Claims (16)

1. Industrielle Webmaschine mit einem Vorschubsystem für mehrere Kettfäden (10), die in einer Ebene (14) angeordnet sind, mit einer Schaftmaschine zum wahlweisen Anheben (24) der ausgewählten Kettfäden, die an Programmiermittel zur Auswahl der zu hebenden Kettfäden angeschlossen ist, und einem System zum Einlegen (16) des Schußfadens zwischen die angehobenen Kettfäden und die Ebene der nicht angehobenen Kettfäden, wobei die Schaftmaschine zum Heben der Kettfäden mehrere gespannte Hebefäden beiderseits der Kettfädenebene aufweist, deren jener mit einer Öse (28) versehen ist, durch die ein entsprechender Kettfaden (10) läuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich jeder Hebefaden (30) in der Nut (36) einer entsprechenden Seilscheibe (32) aufrollt, welche mit individuellen Verschiebemitteln (54, 56) versehen ist, die sie um einen Winkel drehen lassen, der der gewünschten Hubhöhe des Fadens (30) entspricht, dessen Ende in der Nut (36) befestigt ist, wobei diese Mittel (54, 56) von der Seite ausgehend zu der gegenüberliegenden Seite, wo der Hebefaden (30) auf der Seilscheibe (32) befestigt ist, angeordnet sind, und zwar in bezug auf die senkrechte Ebene, die durch die Achse dieser Seilscheibe läuft, und daß die Seilscheiben (32) in höhenmäßig abgestuften Reihen oberhalb der Ebene (14) der Kettfäden (10) angeordnet sind, wobei die aufeinanderfolgenden Reihen von einer Stufe zur anderen in zunehmendem Maße leicht verschoben sind.
2. Webmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschiebung der aufeinanderfolgenden Reihen in einer Richtung parallel zu den Kettfäden (10) erfolgt ist.
3. Webmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Gruppen von sich gegenüberliegenden Reihen vorgesehen sind, wobei die Seilscheiben (32) und ihre Verschiebemittel (54, 56) im umgekehrten Sinn zu den beiden Gruppen gedreht werden, daß die Zulaufseiten der Hebefäden (30) der Seilscheiben (32) der ersten Gruppe den Zulaufseiten der Hebefäden der zweiten Gruppe gegenüberliegen, und daß die aufeinanderfolgenden Verschiebungen der Seilscheibenreihen in Richtung der Kettfäden (10) für die entsprechenden Reihen der beiden Gruppen im entgegengesetzten Sinn stattfinden.

Webmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Antriebsmittel (34) für mehrere Seilscheiben (32) vorgesehen ist, und daß zwischen jeder Seilscheibe und dem Antriebsmittel Mittel (76-92) zum individuellen Kuppeln und Entkuppeln vorhanden sind, die die entsprechende Seilscheibe zum Anheben eines Kettfadens (10) in Umdrehung versetzen können, und daß die Gesamtheit der einzelnen Kupplungs- und Entkupplungsmittel durch Programmsteuermittel steuerbar ist.

Webmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (92) zum individuellen Kuppeln und Entkuppeln die Verschiebungsmittel (54, 56) mit der entsprechenden Seilscheibe (32) kuppeln kann, wobei es entweder die Seilscheibe (32) in einer ersten Richtung bis zu einer Hubstellung des Fadens (30) in Drehung versetzt oder das Drehen der Seilscheibe in einer zweiten Richtung bis zu einer Rückkehrstellung des Kettfadens (10) bewirkt, wobei die Auswahl durch die Programmsteuermittel erfolgt.

Webmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein System zur bistabilen Einstellung (102) der Seilscheibe (32) vorgesehen ist, um sie in einer von zwei Winkelstellungen zu halten, in die sie durch die Betätigung des Kupplungsmittels (92) gebracht worden ist, wobei nur eine neue Betätigung des Kupplungsmittels (92) in einem Verschiebungssinn der Seilscheibe in Richtung der anderen Winkelstellung geeignet ist, eine Drehung der Seilscheibe (32) zu bewirken.

Webmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das System zur bistabilen Einstellung (102) wenigstens zwei Kerben (104, 106) oder Positionierungsanschläge für die Seilscheibe (32) oder Teile (54, 56) besitzt, die an die Drehung der Seilscheibe (32) gebunden sind, wobei die Kerben oder Anschläge mit einem festen Rahmen (58) zusammenwirken, um die beiden stabilen Winkelstellungen der Seilscheiben festzulegen, und daß zwischen dem Rahmen (58) und der Seilscheibe (32) oder den Teilen (54, 56), die an die Drehung der Seilscheibe (32) gebunden sind, ein Reibungsmittel (102) wirkt.

Webmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsmittel (76-92) einen Stoßarm (76) aufweisen, der einer Hin- und Herbewegung unterworfen wird mit einer Möglichkeit zum transversalen Hin- und Herschwingen, und daß ein Mittel (92) zum Ablenken des Arms vorgesehen ist, das durch die Programmsteuermittel betätigbar ist und zur Ausrichtung der Verschiebungsrichtung des Arms dient, wobei ferner zwei Stoßflächen (72, 70) in bezug auf das eine Ende (74) des Stoßarms (76) vorhanden sind, die an die Drehung der Seilscheibe (32) so gebunden sind, daß die Seilscheibe sich in einer Richtung dreht, wenn der Stoßarm (76) die erste Stoßfläche (72) zurückstößt, und die sich in der anderen Richtung dreht, wenn der Arm (76) die zweite Stoßfläche (70) zurückstößt.

Webmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Stoßflächen (72, 70) am Ende einer entsprechenden Stange (56, 54) angeordnet ist, deren anderes Ende mit der Seilscheibe verbunden ist, wobei dieses andere Ende für die eine Stange in Richtung auf die Achse (34) der Seilscheibe (32) angeordnet ist und diametral entgegengesetzt angeordnet ist für die andere Stange.

Webmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stangen (54, 56) an dem genannten anderen Ende eine Zahnstange bilden, die mit einem Zahnradritzel (50) im Mittelpunkt der Seilscheibe (32) zusammenwirkt, wobei die beiden Zahnstangen in bezug auf die Achse (34) der Seilscheibe (32) und des Zahnradritzels (50) diametral gegenüberliegen und die Stangen leicht gleitend in Richtung der Hin- und Herbewegung des Stoßarms (76) in bezug auf einen festen Rahmen (58) gelagert sind, der die Achse (34) der Seilscheibe (32) trägt.

Webmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablenkmittel (92) einen Hebeschaft (96) aufweisen, der mit einem beweglichen Anker (94) eines Elektromagneten (92) fest verbunden ist, und der an seinem einen Ende eine abgeschrägte Oberfläche aufweist und je nachdem, ob der Elektromagnet erregt wird oder nicht, zwei Stellungen einnehmen kann, von denen wenigstens eine die abgeschrägte Oberfläche auf die Bahn eines Teils (100) führt, das mit dem Stoßarm fest verbunden ist, um dadurch eine Ablenkung der Bewegung des letzteren zu bewirken.

Webmaschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stoßarm (76) der Wirkung einer Feder (82) ausgesetzt ist, die in Richtung der transversalen Schwingungen des Arms (76) wirkt, um ihn in eine Stellung zurückzuführen, welche einer der beiden Verschiebungsrichtungen seines Endes entspricht.

Webmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elektromagnet (92) nur während eines Teils des Hin- und Herbewegungszyklus des Stoßarms (76) erregt wird, wobei seine Erregung unterbrochen wird, nachdem der Stoßarm endgültig in der Richtung in Eingriff gebracht ist, die dieser Erregung entspricht.

Webmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stoßarm (76) eine Zahnstange (88) aufweist, daß die Antriebsmittel eine sich ständig drehende Welle (84) aufweisen, die gegenüber der Zahnstange (88) des Stoßarms (76) ein unterbrochen verzahntes (86) Ritzelrad (84) trägt, und daß ein Mittel (90) zum Zurückholen des Arms (76) in eine Ausgangsstellung nach jeder durch die Antriebsmittel erfolgten Verschiebung des Arms vorhanden ist.

Webmaschine nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rückführmittel des Stoßarms eine Feder (90) ist, die in Längsrichtung der Hin- und Herbewegung des Arms (76) wirkt und die ihre Wirkung entfaltet, sobald die Antriebswelle (84) in eine Stellung gelangt, in der die Zahnstange (88) des Arms (76) gegenüber der Unterbrechungszone der Verzahnung des Ritzelrades (84) der Welle liegt.
16. Webmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Seilscheibe (32) zwei parallele Flansche (46, 48) aufweist, und daß der Stoßarm (76) von einer Platte gebildet wird, die wesentlich dünner ist als die Seilscheibe dick ist und sich in einer Ebene befindet, die zwischen den flanschen der Seilscheibe liegt.
