Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour réaliser des coutures selon lequel tous les éléments qui forment les points et les coutures se trouvent exclusivement d'un côté du produit à coudre,
    les éléments formant les points et les coutures se déplacent dans des plans inclinés par rapport au produit à coudre et celui-ci est appuyé sur un support permettant la pénétration des éléments formant les points et la couture,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    au moins deux boucles de fil à coudre s'interpénètrent, et
    tous les éléments formant les points du dispositif se trouvent exclusivement d'un côté du produit à coudre, ces éléments se déplacent dans des plans inclinés par rapport au produit à coudre et se coupant et les éléments décrivent des mouvements qui alternent en permanence entre principalement des mouvements linéaires et principalement des mouvements de rotation,
    les différentes courbes de couplage étant suffisamment rapprochées du côté opposé du produit à coudre pour transférer une boucle de fil à coudre d'un élément de formation de point au suivant et de plus le produit à coudre repose sur un support qui permet la pénétration des éléments formant les points et bloque le produit à coudre par un contre-appui relié au dispositif,
    et pendant le mouvement de basculement des éléments de formation de points, le dispositif est conduit pas à pas au-dessus du produit à coudre par une installation de déplacement commandée électroniquement ou mécaniquement par l'arbre principal du dispositif, de façon que les éléments formant les points tournent autour d'un axe géométrique dans le produit à coudre et au début du procédé, le dispositif vient sur le produit à coudre de façon que les éléments formant les points pénètrent perpendiculairement dans le produit à coudre.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'arbre d'entraínement du dispositif est couplé électroniquement à la commande du dispositif de déplacement de façon que le dispositif de déplacement soit entraíné en fonction de la vitesse de rotation de l'arbre d'entraínement du dispositif.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un programme de construction transmet la géométrie du cordon de couture au dispositif de déplacement permettant le changement de direction de couture en liaison avec un programme de commande.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les manivelles, la distance des manivelles et la longueur des tiges des aiguilles se règlent de manière variable et permettent de modifier la longueur des points de la couture.
  5. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    il comporte des éléments formant les points et la couture,
    ces éléments étant montés de façon à se déplacer dans des plans inclinés par rapport au produit à coudre placé dans le dispositif,
    le dispositif comportant un guidage linéaire (14) rotatif, monté de manière excentrée de façon à permettre un déphasage supplémentaire des mouvements des différents éléments formant les points et pour pouvoir régler la position des éléments les uns par rapport aux autres pour former les boucles de fil à coudre et pour saisir ces boucles (4, 7).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pour réaliser une couture en trois dimensions, le support (21) du produit à coudre est souple pour lui permettre de copier les formes géométriques tridimensionnelles, la platine (22) du dispositif s'adaptant à cette forme géométrique tridimensionnelle et le dispositif pouvant exécuter en plus des mouvements linéaires, également des mouvements de basculement autour des trois axes dans l'espace.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le mécanisme de mouvement pour créer le mouvement de déplacement est intégré dans le dispositif de façon que les éléments de déplacement s'appuient sur le plan du produit à coudre ou sur le produit à coudre (3).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le mécanisme de déplacement pour le mouvement de déplacement est intégré dans le dispositif pour permettre de guider le dispositif à la main et/ou coudre des produits en forme de tube ou de gaine.
