Claims (24)
- Einrichtung zum Kontaktieren mindestens eines elektrischen Leiters, insbesondere eines Heizleiters eines Heizkabels, mit einem Kanal für einen Endteil des Leiters, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Anschlussmuffe (1), einer Verbindungsmuffe (42) oder einer Abzweigmuffe (55) ein Klemmschneidgehäuse (7, 43) mit einem in diesem gelagerten Isolierstück (20) und einer in letzterem gelagerten Klemmschneidhülse (21) angeordnet ist, daß die Klemmschneidhülse (21) einen Durchgang (25) für den Leiter (5, 6) oder das Heizkabel (3) aufweist, daß der Kanal (26) in dem Isolierstück (20) ausgebildet ist, derart, daß er in einem spitzen Winkel zur Längsachse (27) verläuft und ein Kanalanfang in der Ebene der Längsachse (27) deckungsgleich mit dem Durchgang (25) ist, und daß für die Kontaktierung des Leiters (5, 6) oder des Heizkabels (3) in dem Kanal (26) im spitzen Winkel eine Kontaktklemmschneide (15) versetzt und im wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse (27) in dem Klemmschneidgehäuse (7, 43) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach vorstehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktklemmschneide (15) in einem Boden (8, 44) des Klemmschneidgehäuses (7, 43) festgelegt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Isolierstück (20) in dem Klemmschneidgehäuse (7, 43) gegen Verdrehen gesichert ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Boden (8) des Klemmschneidgehäuses (7) eine einen Anschlußraum (11, 58) mitbegrenzende Gehäusekappe (10, 56) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die Wand (13, 57) der Gehäusekappe (10, 56) das Ende eines Anschlußkabels (2) in den Anschlußraum (11, 58) hineingeführt und mindestens ein Elektroleiter (18) des Anschlußkabels (2) an einer Anschlußfahne (17) der Kontaktklemmschneide (15) angeschlossen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elektroleiter (18) des Anschlußkabels (2) mittels einer Punktschweißung (19) an der Anschlußfahne (17) befestigt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußkabel (2) von einem in der Wand (13, 57) der Gehäusekappe (10, 56) angeordneten Dichtring (14) umschlossen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäusekappe (10, 56) über eine Ultraschallschweißung (12) mit dem Klemmschneidgehäuse (7, 43) dicht verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmschneidhülse (21) an der dem Boden (8, 44) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Klemmschneidgehäuses (7, 43) einschiebbar ist und der Durchgang (25) für den Leiter (5, 6) oder das Heizkabel (3) in einer Grundwand (24) der Klemmschneidhülse (21) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Isolierstück (20) und die Klemmschneidhülse (21) axialverschiebbar miteinander gekoppelt sind, indem ein Raststeg (22) der Klemmschneidhülse (21) in einer Führungsausnehmung (23) des Isolierstücks (20) begrenzt verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmschneidhülse (21) an der dem Isolierstück (20) abgewandten Seite einen aus federelastischen Fingern (32) gebildeten Lamellenring (31) aufweist, der eine Dichtung (33) umschließt, durch die der Leiter (5, 6) oder das Heizkabel (3) hindurchgeführt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmschneidhülse (21) eine Ringnut aufweist, in der eine an der Innenseite des Klemmschneidgehäuses (7, 43) anliegende Ringdichtung (34) gelagert ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Muffe (1, 42, 55) einen das Klemmschneidgehäuse (7, 43) übergreifenden Gehäuseteil (35) aufweist, der über ein Schraubgewinde (36) mit dem Klemmschneidgehäuse (7, 43) verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gehäuseteil (35) einen sich verjüngenden Bund (37) aufweist, der konisch gegen den Lamellenring (31) andrückbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bund (37) des Gehäuseteils (35) einen Steg (38) aufweist, der in einen Spalt zwischen den Fingern (32) des Lamellenrings (31) eingreift.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Bund (37) abgewandte Stirnseite (39) des Gehäuseteils (35) an einer Schulter (40) des Klemmschneidgehäuses (7, 43) anliegt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmschneidhülse (21) mindestens eine Klemmschneide (29) aufweist, die der Kontaktklemmschneide (15, 53) gegenüberliegt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Schneide (16) der Kontaktklemmschneide (15, 53) und der Schneide (30) der Klemmschneide (29) ein Abstand besteht und daß die Schneide (30) der Klemmschneide (29) gegenüber der Schneide (16) der Kontaktklemmschneide (15, 53) höhenversetzt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Endteil (28) des Leiters (5, 6) oder des Heizkabels (3) an dem Boden (8, 44) des Klemmschneidgehäuses (7, 43) anliegt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiter (5, 6) des Heizkabels (3) auf Abstand nebeneinander liegen und daß das Heizkabel (3) einen etwa flachrechteckförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Heizkabel (3) ohne Schutzleitergeflecht mit doppelter oder verstärkter Isolierung schutzisoliert ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsmuffe (42) mit dem einen Klemmschneidgehäuse (43) sowie jeweils zwei Isolierstücken (20), Klemmschneidhülsen (21), Dichtungen (33), Ringdichtungen (34) und Gehäuseteilen (35) bezüglich einer quer zur Längsachse (27) liegenden Mittenebene (45) des Klemmschneidgehäuses (43) spiegelsymmetrisch ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die Wand (57) der Gehäusekappe (56) der Abzweigmuffe (55) mindestens zwei von je einem Dichtring (14) umschlossene Anschlußkabel (2) in den Anschlußraum (58) hineingeführt sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäusekappe (10, 56) und/oder der Gehäuseteil (35) der Anschlußmuffe (1), der Verbindungsmuffe (42) und der Abzweigmuffe (55) außen mindestens eine Griffmulde (41) aufweisen.
