Claims (11)

  1. Procédé pour broyer et sécher des dérivés cellulosiques dans un broyeur à tourbillon d'air (1), caractérisé en ce que le produit est transporté à l'état humide dans le broyeur à tourbillon d'air (1), en ce qu'il est finement broyé à froid à l'état de produit humide dans les premières zones de broyage (8) ou zones de broyage (8) inférieures du broyeur à tourbillon d'air (1) et en ce que de l'air chaud/très chaud servant au séchage n'est introduit que dans d'autres zones de broyage qui font suite aux premières zones de broyage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que de l'eau est injectée dans le domaine des zones de broyage (8) inférieures à intermédiaires.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que de l'eau est injectée à plusieurs endroits (5, 5').
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que de l'air chaud/très chaud est introduit à la hauteur des zones de broyage (8) supérieures.

  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le produit est post-séché dans un sécheur (9) disposé en aval du broyeur à tourbillon d'air.
  9. Broyeur à tourbillon d'air (1) pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé dans le domaine inférieur d'une entrée de produit/air (3), dans le domaine inférieur à intermédiaire d'une entrée d'eau (5, 5') et dans le domaine supérieur d'une entrée d'air chaud/très chaud (6).
  10. Broyeur à tourbillon d'air (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un sécheur (9), auquel fait suite un système de cyclones (10), est raccordé à sa sortie (4).
  11. Broyeur à tourbillon d'air (1) selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il est du type ULTRA-ROTOR.
