Definitions
- the invention relates to a forging hammer with a bear guide, at in front of which a bear carrying a tool moves between stands can be moved back and guided on the stands by means of guides is where each guide has an adjustable one attached to the stand Guide bar and one interacting with it, on the bear has intended reworkable Bär guideway, which from Bear material is formed, and in which the bear guide track one end of the bear has a first piece of bear path and the other Bear end forms a second piece of bear track.
- the bear guideway extends continuously over the entire length of the bear with each guidance. It is therefore also formed in the bear area between the two ends of the bear track pieces. If the bear is eccentrically loaded, it tends to tip or tilt. This places a greater load on the guides towards the ends than in the middle.
- the bear guideway that is continuous over the length of the bear is more worn towards the ends than in the middle; the continuous bear guideway becomes crowned. They say the bear will upset ", the bear constricts at the ends, the bear becomes barrel-shaped or bulbous. The bear will tip more due to the crowning under eccentric loading.
- An object of the invention is therefore a forging hammer of the type mentioned at the beginning, in which a crowning the Bär guideway is avoided and the number of operating hours, after which reworking of the Bär guideway is required, is enlarged.
- the forging hammer according to the invention is this Solving the problem, characterized in that the bear guideway limited to the two ends of the Bärbahn section that delimit a guideway-free bear area between them, in which the bear material is reset compared to the bear track pieces is.
- the forging hammer according to the invention is a block bear, in which the bear material is in the bear area free of the guideway or in the middle area omitted ", for example processed relative to the remaining pieces of Bärbahn.
- the frequency of bear reworking and the resulting downtime is reduced.
- the central area left between the two Bärbahn sections makes e.g. at least a third of the bear length and in the Rule out at least half the length of the bear. Particularly useful and it is advantageous if the end of the tool close Bärbahn Gla is longer than the other end of the Bärbahn familial. The Forces caused by eccentric loads are better on distributed the two pieces of Bärbahn.
- the invention Forging hammer usually designed as a drop forging hammer, the tool carried by the bear being a die.
- Adjusting the guide bar is a feeler gauge for the crowned projecting central area of the continuous bear guideway scheduled.
- the feeler gauge is a benchmark for determining the width of the gap between the guide bar and the bear guideway.
- it is particularly useful and advantageous if when adjusting a feeler gauge on the guide bar attached to the stand is attached to one of the two ends of the Bärbahn pieces.
- the forging hammer according to the invention is used for the correction the play gap by adjusting the guide bar on another Place measured, i.e. the feeler gauge - seen across the length of the bear - used elsewhere.
- the threading aid ensures high-precision guidance of the bear and prevents the part of the Bärbahn that is far from the tool Immersion in the stand against the guide bar.
- the Threading aid which is an auxiliary guide device, forms guide slopes, over which the piece of Bärbahn distant from the tool the guide bar of the stand is fed.
- the forging hammer according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a frame that forms two stands 1, which are connected below by a cross member 2 are and carry an attached crosshead 3.
- the crosshead 3 turns the space between the stands 1 one Free space recess 4 too.
- the cross member 2 carries an anvil 5, which is equipped with a tool, not shown. Between Stand 1, a bear 6 is arranged on the anvil 5 facing Side is equipped with a tool 7.
- the bear is 6 carried on a rod 8 which projects into the crosshead 3.
- the bear 6 is shown in FIG. 2 on each of the two stands 1 of two Pairs of guides 9 guided, each pair - in cross section seen - to one of the two marginal areas of the bear or Stand is shifted and arranged obliquely to a central axis is arranged.
- Each guide 9 comprises a guide bar 10, which is attached to the stand 1 by means of a not adjustment device shown, but known per se adjustable.
- the guide bar 10 extends over the essential Part of the length of the stand 1 in one piece.
- Fig. 1 the bear 6 is shown on the left in a forward position and shown on the right in a retracted position 6 'in which it partially protrudes into the free space recess 4, the (upper) Betzbahn Gla 11 has left the guide bar 10.
- the crosshead 3 is then on the guide bar 10th a threading aid 14 attached to the stand 1, the upper Betzbahn Gla 11 of the guide bar 10 supplies.
- Fig. 3 shows schematically a bear 6, with one side of a guide bar 10 is assigned.
- the bear has a length continuous bear guideway 15 with the guide bar initially limited a game gap 16.
- This gap increases extending continuously over its length around a wear gap 17, which is adjustable in a central area 18. It continues to form in the end regions 19 there is an increased wear gap 20, so that the continuous bear guideway overall a crowned Get history 21.
- each guide 9 has Stand 1 a guide bar divided into two guide bar parts 21, 22 on, the guide bar parts independently are adjustable. It is therefore envisaged that the leadership 9 on stand 1 of two separately adjustable guide bar parts 21, 22 is formed, one of which is the tool 7 distant piece of Bärbahn 11 and the other the tool nearby Bärbahn Sharing 12 is assigned.
- Fig. 4 also illustrates one Bearer-side web section 14a of the threading aid 14.
- the forging hammers according to the drawing also provide that when the bear 6 moves forward, the threading aid 14 free from the bear, i.e. free from one by the beating bear is due to mechanical stress.
- the threading aid leads the Bear no longer when the part of the bear path far from the tool is in the immersed guide rails attached to the stand.
- the 5 and 6 is a short bear with a particularly short stand realized. It is provided here that the tool 7 is distant Betzbahn Gla 11 itself in a position when the bear 6 moves forward is located which is not further away from the forming area 23 than that the tool 7 near Betzbahn Anlagen 12 when moved back Bears. The bear moved back is in the position of Willingness to strike.
- 5 and 6 also illustrate a design in which the Tool 7 distant piece of Bärbahn 11 of the Bär guideway outside the plane which is the bear path piece 12 near the tool extended, lies. This allows the bear to be designed cheaply, if the height-width ratio is chosen larger. It is also provided that the bear track piece 11 distant from the tool 7 the bear guideway is one of the bear path pieces close to the tool 12, e.g. in cross section, has a different shape.
- the bear 6 has one modified shape compared to the embodiment according to FIG in its upper area. Also have that here Tool 7 distant piece of Bärbahn 11 and / or the threading aid 14 circular cross section.
