Claims (20)
- Getriebe für einen Stangenverschluß für Dreh/Kippflügel (F,2), welcher Verschluß Riegeltaschen (5,6) zur Befestigung aufliegend auf dem Blendrahmen (1) und mit diesem zusammenwirkende, in entgegengesetzten Richtungen in Eingriff bzw. außer Eingriff bringbare Riegel- oder Verschlußstangen (8, 10) zur Anbringung auf dem Flügelrahmen (2) aufweist, wobei das Getriebe (11)wobei jeweils ein Zwischenstück (21;22) mit jeweils einer der Stangen (8,10) kuppelbar ist, um diese bei einer Drehung des Antriebsorgans (16) aus einer Schließstellung (I) in eine Dreh-Öffnungsstellung (II) jeweils direkt aus ihren Schließeingriffen in den zugehörigen Riegeltaschen heraus parallel zueinander aber gegensinnig zu bewegen und bei Erreichen der Dreh-Öffnungsstellung (II) das Zwischenstück (21) für die untere Stange (8) vom Antriebsorgan (16) zu entkoppeln, um bei der weiteren Drehung des Antriebsorgans (16) in eine Kippstellung (III) die untere Stange (10) erneut zum Eingriff in die zugehörige Riegeltasche (6) zu bringen, und um beim Zurückdrehen des Antriebsorgans (16) zunächst wieder zu entriegeln und dann beide Stangen (8,10) zum Verwirklichen der Schließstellung (I) in ihre Eingriffsstellung zurückzuführen,(a) durch ein Betätigungselement (4) eines Zentralverschlusses betätigbar und zwischen einer Griffrosette (4a) der dergleichen des Zentralverschlusses und der Oberfläche des Flügelrahmens anbringbar ist;(b) ein auf einer Welle des Betätigungselementes (4) anbringbares Antriebsorgan (16) aufweist, das über Eingriffselemente (19,20) mit in einem Gehäuse (12,13) des Getriebes (11) parallel zueinander schiebbar geführten Zwischenstücken (21,22) antriebsmäßig (25,26) zusammenwirkt;
gekennzeichnet durch eine ― in Abhängigkeit von den Drehstellung des Antriebsorgans (16) steuerbare ― Kupplung (32,32a,34), welche(a) zwischen der Dreh-Öffnungsstellung (II) und der Kippstellung (III) die Zwischenstücke (21,22) zur zwangsweisen gemeinsamen Bewegung kuppelt; oder/und(b) nach der Rückbewegung in die Dreh-Öffnungsstellung (II) die Zwischenstücke (21,22) entkuppelt. - Getriebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Zwischenstücke (21;22) beiderseits einer Wellenaufnahme (17) für eine Betätigungsachse (4b) zum Zentralverschluß angeordnet sind und langgestreckte Eingreifabschnitte (25;26) mit einer unterschiedlichen Anzahl von insbesondere zahnartigen Eingriffselementen aufweisen. - Getriebe nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Antriebsorgan (16) zum Zusammenwirken mit zahnartigen Abschnitten (25;26) der Zwischenstücke (21;22) jeweils eine unterschiedliche Anzahl von am Umfang angeordneten Eingriffszähnen (19,20) aufweist.
- Getriebe nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei das eine Zwischenstück (21) eine geringere Anzahl von Eingriffselementen aufweist und nahe seinem zur unteren Stange (10) kuppelbaren Ende eine Kupplungsausnehmung (34,34a) aufweist, in welche ein bewegliches Kupplungselement (30,32,32a) eingreift, das am zugewandten Endabschnitt des anderen Zwischenstücks (22) vorgesehen ist, um bei Erreichen der Dreh-Öffnungsstellung (II) ― von der Schließstellung (1) aus ― eine formschlüssige Kupplung beider Zwischenstücke (21,22) zu erreichen.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Kupplungselement (32a,32,30) einen an das - zur oberen Stange kuppelbare - Zwischenstück (22) angelenkten Lenker (30) aufweist, der an seinem freien Ende nach jeder Seite vorstehende Zapfen (32,32a) aufweist, von denen der eine (32a) ein in die Kupplungsausnehmung (34,34a) des anderen Zwischenstücks (21) eingreifender Kupplungszapfen ist, während wenigstens ein anderer Zapfen (32) als Führungszapfen ausgebildet ist, der in ständigem Eingriff mit wenigstens einem Führungsschlitz (35,35a) des Getriebegehäuses (12,13) steht.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Führungsschlitz (35,35a) geknickt ausgebildet ist, insbesondere einen schräg verlaufenden Abschnitt (38) und einen mit einer gedachten Verlängerung der unteren Stange (10) etwa fluchtenden äußeren Abschnitt (37) sowie einen dazu parallelen, mit dem zugehörigen Zwischenstück (22) etwa fluchtenden inneren Abschnitt (36) aufweist.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die an einem Ende offene Kupplungsausnehmung (34,34a) schräg zur Längsrichtung des Getriebegehäuses (12,13) verläuft und zu dem die beiden parallelen Schlitzabschnitte (36,37) verbindenden, schräg verlaufenden Schlitzabschnitt (38) etwa parallel verläuft. - Getriebe nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, wobei die Kupplungsausnehmung (34,34a) einen Sperrabschnitt (34a) aufweist, der im Bereich des äußeren Abschnitts (37) des Führungsschlitzes (35) den äußeren Abschnitt (37) teilweise überdeckt und den Kupplungszapfen (32a) gegen ein Lösen sperrt, zumindest solange er sich im unteren Bereich des äußeren Abschnitts (37) befindet.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 8, bei dem der Sperrabschnitt (34a) ein Freikommen des Zapfens (32a) erst ermöglicht, wenn dieser im Bereich eines Knicks zum schrägen Abschnitt (38) des Führungsschlitzes (35) zu liegen kommt.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 9, bei dem der Sperrabschnitt (34a) so auf die umfängliche Lage der in das - vom Zapfen (32a) freikommende - Zwischenstück (21) eingreifenden Eingriffselemente (19) des Antriebsorgans (16) abgestimmt ist, daß immer ein Halt oder eine Führung des Zwischenstücks (21) gegeben ist, um ihr unkontrolliertes Durchrutschen zu vermeiden.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 5, wobei der in die Ausnehmung (34,34a) eingreifende Zapfen (32a,32') als Doppelzapfen ausgebildet ist, um auch in einen weiteren Führungsschlitz (35a) des Getriebegehäuses (12,13) einzugreifen.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 1, wobei zumindest eines der Zwischenstücke (21,22) verlängert ist, um aus dem Getriebegehäuse (12,13) zu ragen und am Ende eine Muffe (22a,21a) aufzuweisen, zur Aufnahme der zugehörigen Verschlußstange (8,10).
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 1, wobei randseitig, insbesondere im Eckbereich von zumindest zwei der Längskanten des Gehäuses (12,13) Nuten (13a,13b;13a',13b') vorgesehen sind, zum formschlüssigen oder kraftschlüssigen Anbringen einer Abdeckung (60,61) für das Getriebe (11) und die Verschlußstangen (8,10).
- Getriebe für einen Stangenverschluß für Dreh/Kippflügel (F,2), welcher Verschluß Riegeltaschen (5,6) zur Befestigung auflegend auf dem Blendrahmen (1) und mit diesem zusammenwirkende, in entgegengesetzten Richtungen in Eingriff bzw. außer Eingriff bringbare Riegel- oder Verschlußstangen (8, 10) zur Anbringung auf dem Flügelrahmen (2) aufweist, wobei über ein Antriebsorgan (16) parallel zueinander schiebbare Stangenstücke (21;22) betätigbar sind, um diese bei einer Drehung des Antriebsorgans (16) aus einer Stellung (I) in eine zweite Stellung (II) parallel zueinander aber gegensinnig zu bewegen undgekennzeichnet durch ein ― in Abhängigkeit von der Drehstellung des Antriebsorgans (16) steuerbares ― Kupplungsorgan (32a,32,30), welches(a) bei oder nach Erreichen der zweiten Stellung (II) das Stangenstück (21) für die untere Verschlußstange (8) vom Antriebsorgan (16) zu entkoppeln und bei einer weiteren Drehung des Antriebsorgans (16) in eine dritte Stellung (III) das untere Stangenstück (21) erneut abwärts zu bewegen;
oder(b) beim Zurückdrehen des Antriebsorgans (16) aus der dritten Stellung (III) das untere Stangenstück (21) aufwärts zu bewegen, um zunächst zu entriegeln und dann beide Stangenstücke (21,22) gegenläufig zur ersten Stellung (I) zurückzuführen;(A) zwischen der zweiten Stellung (II) und der dritten Stellung (III) die Stangenstücke (21,22) zur zwangsweisen gemeinsamen Abwärtsbewegung kuppelt (34,32a);
oder(B) bei einer Rückbewegung aus der dritten Stellung (III) in die zweite Stellung (II) die Stangenstücke (21,22) entkuppelt (32a,34). - Getriebe nach Anspruch 1 oder 14, wobei ein im Querschnitt u-förmiges Abdeckprofil (60,61) im Bereich der Griffrosette (4a) eine Abflachung (60a,61a) aufweist und mit dem Gehäuse (12,13) an dessen Längsseiten (13a,13b) und im Bereich der Abflachung verbunden ist, insbesondere kraft- und/oder formschlüssig.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 15, wobei die Abdeckung (60,61) zweigeteilt ist (T) und beidseitig der Aufnahme (17) des Antriebsorgangs (16) im wesentlichen symmetrisch gestaltet ist, wobei im Abstand von der Trennstelle (T) im Bereich der Abflachungen (60a,61a) je eine Öffnung (63a,63b) vorgesehen ist zur Aufnahme von Zapfenelementen (4c) der Rosette (4a), die in fluchtende Öffnungen (64a,64b) am Gehäuse eingreifen, zum Zusammenspannen oder Zusammenziehen der Enden der Abdeckung (60,61) an der Trennstelle (T).
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 16, wobei die Öffnungen (63a,63b) einen stufigen Rand bereich (61b,60b) aufweisen.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 15, wobei das Gehäuse (12,13) an zumindest einer seiner Flachseiten nahe einer der Öffnungen (63a,63b) ein vom Gehäuse vorspringendes Bolzenstück (71) aufweist, zur endseitigen Verformung und zusammendrückenden Montage der Gehäusehälften.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 15, wobei das Abdeckprofil zweigeteilt ist und an der Trennstelle (T) zu beiden Seiten orientierte Ausnehmungen (68) aufweist, die an die Größe und Form einer vormontierten Rosette angepaßt ist.
- Abdeckprofil für einen Stangenverschluß mit Getriebe nach Anspruch 15, unabhängig von der Ausbildung des Getriebes nach Anspruch 1 oder 14.
