Abstract
Description
Diese Verfahrensweise des Reinigens, des Druckzylinders und/oder des Plattenzylinders über den Gummituchzylinder hat den Nachteil, dass der Druckzylinder und/oder der Plattenzylinder nicht zufriedenstellend gereinigt werden. Damit macht sich eine zusätzliche Reinigung dieser Zylinder von Hand erforderlich.
Nachteilig ist bei dieser Einrichtung, dass beim Reinigen des Druckzylinders die von den Reinigungsmedien angelösten Verschmutzungen in den Bereich der Greifer bzw. beim Reinigen des Plattenzylinders in den Bereich der Plattenklemmeinrichtung gelangen und eine zusätzliche Reinigung von Hand bedingen.
Sollen der Plattenzylinder 1, der Gummituchzylinder 2 und der Druckzylinder 3 gereinigt werden, wird, wie in der Zeichnung dargestellt, der Gummituchzylinder 2 an den Plattenzylinder 1 und den Druckzylinder 3 angestellt und die Reinigungsvorrichtung 6 in die erste Arbeitsposition 10 verbracht.
Nachfolgend wird der Gummituchzylinder 2 durch die Reinigungsvorrichtung 6 auf bekannte Weise gereinigt, wobei mit einem Überschuß an Reinigungsfluid gearbeitet wird, so dass auch die Oberflächen des Druckzylinders 3 und des Plattenzylinders 1 mit Reinigungsfluid benetzt werden. Dadurch gehen die auf den Oberflächen des Druckzylinders 3 und des Plattenzylinders 1 befindlichen Verunreinigungen in Lösung und werden über den Gummituchzylinder 2 zur Reinigungsvorrichtung 6 gefördert sowie von dieser abgeführt, wobei Restverschmutzungen auf dem Plattenzylinder, dem Gummituchzylinder 2 und dem Druckzylinder 3 verbleiben. Sie werden durch diesen Verfahrensschritt vorgereinigt.
Anschließend wird die Reinigungsvorrichtung 6 vom Gummituchzylinder 2 abgestellt und der Gummituchzylinder 2 vom Druckzylinder 3 sowie vom Plattenzylinder 1 mittels der zweiten Exzenterlager 5 abgeschwenkt (mittels dünner Linie in der Zeichnung dargestellt). Dann wird die Reinigungsvorrichtung 6 in ihre zweite Arbeitsposition 11 verbracht sowie an den Druckzylinder 3 angestellt und auf bekannte Weise die Oberfläche des Druckzylinders 3 gereinigt, wobei nur eine Feinreinigung realisiert wird, bei der keine Verunreinigungen in die erste Greiferreihe und die zweite Greiferreihe gelangen. Nach der Feinreinigung des Druckzylinders 3 wird die Reinigungsvorrichtung 6 in die dritte Arbeitsposition 12 verbracht, an den Plattenzylinder 1 angestellt und dieser einer Feinreinigung unterzogen, wobei keine Verunreinigungen in die Plattenklemmeinrichtung 7 gelangen.
Abschließend wird die Reinigungsvorrichtung 6 nochmals in die erste Arbeitsposition 10 verbracht und an den Gummituchzylinder 2 zu einer Feinreinigung angestellt.
Es ist analog dazu auch möglich, nur den Gummituchzylinder 2 und den Druckzylinder 3 zu reinigen, indem der Plattenzylinder 1 mit Hilfe der ersten Exzenterlager 4 abgestellt und der Gummituchzylinder 2 an den Druckzylinder 3 angestellt wird (mittels dünner Linie in der Zeichnung dargestellt).
Sollen nur der Plattenzylinder 1 und der Gummituchzylinder 2 gereinigt werden, werden der Plattenzylinder 1 und der Gummituchzylinder 2 mittels der ersten Exzenterlager 4 und der zweiten Exzenterlager 5 gegeneinander gestellt, wobei der Gummituchzylinder 2 vom Druckzylinder 3 abgestellt ist.

Claims (2)
- Verfahren zum Reinigen von Zylindern im Druckwerk einer Bogendruckmaschine mit einem Platten-, Gummituch- und Druckzylinder sowie einer Reinigungsvorrichtung, die wahlweise an einen der Zylinder angestellt werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Reinigen des Druckzylinders (3) und/oder des Plattenzylinders (1) der Gummituchzylinder (2) an den Druckzylinder (3) und/oder an den Plattenzylinder (1) angestellt, die Reinigungsvorrichtung (6) dem Gummituchzylinder (2) zugeordnet und der Gummituchzylinder (2) vorgereinigt wird, so dass der Druckzylinder (3) und/oder der Plattenzylinder (1) ebenfalls vorgereinigt werden, anschließend wird der Gummituchzylinder (2) abgestellt und die Reinigungsvorrichtung (6) zur Feinreinigung nacheinander dem Druckzylinder (3) und/oder dem Plattenzylinder (1) sowie dem Gummituchzylinder (2) zugeordnet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorreinigung des Gummituchzylinders (2) mit einem Überschuß an einem Reinigungsfluid erfolgt.
