Claims (19)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer vorgefertigten Wandtafel aus einer Vielzahl von nebeneinander und in horizontalen Reihen übereinander angeordneten Bausteinen für Gebäude,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
nach dem Versetzen eines Bausteines (2) die Position wenigstens einer vertikalen Längsseite (2a, 2b) des Bausteines (2) überprüft und/oder korrigiert bzw. ausgerichtet wird, wobei die Prüfung durch einen Vergleich mit der Position wenigstens eines vorher versetzten anderen, insbesondere eines angrenzenden Bausteines (2) einer horizontalen und/oder darunter angeordneten Reihe erfolgt, und die Korrektur derart durchgeführt wird, daß die wenigstens eine Längsseite (2a,2b) des Bausteines (2) in die gleiche Ebene ausgerichtet wird wie die Längsseite (2a,2b) des wenigstens einen anderen Bausteines (2), so daß die Wandtafel (1) an einer dadurch gebildeten Längsseite eine plane Fläche aufweist. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
wenigstens eine Ausrichteeinrichtung (6) vorgesehen ist, die nach dem Versetzen eines Bausteines (2) die Position wenigstens einer vertikalen Längsseite (2a,2b) des Bausteines (2) prüft und/oder korrigiert, wobei die Prüfung durch einen Vergleich mit der Position wenigstens eines vorher versetzten anderen, insbesondere eines angrenzenden Bausteines (2) einer horizontalen und/oder darunter angeordneten Reihe erfolgt, und die Korrektur derart durchführbar ist, daß die wenigstens eine Längsseite (2a,2b) des Bausteines (2) in der gleichen Ebene liegt wie die Längsseite (2a,2b) des wenigstens einen anderen Bausteines (2). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die wenigstens eine Ausrichteeinrichtung (6) horizontal und/oder vertikal entlang der Wandtafel (1) verfahrbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
sich die wenigstens eine Ausrichteeinrichtung (6) wenigstens über die Länge der Wandtafel (1) erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2, 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die wenigstens eine Ausrichteeinrichtung (6) an einer vertikal und/oder horizontal verfahrbaren Traverse (5) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die wenigstens eine Ausrichteeinrichtung (6) entlang der Traverse (5) verfahrbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die wenigstens eine Ausrichteeinrichtung (6) an einem Schlitten (10) angeordnet ist, der entlang der Traverse (5) verfahrbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die wenigstens eine Ausrichteeinrichtung (6) wenigstens einen Anschlag (7,8) und/oder wenigstens einen Gegenanschlag (9) aufweist, der horizontal bzw. senkrecht zu den Längswänden (2a,2b) der Bausteine (2) bewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
sich der wenigstens eine Anschlag (7,8) und/oder Gegenanschlag (9) wenigstens über die Länge der Wandtafel (1) erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Anschlag (7,8) und/oder der Gegenanschlag (9) mittels wenigstens einem Bewegungsglied (11,12) horizontal bzw. senkrecht zu den Längsseiten (2a, 2b) der Bausteine (2) bewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Bewegungsglied als Feder und/oder Druckeinrichtung (12) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der wenigstens eine Anschlag als Leiste (7) und/oder Rolleneinrichtung (8) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Leiste (7) vertikal derart anordenbar ist, daß nach einer horizontalen Bewegung der Leiste (7) in Richtung auf die Wandtafel (1) ein Kontakt zwischen einem Anschlagglied (16) der Leiste (7) und der Längswand (2a,2b) des zu prüfenden oder zu korrigierenden Bausteines (2) an einer horizontalen Verbindungsstelle (17) zwischen zwei Reihen von Bausteinen (2) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Anschlagglied (16) wenigstens einen Anschlagvorsprung aufweist, der an dem zu prüfenden und/oder zu korrigierenden Baustein (2) und einem an diesen angrenzenden Baustein (2) einer anderen Bausteinreihe anliegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Rolleneinrichtung (8) vertikal derart anordenbar ist, daß ein Kontakt zwischen einem Anschlagglied (14) der Rolleneinrichtung und der Längswand (2a,2b) des zu prüfenden und/oder zu korrigierenden Bausteines (2) im Bereich eines oberen Endes des Bausteines (2) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Anschlagglied wenigstens ein Rollenelement (14) mit einer vertikal verlaufenden Achse ausweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mehrere Rollenelemente (14) horizontal auf Abstand nebeneinander angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das wenigstens eine Rollenelement (14) mit horizontal verlaufenden Nuten versehen ist und/oder wenigstens das eine Rollenelement (14) mindestens zwei vertikal auf Abstand zueinander angeordnete horizontal verlaufende Walzen (15) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 18,

die Wandtafel (1) auf einer Transporteinrichtung angeordnet ist, mittels der die Wandtafel (1) horizontal verfahrbar ist.
