Claims (10)
- Anordnung zum Wechseln der einen Walzring (3) haltenden Mutter (11) auf einer fliegend gelagerten, ein Gewinde (13) für die Mutter (11) aufweisenden Walzwelle (2) mittels einer Wechselvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wechselvorrichtung eine Gewindehülse (50) aufweist, die mit einem mit dem Gewinde (13) der Walzwelle übereinstimmenden Gewinde (12a) und Zentriereinrichtungen (49) zum fluchtenden Ansetzen an die Walzwelle (2) ausgerüstet ist, und daß die Gewindehülse (50) im Verhältnis zu den Zentriereinrichtungen (49) und/oder der Walzwelle (2) axial beweglich und drehgehemmt ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentriereinrichtung von einer die Gewindehülse (50) tragenden, gegen das Ende der Walzwelle (2) spannbaren Wechselwelle (49) gebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strecke (87) der Axialbeweglichkeit der Gewindehülse (50) mindestens einer Ganghöhe des Gewindes (12a, 12b, 13) gleicht.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindehülse (50) durch Federkraft (60, 62) in eine Ausgangsstellung gedrängt ist, aus der sie gegen die Federkraft um mindestens die Ganghöhe des Gewindes (12a, 12b, 13) ausweichen kann.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Wechselvorrichtung für die Aufnahme mehrerer Muttern (11) bzw. Walzringe (3) in einer geometrischen Anordnung ausgebildet ist, die mit der geometrischen Anordnung mehrerer Walzwellen (2) übereinstimmt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Zentriereinrichtungen (49) axial beweglich und durch Federn (52) axial vorgespannt vorgesehen sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wechselvorrichtung wenigstens eine Halteeinrichtung (39) für einen Walzring (3) aufweist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung (20) zum Lösen der Haftung des Walzrings (3) von der Walzwelle (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Lösen der Haftung des Walzrings (3) von einer Kolben-Zylinder-Einrichtung (20) gebildet ist, die an der dem freien Ende der Walzwelle (2) abgelegenen Seite des Walzrings (3) vorgesehen ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolben-Zylinder-Einrichtung (20) Teil eines zwischen dem Walzring (3) und einem Bund (4) der Walzwelle (2) montierten Rings (5) ist.
