner body and in the longitudinal direction a casing have made of plastic foam or foam rubber.
- DE-GM 90 06 137 is a gymnastics and Martial arts equipment known in which the with a possibly elastic, rope connected together Impact body a casing made of a plastic foam or Have foam, and in this an elastic Plastic pipe is embedded, in which a flexible, massive plastic rod is cast, this Plastic rod is firmly connected to the plastic tube (there Fig. 2).
- This nunchaku has particularly through the plastic rod, especially because of the firm connection with the Plastic pipe, the disadvantage that it is not flexible enough which makes choking possible, and also because of the too big Weight, blows, physical damage respectively May result in impairments. That is the reason, which is why they didn't come to the German market because they are prohibited by the police because of these properties.
- DE-GM 88 11 365 is a fight, training and Competition sports equipment with 2 impact bodies made of flexible, solid Plastic rods and foam sheathing, which with a Nylon cord are described.
- This too Plastic rods are, of course, not flexible enough to do that to eliminate the danger they pose. Therefore, too this device has the same drawbacks as the one discussed above.
- U.S. Patent 4,462,593 includes a nunchaku, among others described, which consists of two connected with a cord rigid rods, which are encased in a damping covering are and at their two ends with springs Cap elements are connected; also the cap elements themselves are rigid and covered with a damping covering. Because of the rigid rod elements also have these nunchucks above-mentioned disadvantages of the possibility of choking with it and handing out punches that cause physical harm or cause impairments. This despite the spring connections between the respective rigid Main body part and rigid cap part. On the one hand, they are most of the bars making up the impact body rigid, so that the possibility of choking is not switched off, which is not mentioned in the publication mentioned. On the other hand, even at the ends the feathers in the Transverse direction not to produce sufficient elasticity, so that even in the case of blows physical damage Impairments cannot be safely switched off. Added to this is the disadvantage of the multiple parts, which the Device complicated.
- the invention is therefore based on the object Eliminating the disadvantages of the prior art of a nunchaku, which despite good stability or more stable Attachment is much more flexible than the nunchucks of the State of the art and has superior damping, as well to create its use.
- the invention relates to a flexible nunchaku two impactors connected to an expander, each an inner body and one in the longitudinal direction Have a covering made of plastic foam or foam rubber, which is characterized in that the inner body in each case of a flexible hose without filling it Inside, which is inserted into the casing and firmly attached is, is formed.
- the hose advantageously has the following properties: Burst pressure 16 to 30 bar, especially about 20 bar, at 1.25 to 2.5 cm (20 ° C), cadmium-free, without algae formation, durable.
- the material of the hose be a flexible rubber or a flexible plastic with Textile reinforcement is.
- the textile reinforcement can be fabric or Be fiber, the former being preferred. This will make the required flexibility with sufficient shape retention (e.g. no permanent kinking).
- the flexible plastic of the hose is preferably a soft polyvinyl chloride (soft PVC), especially RAU® -PVC der Type 8589/8020.
- soft PVC soft polyvinyl chloride
- the material of the hose advantageously has a Shore hardness A from 60 to 90, especially 70 to 80 ⁇ 3%.
- the hose preferably has an inner hose part and an outer tube part. It is preferred that the outer tube part is softer than the inner tube part.
- the outer tube part particularly preferably has one Shore hardness A from 60 to 80, in particular 70, and the Inner tube part a Shore hardness A of 70 to 90, especially 80.
- An example of the outer tube part is the type PVC 7020 and the inner tube part the type PVC 8008, each from the company Matt Aigner, D-83527 Haag.
- the hose can be one Act water hose.
- the expander by being plugged into the cavity one at a time Sheath constrained, rigid, solid spout of the Impact body attached to this.
- the Connection between the expander and the spout one Snap connection can be as follows:
- the expander has a part of one at one end Snap connection on that to engage in a complementary Part of the snap connection is set up on the spout.
- the latter variant has the advantage that the Snap connection can be set so that at a certain tractive effort the connection between expander and Impact body comes loose. That can also be done with a Screw connection are accomplished.
- the expander to one Impact body by being plugged into an extension of the Spout towards the inside of the extension and away from it movable at least two tabs on the circumference and with one pushed onto the extension, the tabs with certain force on the cap pressing the expander Use one to release the pressure from the tabs sufficient tractive force releasably attached to the expander.
- the Extension can consist of one piece with the spout.
- a alternative convenient form is in the spout inserted into it, firmly connected to it as a sleeve trained use.
- the expander advantageous through the cavity of the insert or only up to inserted a stop of the same.
- the presence of two Tabs are sufficient, but more, for example four, be arranged.
- the cap can expediently be the impact body expanding conical. To perform the function the provision of such a connecting device is sufficient one of the impactors, but both can Devices are available.
- the latter embodiment also has the advantage that at a certain pulling force of the expander the connection between the expander and the impact body comes loose because the Cross section of the expander so far that it extends from the Tabs are no longer held and therefore from extension the spout and cap slide out.
- the stable attachment of the hose is advantageous the ends of which. That is an essential contribution to Stability of the nunchucks. Compared to the state of the art which is also surprising since after this stiffening elements are installed over the entire length of the impact body and this made the nunchucks too inflexible and too heavy.
- the impact bodies have a length of 25 to 40 cm, especially 30 cm.
- the length of the Hose between the ends of the impactor located spout and sleeve the middle area of the Impact body takes up about half the total length of the Impactors.
- the diameter of the hose is expediently 1 to 2 cm, preferably 1.3 cm; of it is the clear expanse advantageously 50 to 70%, preferably 60%.
- this is the expander End of the hose by being plugged into the cavity end, Being plugged onto and / or being stuck to the Insertion point of the expander facing away from the end of the spout Impact body attached.
- the expander can in the spout up to Connection point of the hose must be inserted.
- this is the expander facing end of the hose by a screw connection by means of a thread at the insertion point of the expander opposite end of the spout and a complementary one Thread at the named end of the hose to that of Insertion point of the expander facing away from the end of the spout Impact body attached.
- this is facing away from the expander End of the hose by being plugged into the cavity end, Attached to and / or being stuck to the expander facing, open end of one in the respective casing whose end facing away from the expander is forced into the sleeve Impact body attached.
- this is the expander opposite end of the hose by a screw connection by means of a thread on the open expander End one in the respective sheathing on the expander distal end squeezed sleeve and one to it complementary thread at the named end of the hose to the open end of the sleeve fixed in the impact body.
- the sleeve consists of a tubular cylinder and a the end facing away from the expander and removably closing it Plug.
- the weight of the nunchucks can be somewhat in the cavity of the sleeve increase.
- the material of the plastic foam is preferably the Coating of uncrosslinked flexible polyethylene foam or uncrosslinked polyurethane foam.
- the material of the plastic foam the sheath is closed-pore. This will Dirt effects are better avoided and the grip is more pleasant.
- An open-pore material can also be used, a however, this is less washable and therefore easier polluting.
- the thickness of the sheathing is advantageously 0.7 to 1.7 cm, especially 1.7 cm.
- the material of the expander is also advantageous Textile material braided rubber, especially rubber lines.
- the textile can in turn be woven or fiber, the the former is preferred.
- the material of the expander preferably has the following properties: diameter 5 to 10 mm, in particular 7 to 9 mm, very particularly 8 mm Weight 3 to 6 kg / 100 m, in particular about 4.5 kg / 100 m breaking load 250 to 350 daN, especially about 300 daN strain 100 to 200%, especially 150%.
