Claims (9)
- Anordnung zum Einspannen einer Hartmetallmesserplatte in mehrstufig veränderbarer Radialposition und formschlüssiger radialer Festlegung im Grundkörper eines Messerkopfs (3), mit einem mittels einer Spannschraube (5) gegen die Vorderseite der Messerplatte (2) spannbaren Klemmkörper (4) und einer die Messerplatte (2) an ihrer Rückseite im wesentlichen vollflächig abstützenden Stützplatte (1), die ihrerseits im Grundkörper radial festgelegt ist, wobei rückseitig an der Messerplatte (22) und vorderseitig an der Stützplatte (1) angeordnete, ineinandergreifende Zahnprofile die formschlüssige radiale Festlegung der Messerplatte (2) bewirken,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das stützplattenseitige Zahnprofil an einer besonderen Profilplatte (7) gebildet ist, die in einer Aussparung (13) der Stützplatte (1) angeordnet ist und sich mit ihrer Rückenfläche über eine federnde Einlage (8) an der Rückwand der Aussparung (13) abstützt und dadurch elastisch gegen das messerplattenseitige Zahnprofil vorgespannt ist. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die federnde Einlage (8) eine zusammendrückbare Gummiplatte ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die federnde Einlage (8) eine Blattfeder ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparung (13) in der Stützplatte (1) als flache rechteckige Vertiefung in der Stützplatte (1) ausgebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparung (13) in der Stützplatte (1) als Fenster ausgebildet und die Aussparungsrückwand durch eine Fläche des Messerkopfes (3) gebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das messerplattenseitige Zahnprofil an einem separaten Klötzchen (6) gebildet ist, das in eine Aussparung (22) der Messerplatte (2) eingesetzt ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparung (22) der Messerplatte (2) als Fenster ausgebildet ist und sich das rückseitig mit dem Zahnprofil versehene Klötzchen (6) vorderseitig am Klemmkörper (4) abstützt.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die miteinander zusammenwirkenden Zahnprofilflanken der beiden Zahnprofile rechtwinklig zur Hauptebene der Messerplatte (2) verlaufen.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das messerplattenseitige Zahnprofil an der Vorderseite der Messerplatte (2) und die besondere Profilplatte (7) im Klemmkörper (4) anstatt in einer Stützplatte (1) die entfallen kann, angeordnet ist.
