Definitions
- the present invention relates to a flap for a suction nozzle, as well a suction nozzle and a sweeper or suction machine, which for cleaning of surfaces, such as roads.
- the flap according to the invention for a suction nozzle has at least one concave shaped surface, the flap having, for example, two sections which protrude forward on the right and left sides of the flap in order to a recess in the central area of the flap due to the concave surface to train.
- the flap has an inward curvature or indentation.
- the invention Flap a device for pivotally attaching the flap to a holding device provided, such as one or more axes, which for Example can be rotatably supported in holes so that the flap can be pivoted is stored.
- the concave surface is then aligned, for example, that it points in the direction of the axis of rotation thus defined. It is conceivable that Form flap so that at least one surface normal of the concave Surface has an intersection with the specified axis of rotation.
- An inventive flap for a suction nozzle enables that the suction opening of the suction nozzle depending on the garbage to be vacuumed up is enlarged or reduced. Thus, the area of the suction opening be adjusted to the amount of garbage actually to be sucked up.
- the concave design of at least one surface of the flap causes an alignment of the flap in the direction of travel of a sweeper a swept Garbage strips from, for example, right and left front of the concave surface by moving the flap pushed together in the direction of travel on the inwardly curved area becomes.
- the concave surface which is at rest for example oriented in the direction of travel so that the deepest indentation lies behind, continuously folding into an open position, the area the largest indentation is then directed upwards.
- the concave surface points downwards in the case of maximum opening, so that a concave maximum Opening area is formed for example in the form of an arched arch.
- the concave surface can be a continuously curved surface, or as an approximately continuously curved surface, for example consisting of a plurality of bends. Furthermore it is the concave surface can also be V-shaped, for example by two in one to design certain intersecting surfaces. Any of these Embodiments allow that with the flap according to the invention both Garbage when the flap moves in the direction of a garbage strip can be pushed together on a central region of the flap, whereby rotating the flap the effective suction opening cross section of the suction nozzle can change, so that this is adapted to the actual amount of waste can be. Furthermore, the flap can also be perpendicular or oblique to the concave Have surface-running guide surfaces, which in use the result in the amount of waste and swivel the flap support a larger amount of waste.
- a suction nozzle according to the invention is concave in a first embodiment educated.
- a concave shape has the advantage that a suction nozzle with approximately constant width is moved over the surface to be cleaned in such a way that for recording von Kehricht not only the path length y is available, as is the case with a straight line would be the case perpendicular to the direction of movement, but a path length x increased by the inclination; see Fig. 7.
- the suction nozzle according to the invention can also have a holding device, in which pivotally or rotatably mounted the flap described above can be.
- the suction nozzle can be both straight and concave be trained.
- a device for generating negative pressure is attached to the suction nozzle can be connected to soak up the garbage pushed together through the nozzle.
- One designed with a pivoting flap with a concave surface Suction nozzle enables a change in the intake cross-section depending on the from the one to be sucked up in front of the suction nozzle or flap Good. Thanks to the special shape of the flap, garbage is targeted Out in the middle of the nozzle. Litter can be prevented from lying to the side become.
- a device for moving the flap on the suction nozzle can preferably be provided such as a pneumatic or hydraulic device to turn the flap about its axis of rotation. So on the one hand it is possible Fixed opening angle of the suction nozzle by adjusting the flap accordingly to specify. For example, with light, voluminous sweepings, such as Leaves or paper can be set to a large opening area. On the other hand can by a continuous tilting or striking movement of the flap a debris consisting of larger pieces, such as holding together Earth clods or milled parts, crushed or crushed be so that the suction of the garbage is facilitated by the suction nozzle.
- suction nozzle without an appropriate actuating device operate the flap so that the flap is swept up by the Garbage is folded in different positions, creating a self-adjusting Suction nozzle opening that adapts to the amount of rubbish can be realized.
- a joint is provided, which for example in Can range from 1 to 10 mm. This can ensure that garbage does not get caught in the swivel area between the flap and the suction nozzle and leads to deadlocks.
- a joint also causes that when in use the suction nozzle can continuously self-cleaning, whereby Contamination or clogging of the device is prevented.
- a wear- or abrasion-resistant is preferred at the lower edges of the suction nozzle Coating, in particular a resistant build-up welding applied, around these lower parts prone to wear before wear in the To protect operation. This can increase the lifespan of the suction nozzle.
- a horizontally extending plate is provided in the lower area when using the suction nozzle, for example, for street cleaning in the direction of movement subsequently over the surface to be cleaned at a certain distance to be led.
- a plate running approximately parallel to the surface with preferably an edge that bends backwards also causes a Leftover debris not picked up by the suction nozzle by a suction created subsequently by this plate at the rear area of the suction nozzle can still be detected, which increases the efficiency of the suction nozzle.
- the suction machine according to the invention for sucking material from a surface has a device for generating negative pressure and one as described above with this device coupled suction nozzle. With such a suction or an effective street cleaning can also be carried out on the sweeper.
- the suction nozzle according to the invention enables a greater distance from Lane, with a lower fan power is required. power consumption and noise emissions can be further reduced. Likewise is a faster driving possible.
- Sweeping elements such as fixed or rotating brooms, preferably arranged in a row so that on the surface to be cleaned lying goods on the surface when the suction machine is run over swept an elongated heap, and then from the suction nozzle is recorded.
- the suction machine advantageously has a collecting container for sucked-up material and preferably a hose for connecting the collecting container to the Suction nozzle, so that sweepings sucked up from the suction nozzle via the hose can be transported to the collection container and collected there in order to after cleaning a street to be able to dispose of the rubbish collectively.
- the suction nozzle with hinged flap with a concave surface is advantageous so arranged on the suction machine that lateral areas of the concave surface point in the closed position of the flap in the direction of travel of the suction machine.
- lateral areas of the concave surface point in the closed position of the flap in the direction of travel of the suction machine.
- the side Legs to the left or right in front so that the formed in one direction by the side legs meeting one another opposite to the direction of travel.
- This allows the Suction machine sweep through the side legs in the middle of the concave Surface and thus be directed exactly to a suction pipe, which continues in the case of a freely movable flap due to the waste being placed on the flap acting leverage leads to an opening movement of the flap.
- FIG. 1 shows the suction nozzle 1 according to the invention with rotatable stored flap 2.
- the flap 2 is folded down in the position shown and has a concave V-shaped surface 2a pointing in the direction of travel. in the The middle region of the flap 2 runs at the top an inclined surface 2b, which like the concave surface 2a serves to guide rubbish. Above are over bends the surfaces 2c and 2d are provided, the surface 2c in the open position points forward; Fig. 2. Laterally, the flap 2 is rotatable about axes 6 in the Side plates 8 stored. The flap 2 is in a small amount Garbage in its closed position and leaves the concave between the bottom edge Surface 2a and the surface to be cleaned have a suction gap 3 of, for example 30 mm free.
- the Flap 2 slowly by moving the suction nozzle in the direction of travel Debris moves, this good through the V-shaped design of the flap 2nd gradually from the side ends of the flap 2 along the surface 2a to the center the flap 2 and pushed through the sloping at the top of the flap Surfaces 2b is additionally shaped.
- the flap 2 formed in the embodiment shown is at a larger amount of garbage by pressing the garbage on the surfaces 2a and 2b rotated about the axes 6.
- the flap 2 opens wider than in the middle in the marginal areas. Since the preformed debris and the flap 2 in their open Position due to the investment of dirt on the flap 2 a similar Have contour there is no abrupt major change in suction cross-section, so that the suction flow or the suction force on the rubbish is approximately constant can be held.
- the suction result can be optimized and on the other hand, reliably prevent the suction flow from breaking off.
- a Sufficiently large joint 5 ensures that there is no contamination in the edge area the flap 2 occurs.
- the flap 2 opened by the resistance of the sweepings allows entry of the pushed together and further deformed by the suction flow Sweepings in the area of the flap center up to that in the middle area of the Suction nozzle 1 arranged suction pipe or suction hose 9.
- Such Management of the garbage prevents that garbage with other parts of the Suction nozzle 1 comes into contact except the flap 2 and the suction hose 9, whereby the wear is reduced.
- the concave design of the flap 2 causes the sweepings to be shaped along a predetermined path so that the swept through the flap 2 one guided longer suction path to be absorbed by the suction flow to be able to.
- the suction device is therefore compared to conventional Suction nozzles arranged transversely to the direction of travel provide more time for waste to record. Test results have shown that with the invention Suction nozzle can achieve about 35% greater suction power, which is, for example, a faster sweep or a higher speed the suction machine allowed.
- FIG. 3 shows a front view of the suction nozzle 1 according to the invention with a flap 2 in the closed position.
- a horizontal approx. 50mm wide Sheet 4 arranged, under which also by suction in the suction nozzle 1 how a suction is generated in the area of the suction gap 3 of the flap 2.
- the suction nozzle 1 which has been run over can be sucked up by a product generated in this way Suction flow can still be recorded later to increase efficiency.
- the distance between the suction nozzle 1 and the roadway can be increased without negatively affecting the sweeping result.
- the flow rate between shaft and roadway can be reduced, which leads to leads to a reduction in the noise level.
- FIGS. 4b and 4c show further cross sections of the one shown in FIG Suction nozzle 1.
- FIG. 5 shows the suction nozzle 1 shown in FIG. 3 with the flap 2 in the open position, where garbage 7, which rests on the surface to be cleaned, on the open flap 2 is present.
- Figures 6a to 6c show cross sections along the lines shown in Figure 5 A, B and C.
- FIG. 7a shows a plan view of a known straight-line suction nozzle Width y. If this suction nozzle 1 is moved in the direction of travel, it is ready for inclusion of garbage the way y is available.
- Figure 7b shows a concave shape Suction nozzle 1 according to the present invention in plan view, easily recognized can be that by the concave design of the suction nozzle 1 during a movement the suction nozzle 1 over a surface to be cleaned a larger path x is available to accommodate garbage.
- the Suction nozzle 1 about an angle of 90 °, so that the path x by the factor ⁇ 2 is greater than the width of the suction shaft y.
- Garbage can therefore be compared to the conventional suction nozzle 1 at the same speed for a long time be sucked up.
- the longer way x across the entire width of the suction nozzle to obtain, the suction nozzle 1 can be made wider in the region of curvature, in order to increase the effective width also in the middle area of the suction nozzle 1.
- the described effect of increasing the effective way to take up Garbage can also be obtained with other forms of the suction nozzle, such as Example of a continuously curved suction nozzle or a straight one Suction nozzle at an angle to the direction of travel.
