    (A) between the second position (II) and the third position (III), couples (34, 32a) the rod pieces (21, 22) for joint downward movement;
    or
    (B) during a return movement from the third position (III) into the second position (II), uncouples (32a, 34) the rod pieces (21, 22).
  16. Process according to claim 15, wherein the cover (60, 61) is divided into two (T) and is designed to be essentially symmetrical on both sides of the recess (17) of the drive element (16), wherein at a distance from the point of separation (T) in the region of the flat sections (60a, 61a), in each case one opening (63a, 63b) is provided for receiving pin elements (4c) of the rosette (4a), which engage in flush openings (64a, 64b) on the housing, to clamp together or tighten the ends of the cover (60, 61) at the point of separation (T).
  17. Process according to claim 16, wherein the openings (63a, 63b) have a stepped edge region (61b, 60b).
  18. Process according to claim 15, wherein the housing (12, 13) has a bolt piece (71) projecting from the housing at least on one of its flat sides close to one of the openings (63a, 63b), for end-side deformation and compressing assembly of the housing halves.
  19. Process according to claim 15, wherein the cover profile is divided into two and has at the point of separation (T), recesses (68) orientated to both sides, and which is adapted to the size and shape of a pre-assembled rosette.
