Claims (25)
- Verriegelungsvorrichtung für verschwenkbare Bauelemente an Gebäuden zum Verschließen von Gebäudeöffnungen, insbesondere für Türen, Klappen und/oder Fenster,mit einer am Gebäude (12) anbringbaren Verriegelung, die zumindest einen drehbar lagerbaren Riegel (32) sowie eine Betätigungseinheit (34) für den Riegel (32) umfaßt, undmit wenigstens einem am verschwenkbaren Bauelement (14) anbringbaren Verriegelungselement (15), wobeidurch eine Schließbewegung des Bauelementes (14) der in einer Ausgangsstellung befindliche Riegel (32) über das Verriegelungselement (15) in Drehung versetzbar ist,durch Drehen des Riegels (32) die Betätigungseinheit (34) aktivierbar ist, unddurch die aktivierte Betätigungseinheit (34) der Riegel (32) unter Mitnahme des Verriegelungselementes (15) in eine Schließstellung drehbar ist, in der die Gebäudeöffnung durch das Bauelement (14) verschlossen und das Bauelement (14) über das Verriegelungselement (15) durch den Riegel (32) verriegelt ist.
- Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im am Gebäude (12) angebrachten Zustand die einzelnen Komponenten der Verriegelung zu einer kompakten Baugruppe zusammengefaßt sind. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verriegelung derart im Bereich der Begrenzung der Gebäudeöffnung unterbringbar ist, daß lediglich ein Eingriffsabschnitt (33) des Riegels (32) für das Verriegelungselement (15) in die Gebäudeöffnung hineinragt. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Riegel (32) als Falle ausgebildet ist, die eine bevorzugt schlitzförmige Aussparung (31) zur Aufnahme des Verriegelungselements (15) aufweist, wobei vorzugsweise der Riegel (32) als längsgeschlitzter Hohlzylinderabschnitt ausgebildet ist. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verriegelungselement (15) stift- oder bolzenförmig ausgebildet und im am Gebäude (12) angebrachten Zustand mit seiner Längsachse etwa parallel zur Drehachse (37) des Riegels (32) am Bauelement (14) anbringbar ist, wobei vorzugsweise das Verriegelungselement (15) in eine im Bauelement (14) vorgesehene Aussparung (16) einsetzbar ist. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verriegelung eine Steueranordnung umfaßt, die zur Ermittlung der Drehstellung des Riegels (32) und zur Ansteuerung der Betätigungseinheit (34) in Abhängigkeit von der ermittelten Drehstellung ausgebildet ist, wobei bevorzugt die Steueranordnung mit mehreren, vorzugsweise zwei, voneinander unabhängigen Abfragemitteln (36, 151, 152, 154) zusammenwirkt, mit denen die Stellung der Verriegelung an unterschiedlichen Stellen und insbesondere an verschiedenen Bauteilen (151, 152) der Verriegelung ermittelbar ist. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Steueranordnung wenigstens ein bevorzugt als insbesondere an seinem Tastende mit einer Rolle versehener Federarm ausgebildetes Tastelement (36) umfaßt, das über einen zusammen mit dem Riegel (32) bewegbaren Steuerarm (151) beaufschlagbar, insbesondere verstellbar ist, wobei vorzugsweise das Tastelement (36) in Richtung des Steuerarms (151) vorgespannt ist. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Riegel (32), insbesondere ein Steuerarm (151) des Riegels (32), zumindest eine Schaltstellung aufweist, die einer vorgegebenen Drehstellung des Riegels (32) entspricht, deren Erreichen insbesondere über ein Tastelement (36) in ein Schaltsignal für die Betätigungseinheit (34) umsetzbar ist. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Riegel (32), insbesondere ein Steuerarm (151) des Riegels (32), zumindest zwei Schaltstellungen aufweist, wobei die eine Schaltstellung einer Zwischenstellung und die andere Schaltstellung der Schließstellung des Riegels (32) entspricht, und wobei bevorzugt durch Erreichen der Zwischenstellung die Betätigungseinheit (34) einschaltbar und durch Erreichen der Schließstellung die Betätigungseinheit (34) ausschaltbar ist. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Steueranordnung Mittel (152, 154) zum Bestimmen der Drehstellung des Riegels (32) umfaßt und derart ausgebildet ist, daß eine vorgegebene Drehstellung des Riegels (32) nur dann in ein Schaltsignal für die Betätigungseinheit (34) umsetzbar ist, wenn sich der Riegel (32) in der Schließstellung befindet. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Blockierelement (152) vorgesehen ist, mit dem eine Drehung des Riegels (32) aus der Schließstellung zurück in Richtung der Ausgangsstellung insbesondere durch Zusammenwirken mit der Betätigungseinheit (34) blockierbar ist. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Blockierelement (152) als Mittel zum Bestimmen der Drehstellung des Riegels (32) vorgesehen ist. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Blockierelement als verschwenkbarer Rasthebel (152) ausgebildet ist, der vorzugsweise im Bereich eines Endes drehbar gelagert ist, im Bereich des anderen Endes mit einer Steueranordnung zusammenwirkt und in einem Zwischenbereich einen Rastvorsprung (153) aufweist. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Steueranordnung Mittel (154) zum Abfragen der Stellung des Blockierelementes (152) aufweist, wobei die Abfragemittel vorzugsweise ein Tastelement (154) umfassen, das bevorzugt als insbesondere an seinem Tastende mit einer Rolle versehener Federarm ausgebildet und vorzugsweise in Richtung des Blockierelementes (152) vorgespannt ist. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Blockierelement (152) mittels einer Freigabeeinrichtung (155) aus einer Blockierstellung in eine Freigabestellung überführbar ist, wobei vorzugsweise als Freigabeeinrichtung ein Hubmagnet (155) vorgesehen ist. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Betätigungseinheit (34) an einem von der Drehachse (37) des Riegels (32) beabstandeten Angriffspunkt (39) mit dem Riegel (32) insbesondere über eine Gelenkverbindung (39) koppelbar ist. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Betätigungseinheit (34) einen Getriebemotor, eine Gewindespindel und/oder einen Hubzylinder als Antriebseinheit (156) umfaßt. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Betätigungseinheit (34) eine insbesondere zur Begrenzung des von einer Antriebseinheit (156) auf den Riegel (32) übertragbaren Drehmoments ausgebildete Kupplungseinheit (157) aufweist, die vorzugsweise eine elektromagnetische Kupplung umfaßt. - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Betätigungseinheit (34) mit einem Freilauf derart versehen ist, daß bei aktivierter Betätigungseinheit (34) der Riegel (32) durch manuelle Drehung von einer Antriebseinheit (156) entkoppelbar und schneller in die Schließstellung drehbar ist als mittels der Antriebseinheit (156). - Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das verschwenkbare Bauelement ein Türblatt (14) ist und die Verriegelung in einer Türzarge (12) unterbringbar ist. - Tür mit wenigstens einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei vorzugsweise das Verriegelungselement (15) an einem Türblatt (14) angebracht und die Verriegelung in eine Türzarge (12) integriert ist.
- Nachweiseinrichtung für verschwenkbare Bauelemente (14) an Gebäuden (12) zum Verschließen von Gebäudeöffnungen, insbesondere für Türen, Klappen und/oder Fenster,
die wenigstens einen insbesondere optoelektronischen Sensor (271), mit dem das Vorhandensein eines Objektes, insbesondere der Hand eines Benutzers, im Bereich einer Handhabe (272) des Bauelementes (14) nachweisbar ist, und eine Steuereinheit aufweist, mit der nach einem Nachweis eines Objektes durch den Sensor (271) ein Steuersignal an ein Schließsystem, insbesondere an eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, für das Bauelement (14) übermittelbar ist. - Nachweiseinrichtung nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mittels der Steuereinheit eine Blockierung eines in einer Schließstellung befindlichen Riegels (32) der Verriegelungsvorrichtung aufhebbar ist. - Nachweiseinrichtung nach Anspruch 22 oder 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mit dem Sensor (271) eine Annäherung des Objektes an die Handhabe (272) nachweisbar ist. - Nachweiseinrichtung nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Sensor (271) und/oder die Steuereinheit am Gebäude (12) anbringbar sind/ist, insbesondere an einem die Gebäudeöffnung begrenzenden Rahmen, bevorzugt an einer Türzarge (12).
