Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Reduzieren der Schrottlänge beim Walzen von mittels Schweißnähten verbundener Metallbänder, insbesondere beim Kaltwalzen von austenitischen und ferritischen Edelstahlbändern, in einer durchlaufenen Tandemstraße mit zumindest zwei Walzgerüsten, wonach die jeweilige Schweißnaht vor dem ersten Walzgerüst angehalten oder im Schleichgang gefahren wird, während das zweite Walzgerüst das in bezug auf die Schweißnaht vorlaufende Metallband weiterwalzt und das weiterzuwalzende Metallbad aus einem zwischen beiden Walzgerüsten angeordneten Bandspeicher erhält, das erste Walzgerüst geöffnet und die Schweißnaht durch das erste Walzgerüst hindurchgefahren wird, anschließend das erste Walzgerüst geschlossen und die Schweißnaht nach dem Durchlaufen des Bandspeichers vor dem zweiten Walzgerüst angehalten oder im Schleichgang gefahren wird, während das erste Walzgerüst das in bezug auf die Schweißnaht nachlauf ende Metallband walzt und das gewalzte Metallband von dem Bandspeicher aufgenommen wird, das zweite Walzgerüst geöffnet und die Schweißnaht durch das zweite Walzgerüst hindurchgefahren wird, anschließend das zweite Walzgerüst geschlossen wird und so fort, und die jeweilige Schweißnaht im Bereich des Bandauslaufs aus den sie verbindenden Metallbändern herausgetrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Zuge des Öffnens der Walzgerüste wahlweise ein Walzenwechsel vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tandemwalzen der Schweißnaht verbundenen Metallbänder In-line in Bandprozeßlinien erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandzug im Einlaufbereich und Auslaufbereich der Walzgerüste gemessen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandzug im Einlaufbereich und Auslaufbereich des Bandspeichers gemessen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandzüge hinter dem ersten Walzgerüst und vor dem zweiten Walzgerüst eingestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Walzen am Bandanfang zumindest die Banddicke und die Bandfestigkeit gemessen und zur Voreinstellung der Walzgerüste hinsichtlich der Walzkraft und des Planwalzens verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandfestigkeit über Kraftmessungen bei dem Walzen vorgeschalteten Scheren- und/oder Besäumvorgängen ermittelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandfestigkeit über die Messung für einen vorgegebenen Streckegrad erforderlichen Zugkraft in einer vorgeschalteten Streckbiegerichtanlage und/oder über die Messung der für einen vorgegebenen Dressiergrad erforderlichen Walzkraft in einem vorgeschalteten Dressiergerüst ermittelt wird.
- Tandemstraße zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, mit zumindest zwei Walzgerüsten zum Walzen von Metallbändern insbesondere zum Kaltwalzen austenitischer und ferritischer Metallbänder, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den beiden Walzgerüsten (4, 5) ein Bandspeicher (6) zum Walzen durchlaufender Metallbänder (7) bei wechselweise geöffneten Walzgerüsten (4, 5) angeordnet ist.
- Tandemstraße nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor und hinter und ggf. zwischen den Walzgerüsten (4,5) Bandzugmeßvorrichtungen (8, 9) angeordnet sind.
- Tandemstraße nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor und hinter dem Bandspeicher (6) Bandzugmeßvorrichtungen (10, 11) angeordnet sind.
- Tandemstraße nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandzugmeßvorrichtungen (8-11), z. B. Kraftmeßdosen unter den Lagern von Umlenkrollen und/oder Spannrollen für die durchlaufenden Metallbänder (7) mit einer Bandumschlingung von mindestens 45°, vorzugsweise ≥ 90° angeordnet sind.
