Claims (10)
- Presse, insbesondere kontinuierliche Presse zum Verpressen von Pressgutmatten zu Pressgutplatten im Zuge der Herstellung von Spanplatten, Faserplatten und anderen Holzwerkstoffplatten, mit Pressenoberteil und Pressenunterteil über die Pressenlänge in vorgegebenen Abständen verbindenden Pressenrahmen und innerhalb der Pressenrahmen angeordneten oberen und unteren Pressplatten, wobei auf die oberen und/oder unteren Pressplatten Presszylinderkolbenanordnungen arbeiten und im Bereich der Pressenrahmen jeweils eine Mehrzahl von Presszylinderkolbenanordnungen in Reihe angeordnet und einerseits an den oberen und/oder unteren Querholm des betreffenden Pressenrahmens, andererseits an die obere und/oder untere Pressplatte angeschlossen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinder (8) der jeweils in Reihe angeordneten Presszylinderkolbenanordnungen (8, 9) in einem gemeinsamen Zylinderblock (11) angeordnet sind, dass die Versorgungsleitungen (12), z. B. Hydraulikleitungen, für die Presszylinderkolbenanordnungen (8, 9) in den Zylinderblock (11) integriert sind, dass der Zylinderblock (11) gegen den oberen oder unteren Querholm (10) der betreffenden Pressenrahmen (7) oder gegen die obere oder untere Pressplatte (5 bzw. 4) abgestützt ist, und dass die Kolben der betreffenden Presszylinderkolbenanordnungen (8, 9) an die obere oder untere Pressplatte (5 bzw. 4) oder an den oberen oder unteren Querholm (10) angeschlossen sind.
- Presse, insbesondere Taktpresse, mit Pressenoberteil und Pressenunterteil, mit oberen und unteren Pressplatten, wobei auf die oberen und/oder unteren Pressplatten Presszylinderkolbenanordnungen arbeiten und jeweils eine Mehrzahl von Presszylinderkolbenanordnungen in Reihe angeordnet und einerseits an das Pressenoberteil und/oder Pressenunterteil, andererseits an die obere und/oder untere Pressplatte angeschlossen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinder (8) der jeweils in Reihe angeordneten Presszylinderkolbenanordnungen (8, 9) in einem gemeinsamen Zylinderblock (11) angeordnet sind, dass die Versorgungsleitungen (12), z. B. Hydraulikleitungen, für die Presszylinderkolbenanordnungen (8, 9) in den Zylinderblock (11) integriert sind und dass der Zylinderblock (11) mit den Presszylinderkolbenanordnungen (8, 9) und die an die Presszylinderkolbenanordnungen (8, 9) angeschlossenen Versorgungsleitungen (12) in den Unterholm (17) und/oder Oberholm (18) des Pressenrahmens (16) integriert sind.
- Presse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinderblock (11) gegen das Pressenoberteil oder das Pressenunterteil oder gegen die obere oder untere Pressplatte (5 bzw. 4) abgestützt ist, und dass die Kolben (9) der betreffenden Presszylinderkolbenanordnungen (8, 9) an die obere oder untere Pressplatte (5 bzw. 4) oder an das Pressenoberteil oder das Pressenunterteil angeschlossen sind.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinderblock (11) als Gussblock mit einer eingegossenen Verrohrung zur Bildung der Versorgungsleitungen (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versorgungsleitungen (12) als Bohrungen in dem Zylinder (11) ausgeführt sind.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinder (8) in beliebiger Reihenfolge an die Versorgungsleitungen (12) angeschlossen sind.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinder (8) von außen nach innen paarweise an die Versorgungsleitungen (12) angeschlossen sind.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem in der Blockmitte angeordneten Zylinder (8) für diesen Zylinder eigene Versorgungsleitungen (12) vorgesehen sind.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinderblock (11) randseitige Montageflansche (13) zum Einhängen, z. B. Einsetzen, zwischen den Querholmen (10) benachbarter Pressenrahmen (7) aufweist.
- Presse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinder (8) als Plungerzylinder und/oder Differentialzylinder ausgebildet sind.
