Claims (18)
- Beschlag für die Verriegelung von Fenstern oder Türen, mit einer in einer hinterschnittenen Nut (1) am Fenster- oder Türrahmen (6) geführten Schieberstange (2), wobei die die Hinterschneidung der Nut (1) bildenden Vorsprünge (5) von beidseits an der Schieberstange (2) vorgesehenen Halteelementen (4) hintergriffen werden und wenigstens eines der Halteelemente (4) lösbar an der Schieberstange (2) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schieberstange (2) im Bereich der Vorsprünge (5) falzartig ausgebildet ist, wobei der Falz (7) zusammen mit dem Halteelement (4) jeweils eine Aufnahmenut für einen der Vorsprünge (5) bildet und die Falztiefe geringfügig größer ist als die Breite der Vorsprünge (5).
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (4) von zwei diametral an einem zylindrischen Stellbolzen (8) vorstehenden Armen eines Riegelteils (9) gebildet sind.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Stellbolzen (8) zwei ebenfalls radial vorstehende Raststücke (10) vorgesehen sind, die die gleiche Breite wie die Halteelemente (4) aufweisen, diesen gegenüber aber um 90° gedreht angeordnet sind und in Richtung zur Schieberstange (2) hin eine geringfügig größere Höhe besitzen.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riegelteil (9) durch eine im Umriss angepaßte Ausnehmung (11) in der Schieberstange (2) in diese in vormontiertem Zustand eingesetzt und durch Verdrehen um 90° in eine die Vorsprünge (5) hintergreifende Stellung gebracht wird.
- Beschlag nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellbolzen (8) an seinem den Halteelementen (4) abgewandten Ende einen radial nach außen vorstehenden Ringbund (12) aufweist, der eine Anlagefläche für eine sich mit ihrem anderen Ende an der Schieberstange (2) abstützende Spannfeder (13) bildet.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellbolzen (8) an seinem den Halteelementen (4) abgewandten Ende einen Riegelbolzen (3) trägt, wobei die Anlagefläche für die Spannfeder (13) von der einen Stirnfläche des Riegelbolzens (3) gebildet wird.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellbolzen (8) auf seiner dem Riegelbolzen (3) abgewandten Seite ein Abstützglied aufweist, das in eine Nut im Rahmen (6) vorsteht.
- Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringbund (12) bzw. der Riegelbolzen (3) einen Paßstift (14) trägt, der in eine zylindrische Bohrung (8.1) des Stellbolzens (8) greift.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Paßstift (14) an seinem freien Ende mit dem Stellbolzen (8) vernietet ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Halteelemente (4) bildenden Arme auf ihrer der Schieberstange (2) zugewandten Seite jeweils eine Rastnut (15) für den den Falz bildenden Steg (2.1) der Schieberstange (2) aufweisen.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 2 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riegelteil (9) in einer zylindrischen Bohrung (11) der Schieberstange (2) gelagert ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 2, 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riegelteil (9) mittels einer Buchse (16) an der Schieberstange (2) gehalten ist, die über einen zwischenliegenden O-Ring (17) auf einen Zylinderstift (18) aufgesetzt ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riegelteil (9) an seinem den Halteelementen (4) abgewandten Ende einen als Einrastelement für die zylindrische Bohrung (11) ausgebildeten Ringvorsprung (19) aufweist, wobei der Stellbolzen (8) des Riegelteils (9) in seinem an die Halteelemente (4) angrenzenden Bereich Kantflächen (20) aufweist, die an den den Falz (7) bildenden Stegen (2.1) der Schieberstange (2) angreifen und Rastelemente zum Sperren des Riegelteils (9) bilden.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riegelteil (9) einstückig aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riegelteil (9) an seinem den Halteelementen (4) abgewandten Ende ein im wesentlichen ovales Kopfstück (21) trägt und die Schieberstange (2) eine im Umriss dem Kopfstück (21) angepaßte Ausnehmung (11) aufweist, wobei der zylindrische Bereich (22) des Riegelteils (9) zwischen dem Kopfstück (21) und den Halteelementen (4) eine ebenfalls der Ausnehmung (11) im Umriss angepaßte drehbar angeordnete Kunststoffbuchse (23) trägt.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffbuchse (23) im Bereich ihrer geringsten Wanddicke in axialer Richtung geschlitzt ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffbuchse auf ihrer dem Schlitz (24) gegenüberliegenden Seite einen gedünnten Wandbereich (25) zur Bildung einer Biegezone aufweist.
- Beschlag nach den Ansprüchen 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kopfstück (21) mit zu den Halteelementen (4) weisenden Haltenoppen (26) versehen ist.
