Definitions
- the invention relates to a toilet bowl with along the wall in a separate ring with rinsing water inlets to wash away the contents, and a shell wall, which is used as a separate part in an outer support part.
- the invention has set itself the goal of a uniform and compared to known To achieve largely improved flushing facilities. This will do so achieved that the jet direction of the rinse water inlets in a conventional manner in Circumferential direction is inclined to the shell wall, and that everyone A separate supply line is assigned to the rinse water inlet.
- Rinsing water inlets directed obliquely to the shell wall are from US 4,559,650 known, but in a different context.
- the individual feed lines to the rinse water inlets are of the same length and assume a common distributor. This will make the Flushing effect further equalized, since the resistances in the supply lines are the same are. It is easily possible to keep the length of the supply lines the same, since the Supply lines housed in the space between the shell wall and the support part can be. This is particularly easy if the feed lines to the tubes trained rinse water inlets are designed as hoses.
- the ends of the tubes, which are recessed in relation to the underside of the ring are suitably oval shaped.
- a support member 13 which is attached to the floor at 7, over a pad 5 a shell wall 12 is used.
- a ring 11 with the required openings for the built-in rinsing water inlets 2 attached.
- These parts can be made of ceramic, metal or plastic, e.g. Made of polyester his.
- the shell wall 12 has an oval funnel shape and a support edge Attachment to the support part 13 and one in the middle pointing obliquely downwards Drain connector 9. This is connected to an odor trap, which is shown in the Embodiment is helical. However, it would be different Execution of the odor trap, e.g. a usual arcuate shape possible.
- the rinse water inlets 2 are not flush with the underside of the ring 11 trained to avoid possible injuries when cleaning.
- the angle of the Jet direction of the rinse water inlets 2 is 10 to 20 degrees in relation to the Shell wall 12 and 20 to 40 degrees in the circumferential direction. In the drawings these angles 15 degrees (Fig. 1) or 30 degrees (Fig. 2).
- the ends of the flushing water inlets 2 designed as tubes are oval in shape.
- the other end 4 of the tube is with the individual leads 6, which as Plastic hoses are made, fastened with clamps.
- the lengths of the individual tubes together with the supply lines 6 are the same size.
- the rinsing water comes from a connection a strainer and a backflow preventer to a valve on the expedient two flushing times can be set. That comes from a common distributor Rinse water to the rinse water inlets. The rinse water wets the shell wall, flushes the remaining fecal matter and rotates it so that it Arrive drain connector 9. Tests have shown that for the small business 1.5 up to 2.5 liters of rinse water and 3 to 5 liters of rinse water necessary for large businesses are. The pre-pressure of the rinse water should be about 2 bar.
- the flushing noises are in a toilet bowl designed according to the invention significantly reduced compared to conventional mussels. Another advantage effect is caused by the downward-directed drainage spout 9. This means that the chair cannot fall directly into the water in the odor trap and spraying cannot take place occur.
