Claims (9)
- Befestigungsvorrichtung für Bandlappen von Scharnieren mit einer Spannplatte (5), einer Druckplatte (13), die der Spannplatte (5) zugeordnet ist und mit dieser einen Zwischenraum (22) bildet und mittels Schraubverbindungen (14) verbunden ist, und ggf. einem Füllstück (23), das zwischen der Spannplatte (5) und der Druckplatte (13) angeordnet und unmittelbar vor der Montage von Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) und Bandlappen aus dem Zwischenraum (22) zwischen Spann- (5) und Druckplatte (13) entnehmbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckplatte (13) an ihren beiden Endabschnitten (19) mittels Widerlagern (11) ortsfest angeordnet und mittels der Schraubverbindungen (14) in Richtung auf die Spannplatte (5) zu verbiegbar ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die mittels Verstellspindeln (6) verstellbar in einem rahmenartigen Gehäuse (2) aufgenommen ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der die Verstellspindeln (6) die Druckplatte (13) überragende Endabschnitte (9) der Spannplatte (5) durchgreifen und die Widerlager (11) an den Endabschnitten (9) der Spannplatte (5) angeordnet sind.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Widerlager (11) einstückig mit der Spannplatte (5) ausgebildet sind.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, bei der die Widerlager freie Stirnflächen (12) von die Verstellspindeln (6) koaxial umgebenden Hülsen (11) aufweisen.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, bei der die Druckplatte (13) an ihren Endabschnitten (19) jeweils eine teilkreisförmige Aussparung (20) aufweist, deren Radius dem der entsprechenden Verstellspindel (6) entspricht und an deren der Spannplatte (5) zugewandten Grundseite (21) die Druckplatte (13) auf der freien Stirnfläche (12) der die Verstellspindel (6) koaxial umgebenden Hülse (11) aufliegt.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der die die Spannplatte (5) mit der Druckplatte (13) verbindenden Schraubverbindungen als Linsensenkschrauben (14) ausgebildet sind, die mit ihren Gewindeabschnitten (17) in Gewindeeingriff mit Gewindeausnehmungen (18) der Spannplatte (5) sind und mit ihren Linsenköpfen (15) in entsprechend gestalteten Konusausnehmungen (16) der Druckplatte (13) sitzen.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, deren Gehäuse (2) mittels eines winkelförmigen Abdeckteils (24) abgedeckt ist, das an seinem einen Winkelabschnitt (25) eine Ausnehmung (26), durch die hindurch das Füllstück (23) und der Bandlappen bewegbar sind, und an seinem anderen Winkelabschnitt (27) kreisförmige Durchbrechungen (28, 29) aufweist, durch die hindurch die Verstellspindeln (6) nach außen vorstehen und durch die Verschraubungen (14) betätigbar sind.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei der die Spannplatte (5) in Richtung auf die Druckplatte(13) zu verbiegbar ausgebildet ist.
