Claims (11)

  1. Système de fermeture pour un couvercle pivotant entre une position ouverte et une position fermée d'une carrosserie automobile, en particulier un hayon, avec un cylindre de fermeture (1) pouvant être actionné au moyen d'une clé, un mécanisme de transmission de force convertissant les mouvements rotatifs dudit cylindre en mouvements de pivotement d'un cliquet d'arrêt (11) formant un élément constitutif d'une serrure à loquet et avec une poignée (13) pour le pivotement manuel du couvercle (5), caractérisé en ce que la poignée (13) est disposée sur une extrémité tournée vers l'extérieur d'un boítier (3) du cylindre de fermeture (1) qui est maintenu de manière à empêcher toute rotation par un logement (4) ressemblant à un pot ou à un tube mais qui est guidé de manière coulissante dans le sens de la longueur entre une position de fermeture rentrée et une position d'ouverture sortie par la détente d'un ressort (15) tendu entre lui et le logement (4), ledit ressort étant associé au moins du côté du cylindre de fermeture à un crochet tendeur (19) afin d'empêcher sa détente involontaire, ledit crochet pouvant pivoter hors de sa prise de ressort pour induire la détente du ressort (15) par le mouvement d'un moyen d'actionnement (6) pour la serrure à loquet.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (5) présente un évidement (12) pour le logement de la poignée (13) du cylindre de fermeture se trouvant en position de fermeture.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que le logement (4) et le cylindre de fermeture (1) présentent des butées longitudinales (25) coopérant dans sa position d'ouverture.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le ressort (15) est disposé entre une butée ressemblant à une collerette (17) située sur le logement (4) et une butée ressemblant à un épaulement (16) située sur le boítier (3) du cylindre de fermeture (1) à l'intérieur du logement (4).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le crochet tendeur (19) pour pivoter hors de sa prise de ressort est pris par en dessous par une came (7) reliée solidairement en rotation au cylindre de fermeture (1) et qu'il peut pivoter par rotation du cylindre de fermeture (1) sur un angle prédéfini (23') hors de sa prise de ressort.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de transmission de force (8) s'engrène dans la came (7).

Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le crochet tendeur (19) pour pivoter hors de sa prise de ressort est pris par en dessous par une came de moteur (26) se trouvant en liaison pivotante avec la sortie d'un moteur d'actionnement (29) pour la serrure à loquet.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la came du moteur (26) est logée de manière rotative sur l'arbre du cylindre de fermeture (6).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de transmission de force (8) s'engrène dans la came du moteur (26).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la came du moteur (26) est prise par en dessous par une came (32) reliée solidairement en rotation au cylindre de fermeture (1).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9 et la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la came (32) est disposée solidairement en rotation sur l'arbre du cylindre de fermeture (6) et est en liaison par entraínement basculant dans un sens (33) avec la came du moteur (26).
