Claims (12)
- Steuertrieb für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit wenigstens zwei miteinander kämmenden Zahnrädern, die von einem Kurbeltrieb der Brennkraftmaschine rotierend antreibbar sind und die Drehbewegung der Kurbelwelle auf Steuerglieder und Nebenaggregate der Brennkraftmaschine übertragen, wobei die Zahnräder (13, 17) auf einer Trägereinheit (9) angeordnet sind, die zumindest mittelbar am Gehäuse (1) der Brennkraftmaschine befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägereinheit (9) in einem kurbelwellennahen Bereich direkt und in einem kurbelwellenfernen Bereich über ein Spielausgleichselement (21) am Gehäuse (1) der Brennkraftmaschine befestigt ist.
- Steuertrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die direkte Befestigung der Trägereinheit (9) im kurbelwellennahen Bereich über eine starre Verschraubung (7, 19) erfolgt.
- Steuertrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brennkraftmaschine V-förmig zueinander angeordnete Zylinderbänke am Zylinderkurbelgehäuse (3) aufweist, die an ihrem unteren, kurbelwellenseitigen Ende an einer Lagerbrücke (5) anliegen, in der eine Kurbelwelle der Brennkraftmaschine geführt ist.
- Steuertrieb nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägereinheit (9) im kurbelwellennahen Bereich an der Lagerbrücke (5) des Brennkraftmaschinengehäuses befestigt ist.
- Steuertrieb nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägereinheit (9) im kurbelwellennahen Bereich an einem oberen Teil (5A) einer geteilten Lagerbrücke (5) befestigt ist.
- Steuertrieb nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) der Brennkraftmaschine im Bereich der Zylinderbänke (3) aus einer Leichtmetall-Legierung, vorzugsweise Aluminium und im Bereich der Lagerbrücke (5) aus einer Grauguß-Verbindung besteht.
- Steuertrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägereinheit (9) durch zwei Trägerplatten (11) gebildet ist, zwischen denen die einzelnen Zahnräder des Steuertriebs angeordnet sind.
- Steuertrieb nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerplatten (11) jeweils einstückig ausgebildet sind.
- Steuertrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sämtliche im Eingriff stehenden Zahnräder des Steuertriebs in einer Ebene angeordnet sind.
- Steuertrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sämtliche von einem auf der Kurbelwelle angeordneten Zahnrad zumindest mittelbar angetriebenen Zahnräder des Steuertriebs an der Trägereinheit (9) angeordnet sind.
- Steuertrieb nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kurbelwellenferne Befestigung der Trägereinheit (9) über die Spielausgleichselemente (21) am Zylinderkurbelgehäuse (3) im Bereich der Stirnflächen der Zylinderbänke erfolgt.
- Steuertrieb nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägereinheit (9) aus einem Werkstoff gefertigt ist, der zumindest annähernd das gleiche Wärmeausdehnungsverhalten wie der Werkstoff der Lagerbrücke (5) aufweist.
