Claims (9)
- Schälzentrifuge mit einer Schleudertrommel (3), die zur Lagerung einen Nabenkonus aufweist, mindestens einem Füllrohr (18, 19) mit einer Abgabeöffnung und einer Schäl- und Austragsvorrichtung, die mindestens ein im Inneren der Schleudertrommel (3) angeordnetes, an einem Messerträger (8) befestigtes Schälmesser aufweist, das gegen die am Trommelmantel abgelagerte Feststoffschicht zum Abschälen derselben und in seine Ausgangsstellung zurück bewegbar und von einer außerhalb der Schleudertrommel (3) angeordneten Betätigungseinrichtung über ein in die Schleudertrommel (3) ragendes und mit dem Messerträger (8) verbundenes rohrförmiges Verbindungsglied (17) betätigbar ist, wobei das mindestens eine Füllrohr (18, 19) in das Verbindungsglied (17) integriert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Messerträger (8) und rohrförmiges Verbindungsglied (17) über eine Vielzahl von im wesentlichen radial verlaufenden Verbindungsarmen (11, 12, 21) miteinander verbunden sind, die zwischen sich Freiräume bilden, und daß sich die mindestens eine Abgabeöffnung des Füllrohres (18, 19) während zumindest eines Teiles der Einfüllphase im Bereich des Nabenkonus der Schleudertrommel (3) befindet.
- Schälzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsglied (17) als Drehrohr ausgebildet ist.
- Schälzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsglied (17) als senkrecht zu seiner Achse linear bewegbares Rohr ausgebildet ist.
- Schälzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsglied (17) über mindestens ein axial und dann schräg radial verlaufendes Verbindungselement (11) mit dem Messerträger (8) verbunden ist.
- Schälzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Füllrohre (18, 19) in das Verbindungsglied (17) integriert sind.
- Schälzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Füllrohr (18,19) in seinem trommelseitigen Endbereich vom Verbindungsglied (17) abzweigt.
- Schälzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsglied (17) mit dem integrierten Füllrohr (18, 19) an einem Deckel bzw. an einer Tür (5) des Zentrifugengehäuses (2) angeordnet ist.
- Schälzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder mindestens ein Füllrohr als Waschrohr ausgebildet ist.
- Schälzentrifuge nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich ein Waschrohr in das Verbindungsglied integriert ist.
