Definitions
- the invention relates to a closure in the preamble of claim 1 specified type.
- the closure can for example on a hinged rear window can be applied.
- a lock belongs to Closing head and a lock that when folding the rear window together couple.
- a resilient locking member engages behind an axial shoulder of the locking head, which indicates the locking position of the lock.
- the locking member is uncoupled into a via a reset member Release position transferred, where the locking head comes out of the lock can be uncoupled and the rear window can be moved into its unfolded position.
- the closing head has at its free end section a control surface inclined to the axial direction of movement, which the Task has the locking member when engaging the closing head against it To push the spring force away.
- the locking member was subjected to axial loads.
- the Pushing the locking member away from the closing head generated friction and thus Wear. After prolonged use, there were faults due to wear and tear could only be mitigated with difficulty by readjustment.
- the invention has for its object an inexpensive, space-saving Develop closure of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1, the is characterized by high reliability and low susceptibility to faults. this will according to the invention by those stated in the characterizing part of claim 1 Measures achieved, which have the following special importance.
- the sensing element takes on the new function, a locking means for to be the locking link.
- the sensing element locks the release position of the locking member. Wear-free engaging is possible and achieve decoupling of the closing head without the locking member from the closing head should be moved. Rather, the movement of the locking member only occurs when when the full coupling position of the locking head is achieved in the lock. That happens automatically.
- the closing head hits the sensing element, which is due to its axial suspension follows this axial movement of the closing head.
- the moving sensing element releases the lock, causing the locking element through its radial Spring load is transferred to its locked position where there is the closing head engages behind.
- the locking element is automatically locked by the sensing element back on when the locking member in its actuation of the reset member Release position is returned. Then the initial state is reached again.
- the closure 10, 20 is switched off Fig. 6 apparent folding rear window 30 of a motor vehicle used.
- the rear window 30 is marked along the 31 in FIG. 6 arcuate path foldable.
- the lock consists of a lock 10 - with respect to the disk movement 31 - the part 40 of the rest of the Motor vehicle is arranged, namely on a dash-dotted line in Fig. 6 indicated rear part 40 of the motor vehicle. But there is still a clasp Closing head 20 which is attached to the disc 30 and with it along the Folding movement path 31 is performed.
- the closing head 20 executes a through the tangent according to the arrow 32 of FIG.
- the movable component 20 referred to as the "closing head” can be in the form of an axial one Projection be formed with a non-circular radial profile. In the present case but this component 20 is rotationally symmetrical to its in the direction of movement 32 pointing axis 33 designed.
- the closing head 20 can, as shown in FIG. 2, divided into four sections 21 to 24. This includes a front end portion 21 of the is conical here. The end section 21 tapers to the front End 25 of the closing head 20. The end 25 is spherical. The conical end portion 21 creates an inclined control surface 27, which because of the mentioned rotationally symmetrical design of the closing head 20 arises on all sides.
- This end section 21 is followed by a constriction 22 in the closing head 20, which on Transition to the end section 21 creates an undercut axial shoulder 26.
- This inlet slope 28 is also because of the rotationally symmetrical design of the closing head 20 mentioned several times formed all round to the locking head axis 33.
- the screw connection 37, 44 of the closing head 20 allows the closing head 20 in its axial length 42 shown in FIG. 2 with respect to the disk 30 exactly detoxjust Schl.
- the closing head 20 has one at its front end 25 out-of-round plug-in receptacle 29 for a to be described in more detail from FIG. 6 apparent turning tool 50.
- the lock 10 comprises, as can best be seen from FIG. 4, a locking member 11, a sensing member 12, a reset member 13 and a motor actuator 14 for the Reset member 13. These members 11 to 14 are inside a two-part Housing 19, 49.
- the housing comprises one Housing shell 19 which is closed by a housing cover 49.
- the Housing cover has a coupling opening 41.
- This coupling opening 41 is as can be seen from the plan view of FIG. 3, circular coaxial to the axis 33 also shown in FIG. 1, which, as said, by the axial direction of movement 32 of the closing head 20 is determined.
- the Coupling opening 41 is of a tubular one recognizable from FIGS.
- the clear width of the cross section 46 of the cylindrical Section 23 of the closing head 20 is adapted.
- the cross section 46 is somewhat larger than the maximum cross-section 47 of the conical end section as can be seen in FIG. 2 21 of the closing head 20 is formed.
- the described inclined control surfaces 27 of the conicity act with the coupling opening 41 enclosing tubular extension 45 together.
- a centering of the Closing head 20 occurs in particular through the inlet slope 28 on the following cylindrical portion 23 of the closing head 20.
- the tubular extension 45 acts as a guide receptacle for the cylinder section 23 and ensures its coaxial position in the coupling case shown in FIG. 6; the cylinder section 23 is supported its circumference on the inner surface of the guide receptacle 45 from the housing 10.
- the bushing 36 has a coaxial ring extension 48 which can be seen in FIG 6 elastically encloses the tube extension 45 on the lock side. in the 6 thus creates a seal at 45, 48 of the interior of the lock against water and dirt from the environment.
- the elastomer material 35 of the bush 36 primarily ensures a radially elastic Holding of the closing head 20 on the disc 30.
- the mounting pin 24 of the closing head 20 in the Bushing 36 is illustrated by the radial double arrow 58 in FIG. 2 Carry out alignment movement.
- the mounting pin 24 is because of The bushing material 35 is held in the bushing 36 in a radially elastic manner.
- the locking member 11 is designed as a two-armed 51, 52 lever. This lever sits on a pivot axis 53 lying parallel to the axis 33 makes the lever arms 51, 52 radially movable to the axis 33. At the locking member 11 acts a two-leg locking spring 56 on the lever arm 51 by the arrow 54 illustrated in FIG. 4 exerts spring force. The lever arm 51 is therefore in the Suspended essentially in the direction of the axis 33. In the apparent from Fig. 1 to 4 If the closing head 20 is uncoupled, the spring force 54 cannot impact because the lever arm 51 by a lock 61, 62 in its 4 is held. This position proves to be "Release position" of the locking member 11.
- the sensing element 12 in the invention as a "locking means" for the locking member 11 acts.
- the sensing element 12 is designed as a one-armed lever, whose pivot axis 55 is perpendicular to the pivot axis 53 of the locking member 11. While the sensing element 12 in the plane of the drawing in FIG. 1 in the direction of the arrow 60 is pivotable, is the one indicated by arrow 57 in FIG. 4 Pivoting movement of the locking member 11 perpendicular to it, namely in the plane of the drawing of Fig. 4. This means that the sensing member 12 axially, ie parallel to the axis 33 of Fig. 1, but the actuator 11 are pivotable radially to the axis 33.
- That too Sensor element 12 is spring-loaded, namely by an essentially axial, by means of Arrow 63 of Fig. 1 illustrates spring force.
- a compression spring 64 is used for this purpose one end on the bottom of the housing shell 19 and the other end on the sensing element 12 supported.
- the sensing element 12 is equipped with a cam 62 here Holding element provided, which, due to the spring load 63 of the sensing member 12 Fig. L shows, is too spring-loaded on the locking member 11 and in its release position engages in a recess 61 which serves as a counter-holding element for the cam 62.
- the cam 62 has a shoulder with which it with a counter shoulder 65 in Inside the recess 61 comes to rest. In this from FIGS.
- the reset member 13 consists of a Control pin 15 which sits on a worm wheel 16.
- the worm wheel 16 is with its worm wheel axis 66 in the housing 19, 49 rotatably and is under the Effect of a worm gear spring 67 Worm gear 16 held in the initial rotational position shown in FIG. 4, where. when the release position of the locking member 11 is there, normally a radial distance to the second arm 52 of the locking member 11. But if they 5 and 6 apparent locking position of the locking member 11 is where the first-mentioned working arm 51 of the locking member 11, the coupling position of the closing head 20 secures, then the second lever arm 52 has towards the control pin 15 pivoted. If necessary, the control pin 15 can then also serve as a stop for the Serve pivoting movement 57 of the locking member 11. 5 and 6 is the disk 30 closed.
- An anti-theft alarm system can be in the folded position of the rear window 30 be effective.
- the anti-theft alarm system can be queried via a Microswitch 70 take place, the switching actuation of a by a spring 72 or the like.
- Actuable switch button 71 takes place.
- This microswitch 70 cooperates the second lever arm 52 of the locking member 11, which acts as an actuating arm together. If you want to decouple the closing head 20, the actuator 14 must be put into effect.
- the actuator 14 for the reset member 13 consists of an actuator, namely a preferably electrically driven motor 18 with a worm 17, which with the worm wheel 16 is engaged by the reset member 13. To actuator 14 another one is connected to the electrical circuit of the motor 18 Actuation switch with suitable control electronics. If the engine 18 is turned on, the worm wheel 16 over the worm by one Angular amount against the spring load 63 acting on the worm wheel 16 Worm gear spring 67 twisted. This rotary movement is in Fig. 4 by the Arrow 68 illustrates. In the final rotational position of the worm wheel 16 comes Control pin 15 in the rotary position 15 'shown in phantom in FIG. 4.
- the sensing element 12 has an opening 73 in which the closing head 20 partially engages with its front end 21.
- the Breakthrough 73 in the present case consists of an elongated hole, the one from FIG. 3 apparent large hole axis 74 expediently with the level of Folding movement 31 (see Fig. 6) of the disc 30 is aligned. This 3 is identical to the section line II - II.
- the closing head 20 engages with a partial height 75 shown in FIG. 6 its conical front section 21, as can be seen from FIG. 6.
- the Immersion depth is determined by the conicity of the front section 21 and by the from FIG. 3 recognizable small hole width 76 of the opening 73 determined.
- the invention is characterized in that the folded position of the. Rear window 30 with respect to the stationary rear part 40 of the motor vehicle very simple way to set very precisely.
- This setting can namely in Coupling case of the locking head 20 through the lock 10 through.
- To the housing shell 19 of the lock 10 has a passage 77 for suitable Turning tools 50.
- the passage also extends through any other the way to the lock head 20 located lock members. That too in Sensing member 12 provided slot 73 can serve as a passage.
- This Tool 50 can be the axial distance described above, which can be seen in FIG. 2 42 from front end 25 of closing head 20 with respect to disk 30.
- the Tool 50 has a plug end 59, the outline of which is mentioned at the beginning Plug receptacle 29 is adapted to the front end 25 of the closing head 21. 6 indicated by the plug connection of the two connecting halves 29, 59 can be exerted via the turning tool 50, which leads to a defined screwing of the locking head 20 in the thread 37 of the Socket 36 leads.
