Claims (13)
- Verkaufs- und Aufbewahrungsvorrichtung für Werkzeuge mit einer Haltevorrichtung zur Aufnahme von einen zylindrischen Schaft aufweisenden Werkzeugen unterschiedlicher Abmessungen in entsprechenden, in mehreren Reihen angeordneten Aufnahmelöchern (8), wobei diesen Lochreihen jeweils ein als Feinlehrenführung dienender, langgestreckter Feinmeßkanal (3a, 3b, 3c) zugeordnet und parallel angeordnet ist, wobei die Feinmeßkanäle (3a, 3b, 3c) mit zugeordneten Aufnahmelöchern (8) im wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und in einen stirnseitig der Feinmeßkanäle (3a, 3b, 3c) rechtwinklig zu diesen verlaufenden, als Groblehrenführung dienenden Grobmeßkanal (4) münden, der Meßlehren (5) aus zusammenwirkenden Anschlagkörpern (6, 7) aufweist, und wobei jedem Aufnahmeloch (8) in oder an mindestens einem Feinmeßkanal (3c) eine ebenfalls durch Anschlagkörper (6, 7) gebildete Meßlehre (5) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den übrigen Feinmeßkanälen (3a, 3b) jeweils mehrere Aufnahmelöcher (8a, 8b, 8c) für Werkzeuge gleichen Durchmessers zugeordnet sind, und daß jeder Meßlehre (5) mehrere Aufnahmelöcher (8a, 8b, 8c) zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Feinmeßkanal (3a) drei Aufnahmelöcher (8a, 8b, 8c) für Werkzeuge gleichen Durchmessers zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Feinmeßkanal (3b) zwei Aufnahmelöcher (8a, 8b) für Werkzeuge gleichen Durchmessers zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die vorgesehenen Aufnahmelöcher (8) in einer Abdeckplatte (2) über den größten Teil ihrer Länge geschlossenwandige Köcher (10) anschließen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die vorgesehenen Aufnahmelöcher (8) in einer Abdeckplatte (2) Köcher (10) anschließen, die aus in Längsrichtung der Köcher verlaufenden Streifen gebildet werden und dadurch eine gute Führung der Bohrer bewirken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verkaufs- und Aufbewahrungsvorrichtung (1) einteilig und materialeinheitlich hergestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Köcher (10) im oberen Bereich - im Bereich des Aufnahmeloches (8) - einen Innendurchmesser aufweisen, der etwa 0,5 mm größer als der Nenndurchmesser des zugeordneten Aufnahmeloches (8) ist und im unteren Bereich einen Innendurchmesser aufweisen, der etwa 0,2 mm größer als der Nenndurchmesser des Aufnahmeloches (8) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergang von der Abdeckplatte (2) in den Köcher (10) bei jedem Aufnahmeloch (8) leicht angefast ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung aus Metall besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung aus einer Kombination von Metall und Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (11) aus durchsichtigem Kunststoff gefertigt ist
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (11) leicht abnehmbar von dem Hauptkörper der Verkaufs- und Aufbewahrungsvorrichtung (1) und leicht ansetzbar an die Verkaufs- und Aufbewahrungsvorrichtung (1) ausgebildet ist.
