Claims (25)

  1. Moyen d'entraînement (1) destiné à une porte ou à une fenêtre comportant un châssis stationnaire et au moins un battant (2) monté sur celui-ci, comportant un dispositif d'entraînement (3) destiné à ouvrir et fermer le battant (2),
    dans lequel le dispositif d'entraînement (3) présente un moteur d'entraînement (31) et un accumulateur d'énergie (34) et la fermeture est exclusivement effectuée au moyen du moteur d'entraînement (31) et l'ouverture est exclusivement effectuée au moyen de l'accumulateur d'énergie (34),
    dans lequel l'accumulateur d'énergie (34) est au moins partiellement chargé lors de la fermeture et est au moins partiellement déchargé lors de l'ouverture,
    dans lequel un dispositif de maintien (33) pouvant être commuté électriquement est prévu pour maintenir le battant (2) en position fermée, et
    dans lequel le dispositif de maintien (33) peut être déclenché par l'intermédiaire d'un signal électrique de manière à ce que le battant (2) puisse être amené en position ouverte par conversion de l'énergie accumulée dans l'accumulateur d'énergie (34),
    dans lequel
    - il est prévu un dispositif de régulation électrique disposé dans ou sur le châssis stationnaire (21), qui coopère, à la position fermée du battant (2), avec un moyen de verrouillage disposé sur le battant (2) à des fins de verrouillage, dans lequel le dispositif de maintien (33) est disposé dans la région du dispositif de verrouillage (37) et est conçu pour coopérer avec celui-ci ou remplace celui-ci, ou
    - le dispositif de maintien (33) présente, en tant qu'élément de blocage, un élément d'encliquetage électromécanique ou un piézo-élément, ou un élément magnétostrictif qui est conçu pour bloquer le mouvement d'un piston (36) ou d'une tringle (42) ou de l'accumulateur d'énergie (34) ou d'un arbre de sortie (41) ou du dispositif de verrouillage (37),
    caractérisé en ce que l'accumulateur d'énergie (34) est réalisé en tant que partie d'un dispositif d'ouverture de secours qui ouvre le battant (2) en cas d'urgence, par exemple en cas de coupure de courant, en cas d'incendie, un cas de panique, dans lequel le dispositif de maintien (33) peut être déclenché tant en fonctionnement normal qu'en cas d'urgence par l'intermédiaire du signal électrique, qui est généré, lors d'un fonctionnement normal, au moyen d'un capteur de détection de présence et/ou d'un dispositif de commutation autorisée et, en cas d'urgence, par l'intermédiaire d'un bouton-poussoir d'urgence et/ou d'un détecteur de fumée et/ou d'un détecteur d'incendie (56), et/ou par des points centraux, et dans lequel le dispositif de maintien (33), en tant qu'élément de maintien, présente un dispositif d'ouverture de porte à courant de repos et/ou une soupape à courant de repos et/ou un élément d'encliquetage à courant de repos, qui est conçu de manière à se déclencher automatiquement en cas de coupure de courant.
  2. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien (33) est disposé dans la région du dispositif d'entraînement (3).
  3. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien (33) coopère avec un composant du dispositif d'entraînement (3).
  4. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien (33) est disposé à l'extérieur du dispositif d'entraînement (3) et est supporté sur le battant (2) ou sur le châssis stationnaire (21).
  5. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien (33) agit entre le battant (2) et le châssis stationnaire (21) sans interposition du dispositif d'entraînement (3).
  6. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien (33) est réalisé de manière à coopérer avec l'accumulateur d'énergie (34).
  7. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement (3) présente un arbre de sortie (41) et en ce que le dispositif de maintien (33) est réalisé de manière à coopérer avec l'arbre de sortie (41).
  8. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement (3) présente un piston mobile (36) et en ce que le dispositif de maintien (33) est réalisé de manière à coopérer avec le piston mobile (36).
  9. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement (3) présente un dispositif d'amortissement hydraulique (32a, 32b) et en ce que le dispositif de maintien (33) est réalisé de manière à coopérer avec le dispositif d'amortissement hydraulique (32a, 32b).
  10. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement (3) présente une tringle transmettant une force (42), couplée à un arbre de sortie (41) du moteur d'entraînement (31) et en ce que le dispositif de maintien (33) est réalisé de manière à coopérer avec la tringle transmettant une force (42).
  11. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de commande (5) qui est conçu pour commander le moteur d'entraînement électromécanique (31) et/ou le dispositif de maintien (33).
  12. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement (5) présente au moins un capteur, de préférence un capteur de détection de présence, par exemple un détecteur de mouvement (54, 55) et/ou une barrière lumineuse et/ou un capteur de sécurité, par exemple un détecteur d'incendie (56).
  13. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que le capteur est réalisé sous la forme d'un capteur de présence, par exemple d'un détecteur de mouvement.
  14. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que le capteur est réalisé sous la forme d'une barrière lumineuse.
  15. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que le capteur est réalisé sous la forme d'un capteur de sécurité, par exemple d'un détecteur d'incendie (56).
  16. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (5) présente un commutateur pouvant être actionné manuellement pour ouvrir le battant (2).
  17. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (5) et/ou le dispositif de maintien (33) est ou sont réalisé (s) de manière à ce que le battant (2) s'ouvre automatiquement en cas de coupure de courant et/ou en cas d'incendie et/ou en cas d'alarme.
  18. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le moteur d'entraînement (31) est réalisé sous la forme d'un moteur d'entraînement électromécanique.
  19. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le moteur d'entraînement (31) est réalisé sous la forme d'une pompe hydraulique.
  20. Moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 18,
    caractérisé en ce que le moteur d'entraînement électromécanique (31) présente un mécanisme de transmission.
  21. Moyen d'entraînement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 20,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un mécanisme de couplage qui est réalisé pour séparer l'assemblage à force du moteur d'entraînement (31) ou du mécanisme de transmission ou de la pompe hydraulique.
  22. Procédé de mise en fonctionnement d'un Moyen d'entraînement (1) destiné à un battant (2) d'une porte ou d'une fenêtre,
    dans lequel il prévu un moyen d'entraînement (1) qui présente un dispositif d'entraînement (3) muni d'un moteur d'entraînement électromécanique (31) et d'un accumulateur d'énergie (34),
    dans lequel, lors d'un fonctionnement normal, l'ouverture du battant (2) est effectuée de manière commandée au moyen de l'accumulateur d'énergie (34) et la fermeture du battant (2) est effectuée de manière commandée automatiquement au moyen du moteur d'entraînement électromécanique (31), et
    dans lequel l'accumulateur d'énergie (34) est chargé lors de la fermeture du battant (2) et est au moins partiellement déchargé lors de l'ouverture du battant (2),
    caractérisé en ce que l'accumulateur d'énergie (34) est réalisé en tant que partie d'un dispositif d'ouverture d'urgence qui ouvre le battant (2) en cas d'urgence, par exemple en cas de coupure de courant, en cas d'incendie, en cas de panique, dans lequel le dispositif de maintien (33) peut être déclenché tant en fonctionnement normal qu'en cas d'urgence par l'intermédiaire du signal électrique qui est généré, lors d'un fonctionnement normal, au moyen d'un capteur de détection de présence et/ou d'un dispositif de commutation autorisée et, en cas d'urgence, est automatiquement généré sans le moteur d'entraînement (31) par l'intermédiaire d'un bouton-poussoir d'urgence (51) et/ou d'un détecteur de fumée et/ou d'un détecteur d'incendie (56) et/ou par des points centraux, et dans lequel le dispositif de maintien (33) présente, en tant qu'élément de maintien, un dispositif d'ouverture de porte à courant de repos et/ou une soupape à courant de repos et/ou un élément d'encliquetage à courant de repos qui est conçu de manière à se déclencher automatiquement en cas de coupure de courant.
  23. Procédé de mise en fonctionnement d'un moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que, lors d'un fonctionnement normal, l'ouverture et/ou la fermeture du battant (2) est automatiquement commandée, par exemple par l'intermédiaire d'un capteur de détection de présence (54) ou d'une barrière lumineuse.
  24. Procédé de mise en fonctionnement d'un moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 22,
    caractérisé en ce que le battant (2) est maintenu en position fermée au moyen d'un dispositif de maintien (33) pouvant être commuté électriquement.
  25. Procédé de mise en fonctionnement d'un moyen d'entraînement selon la revendication 24,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien (33) pouvant être commuté électriquement est déclenché, tant en fonctionnement normal qu'en cas d'urgence, par l'intermédiaire d'un signal électrique de manière à ce que le battant (2) puisse être amené en position ouverte.
