Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Reinigung von Kleinladungsträgern mit an einer Förderstrecke angeordneten Sprüh-, Wasch- und Trocknungsstationen zur Entfernung der Verunreinigungen, insbesondere Reste von Konservierungsmitteln, fetthaltigen Substanzen u.dgl.,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die erste Station (5) eine Eingabe (4) für die Kleinladungsträger (1) und einen vertikalen Tunnel (3) mit einem vertikal umlaufenden Förderer (6) sowie Heiz- und Sprüheinrichtungen (7,8) zum Einsprühen, Erwärmen und Einweichen der Kleinladungsträger (1) umfaßt,daß die zweite Station (15) eine Wendeeinrichtung (16) für die Kleinladungsträger (1) und diese von innen bzw. außen reinigende Bürstensätze (17,18) aufweist,daß die dritte Station (25) Wendeeinrichtungen (26,27) und Einrichtungen (28,29) zum Klarwaschen bzw. Trocknen der Kleinladungsträger (1) aufweist, und daß zwischen den drei Stationen (5,15,25) Übergabeeinrichtungen (14,34) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der drei Stationen (5,15,25) ein Schrägförderer (32) zur Rückführung der gereinigten Kleinladungsträger (1) an eine vertikal unterhalb und horizontal neben der Eingabe (4) der ersten Station (5) angeordneten Ausgabe (38) für die gereinigten Kleinladungsträger (1) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vertikal umlaufende Förderer (6) der ersten Station (5) mit parallel umlaufenden Förderelementen (11) und daran angeordneten drehbaren und kardanisch aufgehängten Greifern (10) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wendeeinrichtungen (16) der zweiten Station (15) mit Spanneinrichtungen (19) für die Kleinladungsträger (1) versehene Schwingtische (20,21) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bürstensätze (17,18) in der zweiten Station (15) vertikal verfahrbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Sätze (52) von je drei Stationen (5,15,25) und je einem unterhalb derselben angeordneten Förderer (6) nebeneinander innerhalb eines Containers (2) angeordnet sind und daß neben den Förderern (6) und unterhalb der beiden Sätze (52) von je drei Stationen (5,15,25) Behälter (45,46) für Sprühmittel, Wasser und abgeschiedene Stoffe angeordnet sind.
