dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das erste Schloß (14) als Code-Schloß ausgebildet ist. - Schlüsselkasten nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durcheine Freisprecheinrichtung (26) im Bereich zwischen der In - System zum Ermöglichen des Zugangs zu einem Gebäude (1) für einen Dienstleistermit einem außerhalb des Gebäudes (1) angeordneten Schlüsselkasten (7) mit einem Gehäuse (12), welches einen abgeschlossenen Innenraum (11) zum Aufnehmen von Gebäudeschlüsseln (10) aufweist, mit einer Innentür (13) in einer der Wände des abgeschlossenen Innenraums (11), die ein erstes Schloß (14) aufweist, und mit einer Außentür (20) mit einem zweiten Schloß (21), welche den Raum außerhalb des Gehäuses (12) von dem Zugang zur Innentür (13) trennt, wobei das zweite Schloß (21) durch Fernübertragung von Signalen (25) zu öffnen ist,mit einer dem Gebäude (1) zugeordneten Überwachungszentrale (4), die das zweite Schloß (21) durch die Fernübertragung der entsprechenden Signale (25) entriegelt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das erste Schloß (14) als Code-Schloß ausgebildet ist. - System zum Ermöglichen des Zugangs zu einem Gebäude (1) nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß beim Dienstleister (6) in einer Datenbank ein Code zum Öffnen des ersten Schlosses (14) hinterlegt ist. - System zum Ermöglichen des Zugangs zu einem Gebäude (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,die über mit der Überwachungszentrale (4) verbundene Sensoren (3) das Gebäude (1) überwacht und im Alarmfall eine Zentrale (6) des Dienstleisters alarmiert. - System zum Ermöglichen des Zugangs zu einem Gebäude (1) nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Sensoren (3) als Brandmeldesensoren ausgebildet sind,daß die Überwachungszentrale (4) als Brandmeldezentrale ausgebildet ist und daß der Dienstleister die Feuerwehr ist. - System zum Ermöglichen des Zugangs zu einem Gebäude (1) nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Sensoren (3) als Intrusionsmeldesensoren ausgebildet sind,daß die Überwachungszentrale (4) als Intrusionsmeldezentrale ausgebildet ist und daß der Dienstleister die Polizei ist.
