Definitions
- the invention relates to an insole and the use the same for the manufacture of a shoe in connection with one or more insoles to adapt the shoe the respective foot width of the wearer can be used, so that one and the same shoe depending on the thickness of the insole in a practically ideal fit to different foot widths can be adjusted.
- Such an insole is known from DE 196 41 866 A.
- Such an adjustment is particularly important for children's shoes great advantage because in children's shoes because of the ratio to adults, on the one hand, relatively much smaller group of adults there is a tendency towards "one size fits all", i.e. to Shoes that are only one in size (medium) walking distance are available and because of it on the other hand in children in view that their feet are still in development, it is particularly important to wear shoes for To have available that adapted to the respective foot width to ensure healthy foot development.
- the insole according to the invention is also the same Suitable for adult shoes, both for Street shoes, work shoes, sports shoes and everyone else Types of shoes, and it also allows for customization here one and the same shoe at different foot widths, the shoe as such unlike previous orthopedic Shoes with a highly elegant appearance because the insole according to the invention enables place the foot unusually deep inside the shoe and to provide thin outsoles.
- the object of the present invention is in particular a To provide insole that allows shoes to produce which with excellent transverse stability and excellent longitudinal flexibility of the sole on the one hand and with less expensive, more rational and relatively uncomplicated Manufacturability on the other hand one and the same Adapt shoe to different foot widths without the Elegance of the shoe shape is impaired.
- This insole is preferably designed so that the agent for transverse stiffening and / or longitudinal flexibility of the support sole and / or the thickening at least in the forefoot area extending structure sole made of hard, elastic Material of cross-stable and longitudinally flexible structure is.
- the cross-bracing means and / or for longitudinal flexibility so can these in the forefoot area and possibly in the midfoot area be arranged so that the maximum transverse stiffening at an angle ⁇ in the range of 77 ° to 90 ° to the longitudinal direction of the sole and / or the maximum longitudinal flexibility below an angle ⁇ of 0 ° to -13 ° to the longitudinal direction of the sole, this cross stiffening and / or longitudinal flexibility range preferably over 30% to 60% of the longitudinal direction of the sole extends (preferably starting from the sole tip).
- transverse stiffening and / or longitudinal flexibility in this area should be provided so that the maximum transverse stiffening at an angle ⁇ in the range from 90 ° to 103 ° Longitudinal direction of the sole and / or the maximum longitudinal flexibility at an angle ⁇ of 0 ° to 13 ° to the longitudinal direction of the sole runs, with the transverse stiffening and / or longitudinal flexibility range this type prefers over 20% to 40% of Longitudinal sole direction, starting from the sole end, extends.
- the sum of the angles ⁇ + ⁇ and ⁇ + ⁇ is preferably in each case 180 °.
- angles mentioned are measured in this way are that one leg of the angle from the longitudinal axis the sole, facing forward, and the other leg assuming the specified angle ⁇ , ⁇ , ⁇ or ⁇ im Is twisted clockwise (as related below can be seen with the drawing).
- angles ⁇ and ⁇ can vary ⁇ , ⁇ , ⁇ or ⁇ . This is the case with Toddler the angles ⁇ and ⁇ make sense in a size of 90 °, for shoe sizes 30 to 32 there is an angle ⁇ of 86 ° and a Angle ⁇ of 94 ° to be preferred, while for shoe sizes 33 to 35, an angle ⁇ of 81 ° and an angle ⁇ of 99 ° are preferred becomes special and finally for shoe sizes from 36 preferably the angle ⁇ is 77 ° and the angle ⁇ is 103 °.
- the Angles ⁇ and ⁇ result from the aforementioned angles by that the direction of longitudinal flexibilization is perpendicular on the direction of the cross bracing.
- the insole according to the invention is preferably so trained that the shell edge with means, for example Notches or wedge-shaped incisions is provided, a web effect and / or a throwing up of the shell edge prevent in the area of the predetermined bend, especially the bale, with the movement of the shoe carrier under predetermined bending is to be understood, which is generated when the ball of the foot rolls off becomes.
- the underside of the support sole in the area of the gusset recess is particularly preferably flat or even excellent gluing and adhesion of the shoe upper in the area of the crotch and thus one excellent durability of the shoe, what the connection between Regarding shoe upper and sole guaranteed is.
- the thickening and / or the support sole or the whole Insole has a high Shore hardness, especially a Shore A hardness in the range from 90 to 100, preferably in the range from 92 to 98, or a Shore D hardness in the range of 70 to 100 owns or own.
- the entire insole can be formed as a one-piece part be or consist of individual components, which are preferred integrated into a one-piece unit or firmly connected are.
- the insole and the upper of the shoe a self-supporting shoe structure are, with particular preference the level of thickening is equal to the thickness of the shoe upper.
- a shoe that is under Use of an insole according to the invention in particular is produced in the above-mentioned manner, in conjunction with one or more insoles, the Underside shape preferably complements the shell shape of the insole is trained for the adaptation of the shoe the respective foot width of the wearer so that a practical ideal inner fit of the shoe for the wearer, be used.
- FIGS. 2 and 3 The means for transverse stiffening and / or longitudinal flexibility the support sole and / or the thickening are shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 a structural sole 11 made, for example, of cross-profiled Spring steel exists and is in the area of the support sole 2 extends, this support sole 11 by flexible Materials 12 and 13 is embedded so that the support sole 2 has a flat upper and lower surface, the entire surface below into the thickening 5 and laterally seamless into the edge of the shell 4 can pass over.
- a structural sole 11 made, for example, of cross-profiled Spring steel exists and is in the area of the support sole 2 extends, this support sole 11 by flexible Materials 12 and 13 is embedded so that the support sole 2 has a flat upper and lower surface, the entire surface below into the thickening 5 and laterally seamless into the edge of the shell 4 can pass over.
- FIG. 1 Another essential means by which the thickening 5 can be made longitudinally flexible and transverse stable, is from figure 1 can be seen, according to which incisions 14 transversely to the longitudinal direction of the insole, which are provided by the entire thickness of the thickening 5 or only a part this thickness can go through and the thickening one ladder-like structure, as shown in Figure 1 particularly clearly shows, give.
- the shoe is at the foot width of the Carrier-fitting insole 20 shown, which is form-fitting insert into the top of the edge of the shell edge 1 leaves so that they slip through the shell shape and by the stability of the cup edge insole according to the invention is held deformation-resistant and a highly stable adjustment to the foot width guaranteed.
- the foot supports which forms the basis for a multi-width system in the area the ball mass has a thickening 5, namely preferably with ladder-like cross ribs, the lateral stability guaranteed.
- the shell edge insole includes a bottom 2.5 and one side shell edge 4.
- the side shell edge 4 has one preferably height h of 3.5-8 mm at the front in the forefoot area and 0 to 18 mm at the rear in the rear foot area to accommodate different Insoles 20 with which different Foot widths and foot thicknesses (multi-width system) can be collected.
- the thickness of the thickening 5 is preferably between 1.0 to 3.0 mm, and the thickness s of the support sole 2 is preferred 1.0 to 5.0 mm.
- the advantage of the shell edge insole is in particular in that different foot widths and foot thicknesses through one shoe can be recorded with the same foot length; the different volumes of the feet are characterized by different Insoles 20 caught.
- the thickening 5 is preferably made of a compressed, thickened Material made. About lateral stability and penetration security to ensure flexibility but not too hinder, is the thickening 5 of the thickened shell edge insole preferably like a ladder with the transverse incisions 14 provided between the conductors 15. The direction of the cross cuts is based on the line of loading processes and is to the longitudinal axis in the forefoot area in adults preferably 77 °, in the rear foot area 103 °.
- the thickening 5 of the bottom part of the shell edge insole captures all main stress zones of the foot in all phases of the Loading process.
- the thickening 5 of the base is sufficient 2, 5 of the shell edge insole 1 not to the edge of the Insole outline, but stands from this inside far away that enough space 7 and material for one Lasting and for gluing the shaft 8 there.
- the cup-shaped insole 1 has wearing properties and is defined differently from normal insoles. It is the defining element of the shoe.
- the shell edge insole 1 supports and guides the insole on it 20 dampens and guarantees a pleasant foot climate, especially through a water absorption capacity.
- the shell rim insole has, with the exception of the soft one Shell edges prefer a high Shore hardness, in particular a high Shore A hardness or Shore D hardness, preferably one Shore A hardness from 80 to 100 or a Shore D hardness from 70 to 100. This applies particularly to thickening, if this has a ladder-like structure.
- the flexibility of the shell edge insole To ensure, the floor - as mentioned above - is notched like a ladder or in another Made longitudinally flexible, the shell edge is preferred in Notched area of the predetermined bending curves (bales) To enable web effect or to throw up the edge of the shell.
- the adhesive surface of the thickening of the shell edge insole (according to the ball size) should be as flat as possible his.
- the shell rim insole consists of a one-piece or multi-piece material, which has a bowl edge shape, the Shell edge adapts to the outer shape of the foot.
- the bowl bottom can accommodate an insole of different thickness to compensate for different widths and has one Shell base that is so far back from the shell sole outline, that it is the main stress zones in foot movement supports, thus supporting the foot and enough space on the side offers to pinch or stick a shaft and the Foot leads.
- the insole provides cushioning in the rear foot area and bedding in the forefoot area guaranteed.
- the outline of the thickening of the ball mass is identical to the minimum requirements for transverse bracing.
- the shell edge insole is the ideal insole for one Shoe.
- Figures 4 and 5 show a further preferred embodiment an insole 22 according to the invention in an overall view ( Figure 4) perpendicular to the bottom of the insole and in a partial perspective view, obliquely to the side to the bottom of the insole.
- This insole 22 is, apart from those explained below special features, otherwise like the insole 1 of Figures 1, 2, and 3, so that to that extent Description of Figures 1 to 3 and those in these figures used, compared to Figures 4 and 5 additional reference numerals is referred to, but - as in the figures 1, 2 and 3 - the preferably made of spring steel Structure sole 11 can be omitted, in particular when there is sufficient transverse stiffening and longitudinal flexibility the insole 1 or 22 by other means, such as for example that of the cuts 14 and the projections 15 formed ladder-like structure of the thickening 5 in Connection with a relatively hard thickening material (e.g. Shore A hardness from 80 to 100 or Shore D hardness from 70 to 100) is effected.
- a relatively hard thickening material e.g. Shore A hardness from 80 to 100 or Shore D hardness from 70 to 100
- the lateral edge 6 is the general one areal thickening 5 formed as a sealing edge 21, the without interruptions around the of the projections 15 and Recesses 14 formed thickening structure and thereby the lasting impact recess 7 against the thickening structure
- Seals 14, 15, the thickness d of the sealing edge 21 preferably equal to the thickness of the thickening structure 14, 15 and the width of the sealing edge 21 is preferably smaller than the width of the protrusions 15 (e.g. between 5-15 mm lies), e.g. 0.5-2.5 mm, so little about the longitudinal flexibility diminish as possible.
- the sealing edge 21 prevents moisture or moisture, e.g. as a result of a partially passed or in some other way with holes, e.g. through nails, broken glass o.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 Like the cross-sectional structures of Figures 2 and 3, the basically also for an insole 22 according to FIGS. 4 and 5 apply, show is the support sole 2 together with the Thickening 5 and preferably also together with the edge of the shell 4 designed as a sealing unit, which the top the insole and thus the inside of the shoe against moisture and wetness from below - even with holes in the outsole 10 -sealed.
- a seal against direct Penetration of moisture or wetness is due to the dense insole layers also in the embodiment guaranteed according to Figures 1, 2 and 3.
- FIGS. 4 prevents and 5 penetration of moisture and moisture through fine Spaces, microchannels or the like in the bonding area between the upper leather plus any other associated with it Layers such as a textile membrane layer, and the gusset recess 7.
- the sealing edge 21, which is preferably in one piece with the remaining thickening structure 14, 15 and preferably also with the support sole 2, if necessary in a number of cases not necessary, e.g. for indoor shoes, such as slippers, indoor sneakers or the like or such as in the case of thickening structures in which the transverse stiffening and / or the longitudinal flexibility through one in itself dense composite structure, e.g. a graphite fiber reinforced Plastic.
