Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bürstenvorsatzgerät zum Reinigen von Bodenflächen mit
einem in einem Gehäuseoberteil angeordneten Saugkanal,
einem schwenkbeweglich an den Saugkanal angeschlossenen Anschlußstutzen mit drehbeweglichem Saugrohranschluß und
einer bodenseitig offenen Bürstenwalzenkammer mit einer rotierend angetriebenen Bürstenwalze,
wobei der Saugkanal in die Bürstenwalzenkammer einmündet und wobei an der Geräteunterseite beidseits und parallel zur Bürstenwalzenkammer sich erstreckende, bodenseitig vorspringende Saugmundkanten vorgesehen sind. Der Antrieb der Bürstenwalze erfolgt mittels eines elektromotorischen Antriebs oder mittels eines vom Saugluftstrom angetriebenen Turbinenrades. - Ein Bürstenvorsatzgerät des beschriebenen Aufbaus ist aus der
GB 1 590 328 - Ein anderes Bürstenvorsatzgerät ist aus der
EP 0 727 171 A2 bekannt. Das bekannte Bürstenvorsatzgerät weist keine Laufräder auf, die im Bereich des Anschlussstutzens und im Bereich der Bürstenwalzenkammer angeordnet sind. An die Bürstenwalzenkammer ist eine Bodenplatte fest angeschlossen. Diese ist als Wippe ausgebildet, welche um eine Achse verschwenkbar ist. Die Wippe dient einer Vertikalverstellung einer Bürstenwalze und weist unterseitig ein konkaves Flächenelement auf, welches durch seine konkave Ausgestaltung dafür sorgt, dass eine Schwenkbewegung der Wippe ohne nennenswerte Spaltveränderung zur Bearbeitungsfläche möglich ist. An der Frontseite ist die Öffnung der Bürstenwalzenkammer durch eine Bodenleiste begrenzt, die fest mit einem Gehäuseoberteil des Bürstenvorzugsgerätes verbunden ist. An der Rückseite ist die Öffnung der Bürstenwalzenkammer von dem konkaven Flächenelement begrenzt. - Aus
DE 198 05 900 C1 ist ein Handsaugreinigungswerkzeug mit einer in einer Bürstenwalzenkammer angeordneten Bürstenwalze bekannt. An die Bürstenwalzenkammer ist starr ein Anschlussstutzen angeformt, der als Handgriff ausgebildet ist. Die Bürstenwalzenkammer weist an einer bodenseitigen Öffnung eine drehbeweglich gelagerte Gleitsohle auf. - Aus
DE 42 43 244 A1 ist eine statische Bodendüse bekannt, die keine rotierend angetriebene Bürstenwalze aufweist. Die Bodendüse umfasst ein Gehäuse mit Laufrädern sowie eine schwenkbewegliche Bodenplatte, in die ein bodenseitiger Kanal eingeformt ist. - Die
JP 11 009 525 A - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Bürstenvorsatzgerät zur Saugreinigung von Bodenflächen anzugeben, das mit guter Saugwirkung auf unebenen Böden sowie auf unterschiedlichen Bodenbelägen, die von Glattböden bis hochflorigen Velourböden reichen, eingesetzt werden kann.
- Gegenstand der Erfindung und Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist ein Bürstenvorsatzgerät nach Anspruch 1.
- Ausgehend von einem Bürstenvorsatzgerät des eingangs beschriebenen Aufbaus wird die Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass im Bereich des Anschlussstutzens und im Bereich der Bürstenwalzenkammer Laufräder angeordnet sind und dass die Saugmundkanten sich vertikal beweglich an die Bodenfläche anpassen. Konstruktiv kann dies auf verschiedene Weise realisiert werden.
- Gemäß einer ersten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Bürstenwalzenkammer am Saugkanal oder am Gehäuseoberteil drehbeweglich gelagert und ist an die Bürstenwalzenkammer eine mit den Saugmundkanten ausgebildete Bodenplatte fest angeschlossen. Die Drehachse für die Schwenkbewegung der Bürstenwalzenkammer und die Rotationsachse der Bürstenwalze sind im wesentlichen fluchtend angeordnet. Durch eine Schwenkbewegung der Bürstenwalzenkammer passen sich die Saugmundkanten dem Bodenbelag selbsttätig an, wobei etwaige Kippbewegungen des Bürstenvorsatzgerätes ausgleichbar sind. Aus dem unterhalb der Saugmundkanten herrschenden Unterdruck resultieren Auflagekräfte, die symmetrisch zu der Schwenkachse der Bürstenwalzenkammer auf die Bodenplatte wirken und auch bei extremen Bodenbelägen, z.B. hochflorigen Velouren, eine planparallele Ausrichtung und damit einen ordnungsgemäßen Saugbetrieb sicherstellen.
- Bei der beschriebenen Ausführung der Erfindung ist eine weitere Funktionsverbesserung erreichbar, wenn die Lageranordnung der Bürstenwalze vertikal verstellbar ausgeführt ist. Dabei liegt es im Rahmen der Erfindung, daß der Bodenabstand der Rotationsachse sich gegen die Wirkung von Rückstellfedern selbsttätig an dem Bodenbelag anpaßt oder manuell einstellbar ist. Durch die vertikale Einstellbarkeit der Bürstenwalze ist der bodenseitige Überstand der Bürstenwalze gegenüber den Saugmundkanten, die durch die erfindungsgemäße Lehre stets parallel zur Bodenfläche ausgerichtet sind und sich am Bodenbelag anpassen, veränderbar.
- Eine andere konstruktive Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Lehre besteht darin, daß in Saugrichtung vor und hinter der Bürstenwalzenkammer vertikal bewegliche und an Druckfedern abgestützte Bodengleitstücke angeordnet sind, die jeweils eine Saugmundkante aufweisen. Durch das Wechselspiel zwischen Federkraft und Auflagekraft passen sich die Saugmundkanten unabhängig voneinander an den Bodenbelag an. Bei dieser Ausführung der Erfindung ist der bodenseitige Überstand der Bürstenwalze gegenüber den Saugmundkanten abhängig von dem jeweiligen Bodenbelag. Durch geeignete Festlegung der Federcharakteristik kann der sich einstellende Überstand so eingerichtet werden, daß auf allen Bodenbelägen ein optimales Saugergebnis resultiert. Eine federnde Aufhängung der Bürstenwalze erübrigt sich. Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführung der Erfindung ist die Bürstenwalze daher an einer gehäusefesten Lageranordnung rotierend gelagert.
- Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand einer lediglich ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellenden Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen in einer jeweils schematischen Darstellung

- Zum grundsätzlichen Aufbau des in den Figuren dargestellten Bürstenvorsatzgerätes gehören ein in einem Gehäuseoberteil 1 angeordneter Saugkanal 2, ein schwenkbeweglich an den Saugkanal 2 angeschlossener Anschlußstutzen 3 mit drehbeweglichem Saugrohranschluß, eine bodenseitig offene Bürstenwalzenkammer 4 mit einer rotierend angetriebenen Bürstenwalze 5 sowie Laufrädern 6, die im Bereich des Anschlußstutzens 3 sowie im Bereich der Bürstenwalzenkammer 4 angeordnet sind. Der Antrieb der Bürstenwalze ist nicht dargestellt. Als Antrieb eignet sich ein elektromotorischer Antrieb ebenso wie ein vom Saugluftstrom angetriebenes Turbinenrad, das über eine Transmission mit der Bürstenwalze verbunden ist. Der Saugkanal 2 mündet in die Bürstenwalzenkammer 4 ein. An der Geräteunterseite sind beidseits und parallel zur Bürstenwalzenkammer 4 sich erstreckende, bodenseitig vorspringende Saugmundkanten 7 vorgesehen. Erfindungsgemäß passen sich die Saugmundkanten 7 vertikal beweglich an die Bodenfläche an. Dies kann konstruktiv auf verschiedene Weise realisiert werden.
- Bei der in
Fig. 1 dargestellten Ausführung der Erfindung ist eine mit den Saugmundkanten 7 ausgebildete Bodenplatte 8 an die Bürstenwalzenkammer 4 angeschlossen, und diese ist am Saugkanal 2 oder am Gehäuseoberteil 1 drehbeweglich gelagert. Die Drehachse A für die Schwenkbewegung der Bürstenwalzenkammer 4 und die Rotationsachse der Bürstenwalze sind im wesentlichen fluchtend angeordnet. Die Lageranordnung der Bürstenwalze kann vertikal verstellbar ausgeführt sein. Durch eine manuelle Einstellung oder durch eine sich selbsttätig an den Bodenbelag anpassende Einstellung ist der Überstand der Bürstenwalze 5 gegenüber den Saugmundkanten 7 veränderbar und an den Bodenbelag anpaßbar. - Bei der in
Fig. 2 dargestellten Ausführung der Erfindung sind vor und hinter der Bürstenwalzenkammer 4 vertikal bewegliche und an Druckfedern 9 abgestützte Bodengleitstücke 10 angeordnet, die jeweils eine Saugmundkante 7 aufweisen. Durch das Wechselspiel zwischen der Federkraft der Druckfedern 9 und der Auflagekraft, die aus dem Gewicht der Bodengleitstücke 10 und dem Saugunterdruck unter den Bodengleitstücken resultiert, können sich die Saugmundkanten 7 unabhängig voneinander jeweils optimal zum Bodenbelag hin ausrichten. Mit der vertikalen Stellbewegung der Saugmundkanten 7 ändert sich auch der bodenseitige Überstand der Bürstenwalze 5 zu den Saugmundkanten 7. Durch Auswahl einer geeigneten Federcharakteristik der Druckfedern 9 kann der sich einstellende Überstand so eingerichtet werden, daß auf allen Bodenbelägen ein gutes Saugergebnis resultiert. In der inFig. 2 dargestellten Ausführung der Erfindung ist die Bürstenwalze 5 an einer gehäusefesten Lageranordnung rotierend gelagert.
Claims (1)
- Bürstenvorsatzgerät zum Reinigen von Bodenflächen mit
einem in einem Gehäuseoberteil (1) angeordneten Saugkanal (2),
einem schwenkbeweglich an den Saugkanal (2) angeschlossenen Anschlussstutzen (3) mit drehbeweglichem Saugrohranschluss und
einer bodenseitig offenen Bürstenwalzenkammer (4) mit einer rotierend angetriebenen Bürstenwalze (5)
wobei der Saugkanal (2) in die Bürstenwalzenkammer (4) einmündet und wobei an der Geräteunterseite beidseits und parallel zur Bürstenwalzenkammer (4) sich erstreckende, bodenseitig vorspringende Saugmundkanten (7) vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des Anschlussstutzens (3) und im Bereich der Bürstenwalzenkammer (4) Laufräder (6) angeordnet sind und dass die Saugmundkanten (7) sich vertikal beweglich an die Bodenfläche anpassen, wobeia) eine mit den Saugmundkanten (7) ausgebildete Bodenplatte (8) an die Bürstenwalzenkammer (4) fest angeschlossen und diese am Saugkanal (2) oder am Gehäuseoberteil (1) drehbeweglich gelagert ist, wobei die Drehachse (A) für die Schwenkbewegung der Bürstenwalzenkammer (4) und die Rotationsachse der Bürstenwalze (5) im Wesentlichen fluchtend angeordnet sind, oderb) in Saugrichtung vor und hinter der Bürstenwalzenkammer voneinander unabhängige, vertikal bewegliche und an Druckfedern (9) abgestützte Bodengleitstücke (10) angeordnet sind, die jeweils eine Saugmundkante (7) aufweisen.
