Claims (4)
- Doppelwirkende Rollenbatterie für Stützen von Einseilbahnanlagen, insbesondere von Sesselliften und Kabinenbahnen, umfassend ein Trägerelement, (3), das verschwenkbar an einer Stütze der Einseilbahnanlage angelenkt ist und mindestens einen Schwingbalken (9, 14, 19, 24), der unten oder oben, gegenüber dem Einseil, verschwenkbar am Trägerelement (3) befestigt und mit mindestens zwei Rollen (11, 12; 16, 17; 21, 22; 26, 27) versehen ist, wobei oben und unten, gegenüber dem Zug- und Tragseil (2) jeweils zwei Schwingbalken (9 und 14 und 15 jeweils 19 und 24) angeordnet sind, von denen jeder mittig (10, 15 bzw. 20 und 25) an einem Träger (8, 13 bzw. 18, 23) angelenkt ist, der elastisch gedämpft an einem seiner Enden an dem ständerartigen Trägerelement (3)angelenkt ist, wobei die oberen Träger (8 und 13) und jeweils die unteren Träger (18 und 23) am ständerartigen Trägerelement (3) derart angelenkt (28, 29 und 30, 31) sind, dass sie gegenüber einer quer zum Zug- und Tragseil (2) senkrechten Symmetrieebene spiegelbildlich symmetrisch angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am oberen Ende und am unteren Ende des ständerartigen Trägerelementes (3) ein Schwingelement (32 bzw. 38) angelenkt (33 bzw. 39) ist, das sich symmetrisch zur Symmetrieebene (S-S) teilweise oberhalb der Träger (8, 13 bzw. 18, 23) erstreckt, und dass die Enden (37, 37' bzw. 42 und 43') des oberen bzw. unteren Schwingelementes gegenüber den oberen bzw. unteren Trägern (8, 13 bzw. 18 und 23) federbelastet sind.
- Rollenbatterie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Träger (8, 13 bzw. 18 und 23) gegenüber dem gemeinsamen Schwingelement (32 bzw. 38) über Federn (40, 40' bzw. 44 und 44') belastet werden.
- Rollenbatterie nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der oberen Träger (8 und 13) gegenüber jener der unteren Träger (18 und 23) verschieden ist, wobei auf diese Art und Weise die Stellungen der Rollen verschoben werden und ein sanfterer Übergang der Klemmen der Fahrmittel erlaubt wird.
- Rollenbatterie nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen Träger (8, 13) jeweils mit einem Anschlag (34 und 34') versehen sind, die jeweils mit einer Unterlage (35 bzw. 35') in Anlage sind, mit der die untere Fläche der freien Enden des gemeinsamen Schwingelementes (32) derart versehen ist, dass der Anschlag (34, 34') und die Unterlage (35, 35') aufeinander dämpfend anschlagen, wobei von den oberen Flächen der Träger (8, 13) jeweils ein Bolzenabschnitt (36 bzw. 36) absteht, der jeweils in Richtung der freien Enden (37 und 37') des gemeinsamen Schwingelementes (32) derart gerichtet ist, dass zwischen ihnen jeweils eine Feder (40 und 40') zusammengedrückt wird, womit auch bei Bruch einer der Federn (40 und 44) ein Höchstmass an Sicherheit für die Seilführung erlaubt wird, da der Pressdruck der Seilführungsrollen selbsttätig über den Schwingbalken (32 und 38) auch dem Schwingbalken mit fehlerhaften Federn übertragen wird.
