Claims (17)
- Falztrichter mit angetriebenen Transportmitteln (31 bis 34; 44; 76 bis 79) zum Längsfalzen von mindestens einer Bahn, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich zu einem Trichterblech (8) mindestens ein Leit-Seitenteil (21; 22) annähernd parallel zu einer Transportebene der gefalzten Bahn angeordnet ist, daß die angetriebenen Transportmittel in diesem Leit-Seitenteil (21; 22) angeordnet sind, d. h. auf die Innenseite der gefalzten Bahn wirken, und daß entlang der seitlichen Begrenzungen (15; 20) des Falztrichters (1) zu den Begrenzungen (15; 20) beabstandete Umlenkeinrichtungen (70) vorgesehen sind.
- Falztrichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine maximale Breite b des Leit-Seitenteiles (21; 22) gleich oder größer einer maximalen Breite einer längsgefalzten Bahn (2 bis 5) ist.
- Falztrichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den innerhalb des Leit-Seitenteiles (21; 22) angeordneten Transportmitteln (31 bis 34; 44; 76 bis 79) zweite Transportmittel (44; 51 bis 54; 86 bis 89) zugeordnet sind.
- Falztrichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Falztrichter (1) zwei Leit-Seitenteile (21; 22) aufweist.
- Falztrichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leit-Seitenteil (21; 22) annähernd dreieckförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Falztrichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportmittel (31 bis 34; 44; 76 bis 79) als saugluftbeaufschlagbare Transportbänder (23 bis 26) ausgebildet sind.
- Falztrichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportmittel (46 bis 49; 51 bis 54 oder 46 bis 49; 51 bis 54; 23 bis 26; 31 bis 34) als angetriebene Transportrollen (44) ausgebildet sind.
- Falztrichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportmittel (71 bis 74; 76 bis 79; 81 bis 84; 86 bis 89) angetriebene Treib- oder Förderketten sind.
- Falztrichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportmittel (71 bis 74; 76 bis 79; 81 bis 84; 86 bis 89) angetriebene Keil-, Flachoder Zahnriemen sind.
- Falztrichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Fläche (38; 39) des Leit-Seitenteiles (21; 22) Schlitze (27) vorgesehen sind, welche die unteren Transportmittel (31 bis 34; 76 bis 79) freilegen.
- Falztrichter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Leit-Seitenteilen (21; 22) je ein von ihnen beabstandetes äußeres Bahnleitblech (43) zugeordnet ist.
- Falztrichter nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem äußeren Bahnleitblech (43) Schlitze (69) vorgesehen sind, um ein Durchgreifen von dem oberen Transportmittel (44; 51 bis 54; 86 bis 89) auf die unteren Transportmittel (44; 31 bis 34; 76 bis 79) zu ermöglichen.
- Falztrichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens innerhalb der Begrenzung (14; 15; 20) der oberen Falztrichterfläche (8; 10) eine Anzahl übereinander und nebeneinander angeordneter unterer (23 bis 26; 44; 71 bis 74) und oberer (44; 46 bis 49; 81 bis 84) Transportmittel (23 bis 26; 44; 46 bis 49; 71 bis 74; 81 bis 84) vorgesehen sind, daß die oberen (44; 46 bis 49; 81 bis 84) und die unteren (23 bis 26; 44; 71 bis 74) Transportmittel (23 bis 26; 44; 46 bis 49; 71 bis 74; 81 bis 84) miteinander in und außer Kontakt bringbar und wahlweise antreibbar ausgebildet sind.
- Falztrichter nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Bereich der Falztrichterfläche (8; 10) angeordnete Papierleiteinrichtung (43) Schlitze (69) aufweist, um ein Durchgreifen der oberen Transportmittel (44; 46 bis 49; 81 bis 84) auf die unteren Transportmittel (23 bis 26; 44; 71 bis 74) zu ermöglichen.

- Falztrichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die innerhalb des Falztrichters (1) angeordneten Transportmittel (23 bis 26; 44; 71 bis 74) außerhalb des Falztrichters angeordnete Transportsysteme (46 bis 49; 81 bis 85) anstellbar sind.
- Falztrichter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Antrieb der Transportmittel (23 bis 26; 44; 71 bis 74) als geschwindigkeitsgeregelter Antriebsmotor ausgebildet ist.
