Claims (8)

  1. Glissière télescopique (15) d'une table extensible,
    - avec un profilé (100) environ en double T comme profilé de guidage, qui est fixé sur la partie fixe (12) de la table extensible,
    - avec au moins un profilé (130) environ en C comme profilé télescopique, qui est maintenu sans risque de basculement sur le profilé de guidage (100) au moyen de roulements (123, 124) à rouleaux cylindriques et qui peut être déplacé télescopiquement le long de ce dernier,
    - avec une bride supérieure (136) du profilé en C (130) présent sur le côté du profilé en double T (100), qui s'engage par l'extérieur et par le dessus autour de la bride supérieure du profilé en double T (100),
    - et avec une bride inférieure (138) du profilé en C (130), qui s'engage par l'extérieur et par le dessous autour de la bride inférieure (114, 116) du profilé en double T (100),
    - sachant que chacune des brides supérieures et inférieures (110, 112, 114, 116) du profilé en double T (100) est conçue comme palier de soutien intérieur en renfoncement pour un roulement (123, 124) à rouleaux cylindriques,
    - sachant que chacune des brides supérieure et inférieure (136, 138) du profilé en C (130) est conçue comme palier de soutien extérieur en renfoncement pour un roulement (123, 124) à rouleaux cylindriques,
    - et sachant que la bride supérieure comme la bride inférieure, tant du profilé en double T (100) que du profilé en C (130), possède respectivement un épaulement latéral intérieur (121) et un épaulement latéral extérieur (125), comme contre-appuis latéraux pour un roulement (123, 124) à rouleaux cylindriques,
    caractérisée en ce que
    - le profilé en C (130) est disposé sur le côté sur le profilé en double T (100) et est orienté par sa bride supérieure (136) et sa bride inférieure (138) vers la branche médiane (102) du profilé en double T (100),
    - des galets de roulement (160, 162) sont vissés sur le côté extérieur de la branche médiane (102) du profilé en double T (100),
    - ces galets de roulement (160, 162) sont appliqués respectivement en pression contre la bride supérieure et la bride inférieure (136) du profilé en C (130),
    - ces galets de roulement (160, 162), tout comme les roulements (123, 124) à rouleaux cylindriques, sont encadrés latéralement par les épaulements latéraux intérieur et extérieur (121, 125) de la bride concernée (136, 138) du profilé en C (130).
  2. Glissière télescopique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que
    - les roulements (123, 124) supérieur et inférieur à rouleaux cylindriques d'un profilé en C (130) sont mutuellement reliés par l'intermédiaire d'une cage (150),
    - la cage (150) est présente sur le côté intérieur du profilé en C (130) qui est tourné vers la branche médiane (102).
  3. Glissière télescopique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'une rainure en T (170) est configurée dans la face frontale inférieure du profilé en double T (100).
  4. Glissière télescopique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la branche médiane (102) du profilé en double T (100) est réalisée sous forme de profilé creux renforcé par des parois transversales (104, 106, 108).
  5. Glissière télescopique selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que des pièces d'équipement (22, 25, 70, 80), qui sont maintenues et guidées pour bloquer en position correcte des plateaux (14) en plusieurs parties sur la partie fixe (12) d'une table extensible, peuvent être positionnées à l'intérieur de la branche médiane (102) en forme de profilé creux du profilé en double T (100).
  6. Glissière télescopique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une formation en creux (142) en forme de U est présente dans la bride supérieure (136) et/ou dans la bride inférieure (138) du profilé en C (130), formation qui est conçue comme palier de soutien extérieur en renfoncement pour le roulement (123, 124) à rouleaux cylindriques et comme surface de roulement pour les galets de roulement (160, 162).
  7. Glissière télescopique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le profilé en double T (100) et le profilé en C (130) sont des profilés filés.
  8. Glissière télescopique selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les profilés filés (100, 130) sont réalisés en un matériau à base d'aluminium.
