Claims (12)
- Agencement de fixation pour élément encastrable, qui est susceptible d'être monté dans l'ouverture d'emplacement d'une plaque de support, repose par son bord libre sur la face supérieure de celle-ci et est susceptible d'être fixé à la plaque de support par un dispositif de retenue comportant un corps de base susceptible d'être monté fixe sur l'élément encastrable et une partie pouvant être assemblée au corps de base et susceptible de venir en appui sous la face inférieure de la plaque de support, le corps de base comportant des saillies pouvant être ancrées dans des trous dans l'élément encastrable, caractérisé en ce que la partie susceptible de venir en appui sous la face inférieure de la plaque de support est articulée au corps de base et peut être amenée à pivoter dans une position dans laquelle l'élément encastrable, ensemble avec le dispositif de retenue, peut être mis en place dans l'ouverture d'emplacement.
- Agencement de fixation selon la revendication 1, carctérisé en ce que les saillies d'ancrage sont formées par des éléments en saillie (14) du dispositif de retenue, qui peuvent être engagées dans des trous (43) ménagées dans l'élément encastrable et qui peuvent être ancrées dans les trous (43) par expansion.
- Agencement de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments en saillie (14) sont orientées sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan de l'ouverture d'emplacement.
- Agencement de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément en saillie (14) susceptible d'être ancré dans un trou (43) est formé par un organe à expansion latérale dans le trou.
- Agencement de fixation selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'organe à expansion (14) est réalisé sous forme d'un ergot cylindrique creux venant avantageusement de matière avec du corps de base (6).
- Agencement de fixation selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les axes des ergots à expansion (14) et les axes des trous (43) présentent un décalage latéral pour faciliter un prémontage du dispositif de retenue sous l'élément encastrable.
- Agencement de fixation selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'ergot à expansion (14) est réalisé sous forme d'un rivet à expansion comportent des segments à écartement radial (17), et en ce qu'au rivet à expansion est associé une tige d'écartement (20) qui est déplaçable axialement dans le rivet à expansion pour provoquer l'expansion du rivet par écartement des segments.
- Agencement de fixation selon la fixation 7, caractérisé en ce que les segments précités (17) du rivet à expansion comportent sur les faces internes des cames en forme de rampes de façon à produire, en coopérant avec la tige d'écartement (20), l'effet d'écartement lors de l'introduction de la tige dans le rivet.
- Agencement de fixation selon l'une des revendications 7 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les rivets à expansion (14) font saillie de la face avant de brides (9) de fixation du corps de base (6) du dispositif de retenue (3) pour la fixation à l'élément encastrable, et en ce que les tiges d'écartement (20) font saillie de la face arrière des brides de fixation en étant en alignement axial avec les rivets et sont susceptibles d'être introduites dans les rivets à travers un trou traversant les brides.
- Agencement de fixation selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les rivets à expansion (14) viennent de matière avec les brides de fixation (8).
- Agencement de fixation selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les tiges d'écartement sont reliées aux brides de fixation (8) par des barrettes de liaison cassables (19).
- Agencement de fixation selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les barrettes de liaison (19) sont réalisées en une pièce avec les brides (9) et les tiges d'écartement.
