Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Fachbildung fur die Realisierung einer Kante an einem Gewebe wahrend der Herstellung auf einer Webmaschine,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Rahmen (27, 28) umfasst, von denen jeder mehrere Helfen (32) tragt und die mit Langsrandern (27c, 28c, 27d, 28d) und oberen (27a, 28a) und unteren Randern (27b, 28b) versehen sind, wobei die Rahmen entsprechend einer vertikalen wechselnden Bewegung (F4) mit entgegengesetzten Phasen von mindestens einem flexiblen Band (26, 30) verschoben werden, das von einem elektrischen Motor (23) betätigt wird und mit den oberen und unteren Randern verbunden ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Band durch ein die oberen Rander (27a, 28a) des Helfenrahmens (27, 28) verbindendes oberes Teilstück (26) und ein die unteren Ränder (27b, 28b) des Rahmens verbindendes unteres Teilstück (30) gebildet wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rahmen (27, 28) mit dem oberen und unteren Teilstück im Wesentlichen an der Mitte der jeweiligen oberen (27a, 28a) und unteren Rander (27b, 28b) verbunden sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Anspruche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Kasten (21) umfasst, der einen Trager fur Umlenkrollen (25, 31, 34, 35) des flexiblen Bandes (26, 30) und für den Motor bildet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kasten (21) mindestens eine Gleitschiene (37, 38) zur Fuhrung der Rahmen (27, 28) bei ihrer Wechselbewegung umfasst, wobei die Rahmen vorgesehen sind, um teilweise in die Schiene einzugreifen (27c, 27d, 28c, 28d).
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Anspruche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (36) zum Einstellen der Position mindestens einer Umlenkrolle (31) an dem Kasten (21) umfasst, wobei die Einstellung der Position die Einstellung der Spannung des flexiblen Bandes (26, 30) ermoglicht.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Anspruche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position der Vorrichtung (20, 20') entsprechend einer Richtung (F3) parallel zu den Schussfäden (F2) der Webmaschine einstellbar ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (20, 20') gleitend (F3) auf einen Balken (10) der Webmaschine befestigt ist, der parallel zu den Schussfäden (F2) angeordnet ist, wobei mindestens eine fest mit der Vorrichtung verbundene Spannstange (22) in eine Längsnut (10a, 10b) des Balkens in Eingriff ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Anspruche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Band mindestens einen Zahnriemen (26) umfasst, der geeignet ist, um positiv durch eine von dem Motor (23) betatigte Zahnrolle (25) angetrieben zu werden.
  10. Webmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit mindestens einer Vorrichtung zur Fachbildung (20, 20') nach einem der vorhergehenden Anspruche ausgerüstet ist.
