Claims (17)
- Mehrpoliges elektrisches Steckverbindungssystem, bei welchem die Steckverbindung jeweils durch einen mehrpoligen Stecker (1) mit einem Steckerkörper mit mehreren nebeneinander und mindestens teilweise übereinander angeordneten Kontaktstiftelementen (2) und eine mehrpolige Buchse (3) mit einem Buchsenkörper mit mehreren nebeneinander und mindestens teilweise übereinander angeordneten Kontakthülsenelementen (4) gebildet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß untereinander gleiche, Kontaktstiftelemente (2) oder Kontakthülsenelemente (4) tragende Module (5, 8) vorgesehen sind, die je nach gewünschter Polanzahl der Steckverbindung zu einem Steckerkörper oder einem Buchsenkörper zusammenfügbar sind. - Steckverbindungssystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Module (5, 8) jeweils nur eine Ebene von Kontaktelementen (2, 4) tragen. - Steckverbindungssystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Kontaktelemente (2, 4) als separate, an den Modulen (5, 8) befestigbare Bauelemente ausgebildet sind. - Steckverbindungssystem nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Module (5) für die Kontaktstiftelemente (2) mit den Modulen (8) für die Kontakthülsenelemente (4) gleich sind. - Steckverbindungssystem nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Module (5, 8) Aufnahmen (11, 12) aufweisen, in die wahlweise Kontaktstiftelemente (2) oder Kontakthülsenelemente (4) einsteckbar sind. - Steckverbindungssystem nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß für den Stecker (1) und für die Buchse (3) jeweils ein Gehäuse (32) vorgesehen ist. - Steckverbindungssystem nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß ein gemeinsames Gehäuse (32) für den Stecker (1) und für die Buchse (2) einer Steckverbindung vorgesehen ist. - Steckverbindungssystem nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Stecker (1) und die Buchse (3) jeweils in dem Gehäuse (32) verrastbar sind. - Steckverbindungssystem nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß für die Verrastung jeweils ein Endstück (6, 7, 9, 10) vorgesehen ist, welches endseitig mit einem Steckerkörper oder einem Buchsenkörper verbindbar ist. - Steckverbindungssystem nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß mindestens ein Teil der Endstücke (6, 9) Aufnahmen (11, 12) für Kontaktelemente (2, 4) aufweist. - Steckverbindungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Kontaktelemente (2, 4) in den Aufnahmen (11, 12) verrastbar sind. - Steckverbindungssystem nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Einrastposition des Kontaktelementes (2, 4) jeweils durch einen in der Aufnahme (11, 12) vorgesehenen Anschlag (17) bestimmt ist. - Steckverbindungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß in die Aufnahmen (11, 12) der Module (5, 8) jeweils ein Fortsatz (33) eines Nachbarmoduls (5, 8) oder eines Endstückes (7, 10) eingreifbar ist, welcher ein eingestecktes und eingerastetes Kontaktelement (2, 4) von der Einsteckseite her mit geringem Spiel hintergreift. - Steckverbindungssystem nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Module (5, 8) und die Endstücke (6, 7, 9, 10) aufeinanderklipsbar sind. - Steckverbindungssystem nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Module (5, 8) jeweils zwei voneinander beabstandete, elastisch auseinanderbiegbare Einrastleisten (22) und einen hierzu reziprok ausgebildeten Rastabschnitt (25) mit von den Einrastleisten (22) hintergreifbaren Einrastkanten (24) aufweisen. - Steckverbindungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Endstücke (6, 7, 9, 10) auf die Module (5, 8) klipsbar sind. - Steckverbindungssystem nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß Endstücke (7, 10) mit elastisch auseinanderbiegbaren Einrastleisten (26) und Endstücke (6, 9) mit einem hierzu reziprok ausgebildeten Rastabschnitt (28) vorgesehen sind.
