Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a guardrail arrangement, which posts anchored in the ground and on the posts below Integration of spacer elements in two different Has height-defined guardrail strands.
Such a guardrail arrangement counts through the DE 42 24 998 C1 on the prior art. On the post are deformation profiles and an upper one on the track side and lower longitudinal spar attached. On the lower longitudinal spar a guardrail is fastened on the track side, the front side protrudes over the face of the upper longitudinal spar. The arrangement of the lower and upper longitudinal spar avoid driving over the guardrail arrangement. If a vehicle drives against the guardrail arrangement first depressed the deformation profile in the lower area, without affecting the post behind it is pulled. If because of the impact Depression profile fully depressed in the lower area is the force acting on the one behind it lying post above.
This guard rail arrangement has proven itself in practice. Seeking a lighter and still More flexible, manageable design that meets high security requirements fulfilled, however a further development appears desirable.
The invention is therefore based on the prior art the task of manufacturing a guardrail arrangement, improve assembly and operational technology.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in a guard rail arrangement according to claim 1.
This guardrail arrangement has two in different Height-defined guardrail strands with a W-shaped cross-section on the inclusion of spacers connected to the posts anchored in the ground are. The lower guardrail line is closer to the driveway than the top guardrail. The spacer elements consist of in pairs in one facing the post opening angle associated tabs. This are over parallel to the guardrail lines end flanges on the posts and on the other detachable on the inner legs of the guardrail strands fixed in position.
This basic structure is designed so that it in a simple manner according to the local required containment level can be modified.
However, it is particularly advantageous that this guardrail arrangement both on a median between two routes as well as the edge of a route to Use can come.
The structure of the guardrail arrangement is simple and economically. The spacer elements used perform their function reliably for their intended purpose. The tabs of the deformation elements can be rational in large quantities as cost-effective folding parts getting produced. In practical tests, a very good starting behavior achieved. especially the simple design of the spacer elements affects both in terms of production technology and assembly technology beneficial to the overall construction. It will Matching components used that are confusion-free are mountable. Even damaged after an accident Components easily removed and replaced with new ones become.
When a vehicle crashes, at least one is first Spacer element pressed into the lower guardrail line without the post behind it being damaged at the same time becomes. A large part of the impact energy can already thus compensated for by the deformation of the spacer element without breaking the guardrail arrangement becomes. The accident vehicle is along the guardrail arrangement guided. Only after the spacer of the lower guardrail strand is fully depressed and the end faces of the upper and lower guardrail the force is absorbed the top guardrail and the post above.
Schenkel aufweisen. Die Laschen besitzen dann einen U-förmigen
Querschnitt. An advantageous embodiment of the invention
Guard rail arrangement is made according to the characteristics
of
This embodiment is preferably used if the stamina is normal to high Guard rail arrangement is required.
verlangt, beispielsweise an besonders gefährlichen
Will a higher or even a very high stamina
demands, for example on particularly dangerous ones
Places where stopping one by a driveway
coming vehicle is of primary importance, can
the guardrail arrangement designed according to
The upper guardrail line then forms together with the Tab a continuous restraint band. The lower guardrail line is accordingly softer on the posts supported as the upper guardrail line. The lower The guardrail line is therefore used initially to collect a motor vehicle, whereas the upper guardrail line only comes into effect when a motor vehicle with higher energy at a steeper angle crashes or when a truck hits the guardrail assembly moves.
Even if the components of the spacer elements form Lugs in various ways with the posts or the guardrail lines can be connected, a advantageous connection in a screwable connection seen. The fastening with screws is easy, reliable and easy to assemble and repair.
bemessen.According to the features of
This can prevent that in the event of a very strong impact the guardrail strands with the Bent over and pressed down. In in such a case, the connection breaks Post off so that the guardrail strands act as restraint straps remain. An accident vehicle can therefore are still routed along the guardrail lines. Driving over the guardrail arrangement is also in difficult in this extreme situation.
Sollknickstellen versehen. Diese Maßnahme unterstützt
eine gezielte und kontrollierte Deformation der
bzw. Deformationseinleitung in die Distanzelemente.According to the features in
According to the features of
Depending on the level of detention required, the number may also vary of the posts anchored in the ground. On Road sections where there is a very high stopping power is required, the distance between the individual Posts selected smaller. This is because of the simple Design of the guardrail arrangement according to the invention with the support of the guardrail strands over the easy spacer elements to be assembled are possible without any problems.

(siehe hierzu auch Figur 7).6 is a perspective view

Leitplankenstrangs 8 entspricht (siehe hierzu insbesondere
Figur 8). Diese Maßnahme steigert den Aufhaltewiderstand
der Schutzplankenanordnung 28 und erhöht den Schutz
gegen ein Durchbrechen.The

Figur 9 zeigt die Schutzplankenanordnung 28 an einem
Fahrwegrand. Figur 10 dagegen gibt eine doppelseitige
Schutzplankenanordnung 28' wieder, die auf einem Mittelstreifen

Figur 11 verdeutlicht eine Schutzplankenanordnung 28" auf
einem Mittelstreifen 25 zwischen zwei Fahrwegen 2', 2",
die auf unterschiedlichen Höhenniveaus I, II liegen. Ansonsten
entspricht diese Ausführungsform der zuvor beschriebenen
Bauart.
Figure 11 illustrates a
festgelegt. Both in the guardrail arrangement 1, 1 'in type

diese sich parallel zu den Leitplankensträngen 7, 8 erstreckende

den Figuren 1 und 6 in strichpunktierter Linienführung
andeutungsweise dargestellt sind. In order to control the deformation of the
