Claims (6)
- Doppelsiebformer (10) einer Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (12), insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit zwei umlaufenden endlosen Sieben (14, 16), die unter Bildung eines Stoffeinlaufspaltes (18) zusammenlaufen, wobei im Bereich des Stoffeinlaufspaltes (18) eines (16) der beiden Siebe (14, 16) über ein Formierelement (20) wie insbesondere eine Formierwalze oder ein durch Leisten abgestütztes Formierband geführt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das nicht mit dem Formierelement (20) in Kontakt tretende Außensieb (14) im Bereich des Formierelements (20) durch ein innerhalb der Außensiebschlaufe angeordnetes umlaufendes endloses Stützband (22) abgestützt ist. - Doppelsiebformer nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die auf das Innensieb (16) und die Faserstoffsuspension (12') wirkenden Zentrifugalkräfte zumindest teilweise durch eine zusätzliche Spannung des Stützbandes (22) kompensiert werden. - Doppelsiebformer nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Spannungen des Außensiebes (14) und des Stützbandes (22) so bemessen sind, daß die auf das Innensieb (16) und die Faserstoffsuspension (12') wirkenden Zentrifugalkräfte zumindest im wesentlichen kompensiert werden. - Doppelsiebformer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Stützband (22) undurchlässig ist und eine offene Außenumfangsfläche besitzt. - Doppelsiebformer nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Außenumfangsfläche des Stützbandes (22) profiliert und/oder mit Blindbohrungen versehen ist. - Doppelsiebformer nach einem Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Stützband (22) gelocht ist.
