Definitions
- the present invention relates to a guide device for a pull-out device, for example for a corner cupboard. Corner cabinet slides are used to provide better access to the storage space located in the corner of a corner cabinet.
- the guide device is designed as a multi-part guide rail. According to the example described in this document, three guide rails lying one above the other are provided, between which balls are arranged, so that the individual guide rails can slide relative to the respectively adjacent guide rails.
- Such guide rails are used for pull-out devices for drawers and the like. It has turned out to be a disadvantage of this solution that the torsional rigidity and the flexural rigidity of such guide rails is limited. In particular, when heavy objects are stored in drawers, the guide rails can become deformed in such a way that the user notices these deformations and interprets them as a qualitative defect. Similar solutions are also in the document DE 3834688 A1 or in the document DE 10 2014 119 729 A1 disclosed.
- the object of the invention is achieved by a guide device according to claim 1.
- Advantageous exemplary embodiments of the guide device are the subject matter of claims 2 to 14.
- a guide device comprises a first guide rail arrangement, a second guide rail arrangement and a third guide rail arrangement, the first guide rail arrangement being intended for stationary installation on or on a base element.
- the first guide rail assembly includes a first pair of guide rails.
- the second guide rail assembly includes a second pair of guide rails.
- the third guide rail assembly includes a third pair of guide rails.
- the second guide rail arrangement can be displaced relative to the first guide rail arrangement by means of at least two pairs of rolling elements that can each be rolled on a guide rail.
- the third guide rail arrangement is displaceable relative to the second guide rail arrangement by means of at least one pair of rolling elements.
- the first guide rail arrangement comprises a toothed rack and the third guide rail arrangement comprises a further toothed rack, the toothed rack and the further toothed rack being in engagement with one another via a toothed belt rotatably mounted on two rollers on the second guide rail arrangement.
- the first guide rail arrangement can each have a rolling element which is rotatably mounted on the first pair of guide rails and is designed to guide one of the guide rails of the second pair.
- the guide rail has a top surface, a base surface and a web connecting the top surface and base surface. This arrangement has the advantage that adjacent guide rails can be nested in one another to save space.
- the rolling element is rotatably mounted on the inside of the web of the associated guide rail, and it can be connected to the guide rail or to a connecting element connecting the guide rail.
- the rollers of the belt drive are rotatably mounted on the second guide rail arrangement.
- the guide device comprises a first guide rail arrangement, a second guide rail arrangement, and a third guide rail arrangement, the first guide rail arrangement being intended for stationary installation on or on a base element.
- the first guide rail assembly includes a first pair of guide rails
- the second guide rail assembly includes a second pair of guide rails

- the guide elements can be designed in particular as grooves, projections, rail elements, ribs, grooves.
- the guide rails can be connected by means of a connecting element.
- the rolling elements can each be rotatably mounted in a leg of the connecting element.
- the guide rails of the second or third guide rail arrangement can be connected by means of a connecting element which is arranged at a rear end of the guide rails.
- a guide device can be used as a pull-out device for drawers.
- a guide device can be used for a corner cupboard.
- An advantage of the guiding device according to the invention lies in its improved accessibility, i.e. the user has improved access to the contents of the storage compartment or compartments.
- increased rigidity of the pull-out device can be obtained, which leads to increased dimensional stability of the storage compartment or compartments, so that it is ensured that the storage areas remain essentially horizontal, even when relatively heavy objects are placed on the storage areas are, for example, containers filled with liquids such as beverage bottles or the like.

- a rail element 51 running parallel to the third toothed rack 35 is shown, which is intended to be accommodated in the guide element 26 designed as a groove.
- 13 shows a view of the guide device 400 according to the third exemplary embodiment from above in the extended state without a structure.
- the connecting element 23 is omitted in order to make the arrangement of the first and second racks 15, 25 more visible.
- the rolling elements 21, which are arranged on the outside of the leg of the connecting element 23, are also shown to clarify its position.
- FIG. 14 shows a view of the guide device 400 according to the third exemplary embodiment from above without the first guide rail arrangement 1.
- the rollers 27, 28 located below the second toothed rack 25 and the belt 29 of the first belt drive are shown.
- the second toothed rack 25 has been omitted from the illustration in order to reveal the two belt drives. 14 thus shows that the third rack 35 is intended to engage with the belt 29.
- rollers 37, 38 which carry the belt 39 of the second belt drive are fixed on top of the third rack 35.
- a rail element 52 also runs on the upper side of the third toothed rack 35, which rail element serves to accommodate an associated guide element 46, for example a groove, of the fourth toothed rack 45.
- 15 12 shows a top view of the guide device 400 according to the third exemplary embodiment without the second guide rail arrangement and without the left-hand guide rails.
- a plate member on which the third rack 35 is fixed On the opposite side of the plate element, that is to say on its upper side, there is the rail element 52 which serves to guide the fourth toothed rack 45 .
