Description
Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Mahlen und Trocknen von Zellulose-Derivaten in einer Luftwirbelmühle (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt in nassem Zustand in die Luftwirbelmühle (1) gefördert wird, daß es in den ersten bzw. unteren Mahlzonen (8) der Luftwirbelmühle (1) als nasses Produkt kalt feingemahlen wird und daß der Trocknung dienende Warm-/ Heißluft erst weiteren, sich an die ersten Mahlzonen anschließenden Mahlzonen zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der unteren bis mittleren Mahlzonen (8) Wasser eingedüst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an mehreren Stellen (5, 5') Wasser eingedüst wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Warm-/Heißluft in Höhe der oberen Mahlzonen (8) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt und Umgebungsluft über einen unterhalb der untersten Mahlzone (8) gelegenen Einlaß (3) zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Produkt auch noch bis zur Höhe der zweiten Mahlzone (8) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zellulose mit einem Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von 60 bis 80%, vorzugsweise 60 bis 70%, als nasses Produkt in einem Luftstrom in den unteren Bereich einer von unten nach oben durchströmten Luftwirbelmühle (1) eingeführt wird, daß in die unteren bis mittleren Mahlzonen (8), in denen im wesentlichen der Zerkleinerungsprozeß stattfindet, Wasser zugeführt wird und daß in die oberen Mahlzonen (8), in denen im wesentlichen der Trocknungsprozeß stattfindet, Warm-/Heißluft zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt in einem der Luftwirbelmühle nachgeordneten Trockner (9) nachgetrocknet wird.
- Luftwirbelmühle (1) zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Verfahrensansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie im unteren Bereich mit einem Produkt-/Luft-Einlaß (3), im unteren bis mittleren Bereich mit einem Wassereinlaß (5, 5') und im oberen Bereich mit einem Warm-/Heiß-Luft-Einlaß (6) ausgerüstet ist.
- Luftwirbelmühle (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an ihren Auslaß (4) ein Trockner (9) angeschlossen ist, dem ein Zyklon-System (10) nachgeordnet ist.
- Luftwirbelmühle (1) nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie vom Typ ULTRA-ROTOR ist.
