Definitions

  • the invention relates to a flexible nunchucks with two an expander connected impact bodies, each one Inner body and in the longitudinal direction a casing have made of plastic foam or foam rubber.
  • DE-GM 90 06 137 is a gymnastics and Martial arts equipment known in which the with a possibly elastic, rope connected together Impact body a casing made of a plastic foam or Have foam, and in this an elastic Plastic pipe is embedded, in which a flexible, massive plastic rod is cast, this Plastic rod is firmly connected to the plastic tube (there Fig. 2).
  • This nunchaku has particularly through the plastic rod, especially because of the firm connection with the Plastic pipe, the disadvantage that it is not flexible enough which makes choking possible, and also because of the too big Weight, blows, physical damage respectively May result in impairments. That is the reason, which is why they didn't come to the German market because they are prohibited by the police because of these properties.
  • DE-GM 88 11 365 is a fight, training and Competition sports equipment with 2 impact bodies made of flexible, solid Plastic rods and foam sheathing, which with a Nylon cord are described.
  • This too Plastic rods are, of course, not flexible enough to do that to eliminate the danger they pose. Therefore, too this device has the same drawbacks as the one discussed above.
  • U.S. Patent 4,462,593 includes a nunchaku, among others described, which consists of two connected with a cord rigid rods, which are encased in a damping covering are and at their two ends with springs Cap elements are connected; also the cap elements themselves are rigid and covered with a damping covering. Because of the rigid rod elements also have these nunchucks above-mentioned disadvantages of the possibility of choking with it and handing out punches that cause physical harm or cause impairments. This despite the spring connections between the respective rigid Main body part and rigid cap part. On the one hand, they are most of the bars making up the impact body rigid, so that the possibility of choking is not switched off, which is not mentioned in the publication mentioned. On the other hand, even at the ends the feathers in the Transverse direction not to produce sufficient elasticity, so that even in the case of blows physical damage Impairments cannot be safely switched off. Added to this is the disadvantage of the multiple parts, which the Device complicated.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object Eliminating the disadvantages of the prior art of a nunchaku, which despite good stability or more stable Attachment is much more flexible than the nunchucks of the State of the art and has superior damping, as well to create its use.
  • the invention relates to a flexible nunchaku two impactors connected to an expander, each an inner body and one in the longitudinal direction Have a covering made of plastic foam or foam rubber, which is characterized in that the inner body in each case of a flexible hose without filling it Inside, which is inserted into the casing and firmly attached is, is formed.
  • the hose advantageously has the following properties: Burst pressure 16 to 30 bar, especially about 20 bar, at 1.25 to 2.5 cm (20 ° C), cadmium-free, without algae formation, durable.
  • the material of the hose be a flexible rubber or a flexible plastic with Textile reinforcement is.
  • the textile reinforcement can be fabric or Be fiber, the former being preferred. This will make the required flexibility with sufficient shape retention (e.g. no permanent kinking).
  • the flexible plastic of the hose is preferably a soft polyvinyl chloride (soft PVC), especially RAU® -PVC der Type 8589/8020.
  • soft PVC soft polyvinyl chloride
  • the material of the hose advantageously has a Shore hardness A from 60 to 90, especially 70 to 80 ⁇ 3%.
  • the hose preferably has an inner hose part and an outer tube part. It is preferred that the outer tube part is softer than the inner tube part.

  • An example of the outer tube part is the type PVC 7020 and the inner tube part the type PVC 8008, each from the company Matt Aigner, D-83527 Haag.
  • the hose can be one Act water hose.
  • the expander by being plugged into the cavity one at a time Sheath constrained, rigid, solid spout of the Impact body attached to this.
  • the Connection between the expander and the spout one Snap connection can be as follows:
  • the expander has a part of one at one end Snap connection on that to engage in a complementary Part of the snap connection is set up on the spout.
  • the latter variant has the advantage that the Snap connection can be set so that at a certain tractive effort the connection between expander and Impact body comes loose. That can also be done with a Screw connection are accomplished.
  • the expander to one Impact body by being plugged into an extension of the Spout towards the inside of the extension and away from it movable at least two tabs on the circumference and with one pushed onto the extension, the tabs with certain force on the cap pressing the expander Use one to release the pressure from the tabs sufficient tractive force releasably attached to the expander.
